Public scarce resource allocation plays a crucial role in economics as it directly influences the efficiency and equity in society. Traditional studies including theoretical model-based, empirical study-based and simulation-based methods encounter limitations due to the idealized assumption of complete information and individual rationality, as well as constraints posed by limited available data. In this work, we propose an innovative framework, SRAP-Agent, which integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) into economic simulations, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical models and real-world dynamics. Using public housing allocation scenarios as a case study, we conduct extensive policy simulation experiments to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the SRAP-Agent and employ the Policy Optimization Algorithm with certain optimization objectives. 在快速发展的城市化过程中,乡村的发展问题一直处于国家和社会发展的核心领域.产业发展作为乡村的经济支撑,也是影响乡村空间活态化的关键因素.本文聚焦产业资本介入下的乡村空间活化,通过对乡村"三生"空间的研究,充分了解乡村空间的发展需要.针对乡村发展中的一系列空间活态化问题,以礼泉县大阳村为例,将"三生"空间整合的思想引入乡村振兴战略规划中,提出乡村空间活态化的具体方法和策略.
Load forecasting plays a vital role in the effort to solve the imbalance between supply and demand in smart grids. In buildings, a large part of electricity load comes from heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC), which has been deemed as effective DR resource, especially in system with thermal energy storage (TES). However, it is difficult to define the optimal charging and discharging period for TES in real DR events. Meanwhile, few studies have combined load forecasting with suitable demand response strategy for TES systems in field tests. Thus, this study develops an Elman neural network (ENN) prediction model for both load and TES. Based on this prediction model, a control strategy for DR is proposed in an office building. To get historical data, a TRNSYS simulation model was established. The ENN model was adopted by comparing with four other machine learning algorithms and then coupled with particle swarm optimization for optimizing load forecasting. Experimental results show that the ENN prediction model gains great fitness in the actual load curve and the storage-release time of the energy storage tank. Furthermore, case studies indicate that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce energy use and operation costs without comprising thermal comfort.
To overcome the problems that the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm easy to fall into local optimum and slow convergence rate, an improved artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed. The ergodicity of cat mapping is used for population initializing, and a chaotic search strategy improved by cat mapping is designed in the mining bee stage for population diversity increasing. And then, to avoid the algorithm falling into a local optimum, differential mutation is used for improving the search strategy, and adaptive scaling factor is designed for achieving dynamic search. The simulation results of 10 benchmark functions compared with the ABC algorithm, SATC-ABC algorithm, CABC algorithm, MSSABC algorithm and GABC algorithm were performed. The proposed algorithm in this paper can improve the optimization performance effectively, and ability of jump out of the local optimum increasing. At the same time, improve the convergence speed, and obtain the optimal function value.
With the acceleration of urbanization, the urban heat island (UHI) effect has intensified. Urban green space can retard the UHI effect. However, most existing studies have only focused on hot regions, while little attention has been given to cold regions that also have summer heat protection requirements. Furthermore, existing researc has not classified urban green spaces according to the presence or absence of water, which can lead to inaccurate results. This paper takes four cities in cold regions of China as examples and studies the cooling effects of two different types of urban green space. The results indicate that in cold regions of China, green spaces containing water bodies have a stronger cooling effect than those without water. For green spaces without water, the cooling intensity is related to the background temperature and green space areas, while for green spaces containing water bodies, the area of the internal water body is the key influencing factor. Specifically, there is a threshold value of efficiency (TVoE) for the green space areas without water in cold region cities of China, which is approximately 0.52 ha, while there is no TVoE for the green space areas containing water bodies. Additionally, there is a TVoE for the water/land ratio of the green spaces containing water bodies of approximately 0.5. The methods and results of this study can provide a reference for future research and for urban planners and managers designing urban green spaces.
从整体社会网络结构的微观、中观和宏观三个层次,对我国专业运动员的整体社会支持网络和讨论网络进行了研究.以我国专业运动员为调查对象,通过对整体社会网络结构的研究发现:在运动员的社会支持网与社会讨论网中,都有一部分运动员与其他队员没有联系,他们在群体中没有“权力”,难以获得网络资源;社会支持网之间、社会讨论网之间以及社会支持网和社会讨论网之间存在着嵌入性,即相关性.同时,专业运动员社会网络中存在着小世界特征.
研究通过对我国传统竞技运动员管理体制下专业运动员的调查,分别从二人层次、三人层次以及整体网络多层次关系,从整体社会网络视角,分析了中国专业运动员群体的社会支持网和社会讨论网的网络特征.研究发现,从二方关系来看,不管人口统计学变量如何,运动员之间的社会支持关系比较少,而针对收入、专业和婚恋的社会讨论关系则更少.通过研究三方关系发现,专业运动员三人关系结构稀少,且即便是有关系也多是两人间有支持关系,两两之间都分别有支持关系的情况极少,这样的结果说明运动员群体间的认同感和归属感比较难形成.而我国专业运动员的社会讨论关系主要发生在已有社会支持关系的小群体间,同时,可以看到我国运动员社会讨论网间的三人关系结构相比社会支持网更少,说明专业运动员的有关收入、专业和婚恋的观点和沟通不太容易在三人结构中进行传播,相应的观念和态度很难在群体中交流和传播,形成良性互动.

Accessibility is a fundamental concept in traffic analysis. In this paper, we present a track-oriented traffic analysis method based on urban network accessibility. Firstly, a direct access relation network model is constructed to clarify the overall thought of this method, which can guide the whole procedure of track analysis. Then, two track analysis algorithms on track separation and track restoration are established to handle abnormal data acquisition. Experiment results indicate that the method can obtain detailed vehicle travelling tracks, through which rich and accurate traffic operation status information can be generated.
如果要对我国当前学校教育中的体育状况作出一种描述,使用“多余”或“危机”之类的字眼恐怕不会有过多的家长或老师反对.在当前“升学率”成为教育的价值标准,学校体育逐渐被人们所忽视.“体育有什么用?”——这是教育界最为关注的问题之一,它看上去像是人们对于体育的一种质疑,实际上是他们对于体育教学的一种拒绝.在这种压力下,整个教育界对于目前的学校体育间或有一些反思,进行过一些讨论:有人把体育看作一种仅仅以健身为目的的课程;有人把体育视为一种以体育技能教育为主要目标.尽管目前教育界已经把体育课改名为“健康教育”课,其中包括体质与心理的教育.但现实并非如此,学校体育的境遇并没有因此变得越来越好.原因何在?其中一个重要因素是人们对于体育及其根本的教育价值没有一个正确的认识,由此在教学实践中引起误解甚至错误的看法.为了澄清体育教学的真正意义,本文试图在这方面作一些研究.
In order to solve the parking problems in the metropolises, a new approach integrating active pattern for parking guidance information system including parking lots, cars, parking information service center and traffic management center is proposed. Active parking mode can avoid some inherent problems, such as low guidance obedience rate, low information resources utilization rate, as well as low overall system performance. Through implementing the self-interested negotiation among the functional entities of parking guidance system, an overall balance of interests can be achieved. Through using the intelligence, adaptability and collaboration of agents, the active parking guidance system can automatically execute park searching, parking price negotiation, parking space booking and parking routes negotiation and guidance.

The environment is implemented based on an extended FIPA architecture through using mobile agent, message queue, agent container and agent execution environment, making full use of the interoperability of FIPA standards and the flexibility of mobile agent. The whole service environment can automatically execute park searching, parking price negotiation, parking space booking and parking routes negotiation and guidance using the intelligence, adaptability and collaboration of agents.

In metropolises, parking fees vary widely and change dynamically in different periods of time and may not always match the drivers' expectation price. In order to provide the consumers a bargaining platform, an intelligent parking negotiation and guidance system is proposed through integrating the mobile agent with multi-agent system. The use of mobile agent allows the dynamic, stable and fast negotiation between cars and parks. Mobility can reduce negotiation time and data transmission over the wireless network. A negotiation algorithm based on human's bargaining process is also proposed in this paper. Simulation shows that the predetermined negotiation time can greatly influence the negotiation times.
