Macrobenthos investigation was carried out at eleven sampling stations in the Special Marine Reserve of Tianjin Dagang Coastal Wetland in May of 2015.The results showed that 32 species of macrobenthos belonging to 7 phyla existed in the study area,among which 10 were Arthropoda,9 Mollusca,5 Echinodermata and 8 the others.The range of density of macrobenthos in the investigated seawater was 20~19 610 ind/m2,with an average of 1 872.27 ind/m2,and the range of biomass was 17.75~11 213.50 g/m2,with an average of 1 241.69 g/m2.In particular,Musculus senhousei had been the predominant species in the investigated seawater.Mean Shannon-Weiner diversity index was 1.369,mean Margalef index was 0.546,and mean Pielou index was 0.614.The above community structure characters indicated that the status of the ecological environment in the Special Marine Reserve of Tianjin Dagang Coastal Wetland was poor.
为了掌握人工鱼礁建设对海洋生物资源和海洋生态环境的作用效果,在汉沽示范区已投放人工鱼礁海域进行了跟踪监测与研究。研究结果表明:投放1年的礁体表面90%以上被生物覆盖,附着厚度10~15 cm ,附着生物以长牡蛎、密鳞牡蛎为主要优势种,单位面积附着量6.25 kg/m2。实验数据显示附着的牡蛎及其它生物生长良好。从浮游生物、底栖生物、鱼卵、仔稚鱼密度分布以及礁体生物附着状况来看,人工鱼礁区良好的生态效应已初步显现。在礁区周围的海底出现了以礁体为中心的高生物量区向四周扩散的趋势。从生物多样性和总生物量的角度来看,汉沽示范区人工鱼礁对改造局部区域的海洋生态环境起到了良好作用。
