Objective: This study has explored the influence of water contents and fumigation duration on the amount of sulfur dioxide residue in codonopsis radix.Results of this experiment have laid a foundation for the study of the standardized fumigation technology for the herb codonopsis radix.By the method presented in the Appendix Ⅸ U of Chinese Pharmacopoeia ( 2010 version) ,we measured the sulfur dioxide residues in Codonopsis Radix that was treated by different sulphur-fumigation methods in the laboratory.Measured results show that the water content and fumigation duration have important implications on the sulfur dioxide residue: the higher the water content of Codonopsis Radix has and the longer the fumigation duration is,the more the sulfur dioxide residue has.When the water contents of codonopsis radix are controlled at 15% ,25% ,35% ,and the corresponding fumigation periods are controlled within 21 h,18 h,15 h,respectively,the sulfur dioxide residues are lower than 400·kg-1 ; when the water content is about 65% or Codonopsis Radix is fumigated by fresh,the sulfur dioxide residues are above 400 mg·kg-1 .
Objective: To detect the contents of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in GanCao(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch) of different commercial grades by HPLC and make objective comparisons of GanCao of different commercial grades.Method: HPLC,ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column;mobile phase: acetonitrile(A) 0.05% phosphoric acid solution(B)(Gradient elution);The detection wavelength was 237 nm.Result: The comparisons of contents of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in GanCao of different commercial grades from Gansu showed obvious differences.The contents of index components in GanCao of A(apical diameters2.5 cm),B(1.5 cmapical diameters2.5 cm),C(1.0cmapical diameters1.5 cm),D(0.5 cmapical diameters1.0 cm) were higher than the standards set in codex,while the contents of index components in GanCao of E(apical diameters0.5 cm) were lower than the standards set in codex.Conclusion: the commercial grades of GanCao were positively associated with index components,the higher the grade was,and the better the quality was.The herbs from Jinta County of Gansu Pronvince were the best.
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total alkaloids in Incarvillea sinensis Lam.var.przewalskii by orthogonal design.Methods The optimal extraction conditions,such as extraction solvent,extraction times,and ratio of solvent to material were investigated by orthogonal design and the content of the total alkaloids was the inspection index.Results The optimal conditions for the extraction process were as follows: took 15 times 70% alcohol as dissolving medium,and the extraction process lasted for 36 hours.Conclusion The extraction technology developed after optimization was of a high efficiency and easier to operate.
Objective:To determine ferulic acid content of DangGui from different habitats of Gansu by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and to compare the quality of medicinal materials form different habitats objectively.Method:HPLC,the analytic column is ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile:0.085% water(17:83)(V/V);flow rate:1.0 mL/min;injection volume:10 μL;oven temperature:35℃;UV detection wavelength:316 nm.Result:Comparison of Ferulic acid contents of DangGui from three habitats showed significant difference,Minxian>Zhangxian>Hadapu,among them the highest ferulic acid content of DangGui from Minxian is 0.1206%.Ferulic acid contents of DangGui from three habitats are higher than the standard of Chinese traditional medicine Codex.Conclusion:Ferulic acid contents of DangGui from three habitats are higher than the standard of Chinese traditional medicine Codex.Among them,DangGui of better quality is from Minxian.
Herbal study of DangShen(Codonopsis pilosula) was conducted from the origin records of all the dynasties,plants morphology and modern study progress,introduction,quality,resources and others of Gansu Dang Shen were demonstrated.Gansu is the producing area of DangShen and DangShen as a kind of resource and the prospect of its development and utilization are forecast.
目的 对不同商品等级的党参进行鉴定学研究.方法主要运用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定四大鉴定方法进行研究.结果不同商品等级的党参在性状、显微、水分、灰分、浸出物等方面存在一定差异.结论党参商品等级划分不能仅局限于“辨状论质”,应建立综合质量评价体系.

目的:对3个不同产地栽培与野生铁棒锤中乌头碱活性成分进行分析,对其做出客观评价。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),使用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%二乙胺水溶液(35∶65);柱温30℃;流速0.8 mL.min-1;检测波长240 nm。结果:乌头碱在0.39~1.95μg与峰面积有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.35%,RSD 1.5%(n=6);甘肃产铁棒锤药材中乌头碱的质量分数为0.324 4%;宁夏产铁棒锤药材中乌头碱为0.214 4%;青海产铁棒锤药材中乌头碱为0.139 7%。结论:3个不同产地铁棒锤中乌头碱含量差异较大,甘肃栽培铁棒锤中乌头碱含量最高,宁夏野生铁棒锤次之,青海野生铁棒锤含量较低。
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology for total alkaloids in the root of Aconitum fla-vum.Method: Dissolvent,times of extraction and washing were the test factors and the total alkaloids were the test index.The orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction technology of total alkaloids.Result: The optimal extraction method was as follows: the ether:chloroform(3∶ 1) as dissolvent,extraction 3 times and washing once.Conclusion: The technology after optimization had a good stability,the yield of total alkaloids was high,and the method was easy to operate.
Objective To investigate the influence of plant growth regulator-Zhuanggenling on the content of lobetyolin in crude Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis pilosulae),and explain the effect of Zhuanggenling on the quality of Dangshen.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.60 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water solution(28:72,V/V).The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min,sample size,10 μL,temperature,30 ℃ and the detection wavelength,269 nm.Results The content of lobetyolin decreased significantly in Dangshen produced from 7 areas after using Zhuanggenling.Conclusion Zhuanggenling has significant influence on the accumulation of active constituents in Dangshen after SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis,so which should be used carefully in the standardized plantation of Dangshen.
目的对甘肃道地药材大黄进行了本草学研究以及相关历史文献考证。方法查阅历代本草文献,考证大黄的名称、原植物形态、产地变迁、采收加工等。结果历代本草多以掌叶大黄和唐古特大黄为主流品种,其道地产区经由甘肃到四川再到甘肃,且明、清时期进入了大黄药用的全盛时期。结论通过上述古本草研究,结合大黄现代研究进展和资源分布情况,以甘肃岷县、礼县周边区域为甘肃大黄的主要种植区域,也是大黄的历史道地产区,为今后充分开发利用甘肃道地药材大黄的资源提供一定依据。
Objective:To determine the effect of sulphur fumigation on lobetyolin of codonopsis radix.Methods:The contents of lobetyolin in the codonopsis radix were determined by HPLC.The assay was performed on a ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)at the temperature of 30 ℃,eluted with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-H2O(28∶72)at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The UV detector was set at 269 nm.Results:The content of lobetyolin in codonopsis radix was decreased obviously after sulphur fumed.Conclusion:The quality of codonopsis radix was affected by sulphur fumigation.In considering people's health,sulphur fumigation should be restricted.
探讨目前中药饮片市场存在的品种混乱、产地不清、炮制不规范、以假充真、以次充好、经营流通混乱等一系列问题,提出相应的解决措施.认为中药饮片质量应从中药材种植、采收、炮制加工、流通经营及市场监管力度等各个方面抓起,从而改善饮片市场状况,确保中药饮片质量.
目的对甘肃产的栽培铁棒锤与野生铁棒锤进行生药学研究。方法从原植物鉴定、药材性状、显微特征、浸出物、灰分及水分等方面进行比较研究。结果甘肃栽培与野生铁棒锤在原植物性状、药材性状、浸出物、灰分方面差异较大;在显微特征和水分方面无明显差异。结论甘肃栽培铁棒锤与野生铁棒锤存在一定差异,野生铁棒锤品质优于栽培铁棒锤。但野生铁棒锤资源日趋枯竭,急需合理保护,而栽培铁棒锤可规模化种植,加强管理,提高药材质量,为遏制野生资源枯竭提供有效途径。
