Objective To discuss the mechanism to the promotion of trophocyte apoptosis and the inhibition of trophocyte proliferation by methotrexate(MTX).Methods The models of normal pregnant mice and pregnant mice receiving MTX were established.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of trophocyte bax and bcl-2 in the mice of the two groups in 13 d of pregnancy.Meanwhile the apoptosis of trophocyte in those mice was detected by TUNEL.Results The protein expression of trophocyte bax in the MTX models was higher than that in the normal pregnant model(P<0.01).And compared with the protein expression of bcl-2 in the latter model,that in the former model decreased significantly(P<0.01).The apoptotic index of trophocyte in the MTX models was significantly higher than that in the normal pregnant models(P<0.01).Conclusion The inhibition of trophocyte proliferation and the promotion of trophocyte apoptosis by MTX may be through regulating the expression of bax and bcl-2 proteins.
目的 探讨中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的疗效.方法 内服自拟中药汤剂,一日一剂,一天两次;同时甲氨蝶呤肌注1mg/Kg(最大剂量<50mg),单次注射.对照组甲氨蝶呤肌注1mg/Kg(最大剂量<50mg),单次注射.结果 治疗组治愈率90.91%;对照组治愈率48.84%,两组成功率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 中药在保守治疗异位妊娠中可提高治疗成功率、临床症状体征消失快、副反应轻.
A logarithmic cyclic shifter based scheme was proposed to improve the operation speed of matrix-vector multiplication in the quasi-cyclic low density parity-check code (QC LDPC) encoding process and then improve the throughput of the encoder. An encoder was designed for an LDPC code defined in the WIMAX standard with a code rate of 1/2 and a code length of 2304. The advantage of resource sharing was fully taken according to the characteristics of the base parity-check matrix which could be converted to a matrix with no two nonnegative elements in the same column in any two adjacent rows by row permutation. Six logarithmic cyclic shifters were used for the parallel calculation of twelve matrix-vector multiplications in the encoding process. Timing simulation and hardware test results show that the proposed solution reduces the resource consumed and improves the throughput effectively compared to other methods.
This paper deals with a new Toeplitz structured covariance matrix technique for Time Delay Estimation (TDE) in Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) system. After testing the performance of this technique under different BΔτ products, the range of application for this new technique in this area is defined, and a guide for how to choose algorithms in actual cases is given.
To effectively reduce the hardware cost of partial parallel QC-LDPC decoder, a new architecture is proposed. Based on a simplified TDMP algorithm with min sum algorithm, not only does it have a low complexity, but it can also achieve a fast convergence speed. By adopting a new shuffle network which is similar to Benes network working in an incremental mode, implementation of the interconnection network between memory units and processing units can be greatly simplified. Fixed point simulation is done in compare with float point. According to the results, an optimal quantization scheme for all kinds of data in the decoding process is proposed. The proposed architecture has certain practical value
After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of all the general algorithms adopted now in designing square root calculators on FPGA chips with pipeline technology, a new algorithm is proposed based on the relationship between increment and remainder and then its principle is analyzed in details in the paper. The algorithm is realized on the Quartus2 development platform with Verilog HDL language and the flow chart which implements the algorithm is given .The simulation results show that it is characterized by occupying less resource and processing in a faster speed as well as being easier to implement. Therefore it is an effective algorithm for implementing square root calculators on commonly-used FPGA chips with pipeline technology.
