自媒体化行政问题是指自媒体用户基于趋利逻辑,通过制作、传播不实信息刺激并带动社会群体形成网络舆情,客观上对政府决策造成较大干扰.依据社会群体介入程度与市县政府反应程度的影响因素交叉分析,可以划分出市县政府决策中自媒体化行政问题的舆论压力型、事态失控型、决策被动型、借机谋利型等四种类型.引入把关理论后发现,互联网时代下的信息把关由于实现了去中心化商业市场逻辑的介入、舆论民粹主义的形成、信息传播技术和平台的革新,致使一些自媒体用户滥用把关权.由此,如何在自媒体用户单一把关权的基础上实现再把关,成为解决自媒体化行政问题的关键.在不同类型的自媒体化行政问题中,通过结构把关、技术把关、制度把关的差异性路径供给,可实现市县政府决策中自媒体化行政问题的治理模式创新,助力我国网络综合治理体系的健全发展.
人工智能在生产领域的应用使得人们的劳动形态出现自"同质性劳动"向"异质性劳动"的转变,异质性劳动在劳动本性上具有消解同质性劳动机械式分工带来的劳动异化的可能.信息类资源在一定程度上排斥了资源的私人占有,为异化劳动向自由劳动的回归提供了契机和条件.但是,人工智能技术本身并没有否定或消灭私有制,其对异化劳动的消解是有限的.在社会历史发展的关键节点,不仅要以人工智能等高新科技的发展推动社会生产力的进步、增加社会财富,为最终消解异化劳动奠定坚实的物质基础;还要以探索建立"信息资源公有制"、推动建立更为合理的社会分工体系为关键路径,通过系统的社会变革促进异化劳动向自由劳动的回归.
目的:研究气虚体质与平和体质人群淋巴细胞亚群的关系。方法:随机选取气虚体质者60例与平和体质者10例,进行T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞及颗粒酶B分子检测,观察气虚体质与平和体质淋巴细胞亚群比例的变化。结果:1)气虚体质颗粒酶B分子( GZB )表达比率较平和体质组明显偏低(P<0.01)。2)NK细胞、辅助性T细胞(CD3+CD4+/CD45+)、抑制性T细胞(CD3+CD8+/CD45+)表达比率较平和体质组相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05),但表达比例较平和体质比例偏低。3)外周血B淋巴细胞(19+/CD45+)的平均表达率较平和体质的表达相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:气虚体质的NK颗粒酶B分子( GZB)表达明显下降、NK细胞比例下降、辅助性T细胞比例减低可能是引起体质偏颇的因素。
目的:研究养心颗粒含药血清对单个豚鼠心室肌INa、Ica-L电流的影响,探讨养心颗粒在离子通道水平的药理机制。方法:胶原酶解法分离单个豚鼠心室肌细胞,实验分为空白对照组、2%、4%、8%养心颗粒含药血清组,采用全细胞膜片钳的方法,记录养心颗粒各组对INa、Ica-L电流的影响。结果:养心颗粒4%、8%组可延长Ica-L电流,对INa无明显影响。养心颗粒2%组对Ica-L、INa均无明显影响。结论:养心颗粒通过延长Ica-L电流来延长ADP50、ADP90,发挥其抗心律失常的作用,且可能有一定的浓度依赖性。
China's foreign direct investment has shown the characteristics of regional non-equilibrium among the eastern region,central region and western region,and it has become an important factor which affects China's regional economic differences.Through the introduction of Moran I index,the article analyzes the regional aggregation effect of China's FDI.On this basis,with the help of Dunning's location specific advantages theory,through the establishment of panel data model,this article analyzes the dynamic reasons for China's FDI regional differences,and then sums up these reasons as quantity factor and factor.We should pay more attention to quality and realize the transform from quantitive FDI to qualitive FDI.
目的:建立STEAP1基因的体外转录模型,为进一步研究其功能奠定基础。方法:应用RT-PCR的方法从前列腺癌组织中钓取STEAP1全长cDNA,TA克隆后测序,亚克隆入pSP64载体,构建体外转录用载体STEAP1-pSP64。同时,通过PCR构建具有SP6RNA聚合酶结合位点的STEAP1体外转录盒。应用体外转录试剂盒,对比STEAP1-pSP64与STEAP1体外转录盒转录效率。结果:(1)成功从人前列腺癌组织中钓取了STEAP1全长cDNA,测序发现无一碱基错配。(2)成功构建了STEAP1-pSP64载体和STEAP1体外转录盒,两者转录效率的比较表明STEAP1-pSP64载体转录RNA的量明显高于STEAP1体外转录盒。结论:成功构建了两种STEAP1体外转录模型,并证明STEAP1-pSP64载体的转录效率高于STEAP1体外转录盒。本研究为进一步研究STEAP1的功能奠定了基础。
In allusion to the actuality of the environmental liability insurance.in our country,we should perfect the law of it.Regarding the forced liability insurance as principle,the voluntary liability insurance as complement,we should combine the limited compensation and the complete indemnity,widen the extend of environmental liability insurance,formulate scientific and reasonable premium rat,choice the coinsurance group companies for insurance agent,extend the prescription of claim,and so on.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of growth suppression and gap junctional intercellular communication (GJIC) on osteosarcoma cell line OS732 transduced with the exogenous N-terminal truncated retinoblastoma (Rb) gene. METHODS Recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid harbouring 1.65 kb Rb gene was constructed and transduced into OS732 cells. Rb mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR and Northern blot. The cell count, cell cycle analysis and soft agar colony formation test were used to observe growth features. RT-PCR and Lucifer yellow dye transfer were carried out to measure GJIC. RESULTS Both exogenous and endogenous Rb gene could be detected in OS732 cell transduced with the N-terminal truncated Rb gene. Compared with the parental cells, change in morphology of Rb-transduced cells were found; growth rate decreased; amount of colony formation reduced; cell cycle arrested at G(0)/G(1) checkpoint; Connexin43 expression and GJIC enhanced. CONCLUSIONS The malignant phenotype of OS732 is inhibited and GJIC is increased by transduction of N-terminal truncated Rb gene.
