Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common degenerative joint disease. Cysteine-rich intestinal protein 1(CRIP1) is involved in many biological processes, but its role in OA remains unclear. OA-related datasets from the GEO database revealed that CRIP1 expression was upregulated in OA patient cartilage. This upregulation was also confirmed in our collected clinical samples and OA mice. CRIP1 knockdown increased the expression of collagen II and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 3, but reduced the levels of matrix metalloproteinase 13 and phosphorylated p65 in IL-1β-induced primary mouse chondrocytes. In contrast, CRIP1 overexpression had the opposite effects. CRIP1 knockdown alleviated cartilage damage, reduced extracellular matrix (ECM) degradation, and inhibited p65 phosphorylation in OA mice. To investigate the CRIP1 mechanism in OA, proteins regulated by CRIP1 were screened by label-free quantitative proteomics, and the milk fat globule-epidermal growth factor 8 (MFGE8) protein was identified in the search for CRIP1-specific binding proteins in chondrocytes using immunoprecipitation/mass spectrometry. CRIP1 knockdown increased MFGE8 expression in OA mouse cartilage and IL-1β-induced chondrocytes. CRIP1 overexpression resulted in a shortened half-life of MFGE8 in chondrocytes. The proteasome inhibitor reversed the MFGE8 downregulation in CRIP1 overexpressing chondrocytes. Immunoprecipitation and rescue experiments verified that CRIP1 regulated MFGE8 degradation by promoting its binding to E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase 3A (UBE3A). Meanwhile, CRIP1 affected ECM degradation and NF-κB pathway through MFGE8. In summary, CRIP1 knockdown attenuated cartilage damage in OA mice and inhibited the ECM degradation and p65 activation in vivo and in vitro. This effect may be mediated by inhibiting the interaction between UBE3A and MFGE8.
目的 探讨反馈式健康教育结合积极心理暗示对人工全膝关节置换术患者康复效果的影响.方法 于2020年8月—2021年7月,采用便利抽样法选取126例河南省人民医院骨科收治的行人工全膝关节置换术患者,采取随机数字表法以1:1比例分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规健康教育结合积极心理暗示,观察组给予反馈式健康教育结合积极心理暗示干预.比较两组患者知信行水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国膝关节协会评分(AKS)、膝关节肿胀率和护理满意度.结果 两组出院时的知信行评分均高于人院时(P<0.05),且出院时观察组知信行评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).术前与术后第3天观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第1天、术后2周的VAS均低于对照组(P<0.05),AKS均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组术后1周、术后3个月的术后肿胀率均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组在健康教育、服务态度、科室环境、心理干预及护理结果方面的护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 反馈式健康教育结合积极心理暗示可以提高人工全膝关节置换术患者的知信行水平,减少焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升康复效果与护理满意度.
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nutrition intervention on nutritional status and motor function of patients with osteoporotic fractures.Methods:A total of 114 patients with osteoporotic fractures treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 57 cases in each group. All patients received surgical treatment and conventional anti-osteoporosis treatment, the control group received conventional rehabilitation care during hospitalization, and the study group received comprehensive nutritional intervention based on the treatment of the control group. The nutritional index levels, lateral bone density of the 2nd lumbar vertebra to the 4th lumbra vertebra (L2-4), levels of blood calcium, blood phosphorus and motor function (Fugl-Meyer assesment score) before intervention and after 6 months of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 months of intervention, the levels of hemoglobin, total serum protein and albumin in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05); the level of blood calcium in the study group was (2.50±0.27) mmol/L, the lateral bone density of the L2-4 was (0.59±0.07) g/cm 2, which were higher than the (1.91±0.20) mmol/L and (0.56±0.09) g/cm 2 before intervention, and higher than the (1.99±0.26) mmol/L and (0.54±0.11) g/cm 2 in the control group (all P<0.05); the scores of upper limb motor function, lower limb motor function and Fugl-Meyer assesment total score in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Comprehensive nutritional intervention can improve postoperative nutritional status of patients with osteoporotic fracture, effectively increase blood calcium level and bone mineral density, and effectively improve postoperative motor function.
目的 探讨骨肉瘤MG63细胞及骨肉瘤多药耐药细胞MG63/Dox对阿霉素的敏感性与miR-138-5p过表达的关系.方法 采用脂质体将miR-138-5p mimics、miR-con分别转染至骨肉瘤MG63细胞及骨肉瘤多药耐药MG63/Dox细胞,分为miR-138-5p过表达MG63细胞组与MG63细胞对照组、miR-138-5p过表达MG63/Dox细胞组与MG63/Dox细胞对照组.采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测4组细胞miR-138-5p和多药耐药基因1(muhidrug resistance 1,MDR1)mRNA相对表达量;采用MTT法检测4组细胞不同浓度阿霉素(0、1、10、20、40、80 μg/L)下的增殖抑制率;采用Western blot法检测4组细胞P-糖蛋白(P-glycoprotein,P-gp)蛋白相对表达量.结果 miR-138-5p过表达MG63细胞组(10.15±2.12)、miR-138-5p过表达MG63/Dox细胞组(6.69土1.38)miR-138-5p相对表达量分别高于MG63细胞对照组(1.00±0.18)、MG63/Dox细胞对照组(1.00±0.13)(t=7.449,P<0.001;t=7.110,P=0.001),miR-138-5p过表达细胞转染成功.10、20、40、80 μg/L阿霉素下,miR-138-5p过表达MG63细胞组(0.41±0.04、0.51±0.04、0.67±0.06、0.81±0.07)、miR-138-5p过表达MG63/Dox细胞组(0.45±0.04、0.63±0.08、0.78±0.06、0.92土0.06)细胞增殖抑制率分别高于MG63细胞对照组(0.25±0.04、0.34±0.05、0.48±0.04、0.61±0.06)、MG63/Dox细胞对照组(0.34±0.03、0.45±0.04、0.57±0.05、0.62±0.07)(P<0.05),0、1 μg/L阿霉素下,miR-138-5p过表达MG63细胞组与MG63细胞对照组、miR-138-5p过表达MG63/Dox细胞组与MG63/Dox细胞对照组细胞增殖抑制率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).miR-138-5p过表达MG63细胞组、miR-138-5p过表达MG63/Dox细胞组MDR1 mRNA(0.55±0.08、0.38±0.10)及P-gp蛋白相对表达量(0.58±0.08、0.30±0.07)分别低于MG63细胞对照组(1.00±0.15、1.01±0.14)、MG63/Dox细胞对照组(1.00±0.11、0.69土0.04)(P<0.05).结论 miR-138-5p过表达可抑制耐药相关分子MDR1 mRNA和P-gp蛋白的表达,增强骨肉瘤细胞MG63和耐药细胞MG63/Dox对阿霉素的敏感性.
Background Ultrasonic measurement has not been utilized to assess the functional recovery of transplanted muscle. This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of using B-ultrasound measurement to assess muscle recovery following free functioning gracilis transfer. Methods From January 2009 to January 2014, 35 patients receiving free functioning gracilis transfer to treat total brachial plexus injury were enrolled. B-ultrasound was adopted to determine the cross-sectional area (CSA) of transplanted gracilis muscle at rest and contraction state. The ratio of pre- to post-transplant CSA value at rest state was defined as muscle bulk ratio (MBR). The ratio of CSA value at contraction state to rest state was defined as contraction ratio (CR). Results Patients with muscle strength M ≥ 4 had significantly higher CR1 (post-transplant), CR2 (pre-transplant), and range of motion (ROM, joint mobility) than those with muscle strength M < 4. The CR1 > CR2 group had significantly higher CR1, muscle strength, and ROM than the CR1 ≤ CR2 group. The MBR > 1 group had significantly higher muscle strength than the MBR ≤ 1 group. CR1 value was highly correlated with muscle strength and with ROM. CR2 value was moderately correlated with muscle strength and ROM. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that a higher CR1/CR2 value was associated with a higher muscle strength and joint mobility. The CR1 > CR2 group had better muscle strength and ROM than the CR1 ≤ CR2 groups. Conclusion B-ultrasound measurement can quantitatively reflect muscle strength following gracilis transfer, and CR value could be a potential indicator for functional recovery of the transplanted gracilis muscle. 目的 观察膝关节骨关节炎患者行全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)中应用高屈曲假体与标准假体的临床疗效,为TKA术中假体选择提供参考.方法 90例膝关节骨关节炎患者,均行TKA,其中术中使用高屈曲假体(Smith&Nephew GⅡ高屈曲垫片)者44例为高屈曲假体组,使用标准假体(Smith&Nephew GⅡ标准垫片)者46例为标准假体组;术后随访2年,比较2组患者术前及术后6个月、1年、2年时的膝关节活动度(range of motion,ROM)、美国特种外科医院(the Hospital Special Surgery,HSS)评分和最大屈曲角度(maximum flexion,MF).结果 术前及术后6个月、1年和2年时,高屈曲假体组ROM[(101.0±15.2)°、(123.7±8.5)°、(130.2±8.3)°、(130.6±7.5)°]、HSS评分[(90.2±20.1)、(151.2±14.8)、(160.3±13.8)、(160.4±15.5)分]、MF[(101.3±12.1)°、(127.3±7.9)°、(131.8±9.1)°、(133.0±7.6)°]与标准假体组[ROM:(100.2±13.1)°、(124.3±7.1)°、(129.8±8.3)°、(130.2±7.8)°,HSS评分:(91.5±21.3)、(150.6±16.1)、(160.1±14.9)、(159.3±17.3)分,MF:(101.5±13.5)°、(125.9±8.0)°、(131.0±7.4)°、(132.2±6.8)°]比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组术后均高于术前(P<0.05).结论 膝关节骨关节炎患者TKA术中采用高屈曲假体或标准假体,术后随访膝关节疼痛及活动功能均较术前明显改善,两种假体效果相当.
目的 探讨早中期股骨头缺血性坏死患者行超选择血管介入联合髓芯减压植骨术治疗的效果和安全性.方法 早中期股骨头缺血性坏死患者62例(70髋),均行超选择血管介入联合髓心减压植骨术治疗.术后末次随访时评价疗效,比较术前1d及术后末次随访时髋关节Harris评分,记录围术期不良反应发生情况.结果 术后随访18~24个月,末次随访时疗效优21髋,良35髋,中9髋,差5髋,优良率为80%;末次随访时髋关节Harris评分[(78.9±5.3)分]高于术前[(63.9±6.2)分](P<0.05);7例随访期间出现股骨头塌陷,其中4例行人工全髋关节置换术,3例继续保守治疗;围术期发生切口愈合不良3例,经对症治疗一期愈合.结论 早中期股骨头缺血性坏死患者行超选择血管介入联合髓芯减压植骨术治疗效果满意,安全性较高.
Objective To investigate the value of the B-mode ultrasound method for muscle recovery after transplantation.Methods From January,2009 to January,2014,35 patients of functioning free gracilis muscle transplantation for brachial plexus injury were involved.Using B-mode ultrasound to determine the cross-sectional area (CSA) of transplanted gracilismuscle at rest and contraction state.The contraction ratio (CR) and the muscle bulk ratio (MBR) was calculated based on the CSA.Then the CR and MBR were analysised statistically with manual muscle strength and joint range of motion (ROM) to investigate the correlation.Results The followed-up time was 8-24 months,averaged of 22.4 months.The CR of the transplated muscle was (1.23±0.15),which was significantly correlated with muscle strength and joint ROM (P<0.01,r=0.872,r=0.847,respectively).CR of transplanted muscle with or larger than M4 was greater than that of less than M4 [CR were (1.35±0.10),(1.09±0.06),respectively],and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The MBR was greater than 1 in 17 cases,and less than 1 in 18 cases.There was no significant correlation between MBR and muscle strength and ROM (P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in muscle strength and ROM between patients with MBR greater than 1 and those with MBR less than 1 (P=0.054,P=0.284,respectively).Conclusion The transplanted muscle recovery can be quantitatively reflected by the CR.CR enlargement of the transplanted gracilis muscle indicated a better recovery of muscle contraction function.MBR is not suitable for evaluating function recovery of transplanted muscles.
The aim of the present study was to investigate the expression levels of interleukin-15 (IL-15) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in synovial fluid of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) animal model, and to investigate their correlations with RA. A total of 100 Wistar rats were selected, among which 60 rats were used to establish the collagen II-induced arthritis (CIA) model as the model observation group, and the remaining 40 rats were used as blank control group. The levels of IL-15 and IL-17 in synovial fluid were detected via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after successful modeling. RA was evaluated by using arthritis index (AI) and pedal swelling volume. The expression levels of IL-15 and IL-17 in synovial fluid of rats in model observation group were higher than those in blank control group (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-15 and IL-17 in model observation group were gradually increased over time. In model observation group at 7 days after modeling, AI and pedal swelling volume began to be increased gradually reaching a peak at 28 days. The pedal swelling volume of CIA model rats was significantly higher than that of the blank control group (P<0.05). The increased expression levels of IL-15 and IL-17 in synovial fluid of rats in the CIA model observation group are correlated with the activity of disease, which can be used as reference indexes for the activity of RA.
Aim:To investigate the effect of LncRNA MEG3 (MEG3) on the proliferation,invasion and apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells.Methods:The expression of MEG3 in normal human osteoblast hFOB1.19 and human osteosarcoma cell line MG63 and U-2OS were detected by qRT-PCR.We constructed the recombinant plasmid of pcDNA3.0-MEG3.Then the empty plasmid and the recombinant plasmids were transfected into human osteosarcoma cell lines,the expression of MEG3 in MG63 and U-2OS was detected by qRT-PCR,and cell proliferation,migration and apoptosis were detected by CCK-8 assay,transwell migration assay and flow cytometry assay,respectively.Results:Compared with hFOB1.19,the expressions of MEG3 in osteosarcoma cells were significantly decreased(P <0.05).The abilities of proliferation and invasion of MG63 and U-2 OS cells transfected with pcDNA3.0-MEG3 were significantly reduced,and the cell apoptosis was significantly inereased(P <0.05).Conclusion:MEG3 is downregulated in osteosarcoma cells,and the overexpression of MEG3 can inhibit the proliferation and invasion,and promote apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells.
Osteosarcoma is the most common cancer-caused dead and the prognosis remains incompletely understand. Clinical manifestations of osteosarcoma are caused by gene mutations in interstitial cells range from abnormal cell proliferation to other tumor metastasis. Given the important role of the gene mutations in the clinical outcome of osteosarcoma, it is essential to analyze functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in tumorrelated genes contribute to define the clinical manifestations of human osteosarcoma. DNA samples from retrospective cohort of osteosarcoma individuals in China were used to determine the frequency of SNPs in TRIM and TLR4 genes. DNA samples were obtained a total of 142 patients with different period of clinical osteosarcoma. Genotyping of TRIM-412 G/A and TLR4 Asp299Gly and Thr399Ile SNPs was performed by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphisms. The associations between Allele, genotype, frequencies and SNPs were evaluated in clinical groups. Results showed that The G allele in TRIM-412 G/A SNP was found more frequently in individuals with osteosarcoma, and the TLR4 Asp299Gly and Thr399Ile SNP was more frequent in patients with osteosarcoma. No significant differences in allele frequencies for TRIM and TLR4 were found in patients with different period of clinical osteosarcoma. In conclusion, these results suggest that TLR4 gene may contribute to the etiology of osteosarcoma.
Objective To provide theoretical guidance for clinical practice,by conducting a comparative study on the efficacy of apixaban and low-molecular-weight heparins using thromboelastography (TEG) after total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods A total of 144 patients who had undergone single-knee TKA were selected (random double blind,57 every group),and assigned to an apixaban group or a low-molecular-weight heparins group.TEG was executed at four time points:pre-surgery,24 h after surgery,3 days after surgery,and 7 days after surgery.The effect of the two drugs on coagulation function was analyzed through comparing the corresponding coagulation reaction time (R),blood cell clot formation time (K),blood cell clot formation rate (α),maximum amplitude (MA),LY 30 and coagulation index (CI) of TEG after TKA.Results The values of R,K and oα in the apixaban group were higher than those in the low-molecular-weight heparins group at all three time points (24-hour after surgery P =0.032,3-day after surgery P =0.019,7-day after surgery P =0.013;K:24-hour after surgery P =0.017,3-day after surgery P =0.028,7-day after surgery P =0.036).The MA levels in the groups were reduced after TKA at all three sampling points.The LY30 value before operation was higher than that at 24 h after surgery and 3 days after surgery,but lower than that at 7 days after surgery.The postoperative CI value in the two groups was within normal range at 24 h after surgery and 3 days after surgery.The CI value in the apixaban group was larger than that in the low-molecular-weight heparins group at 7 days after surgery.Conclusion Apixaban and low-molecular-weight heparins are both effective for thromboprophylaxis after TKA,and apixaban is especially powerful to reduce blood coagulation.
Background: LncRNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 15 (SNHG15) was reported to play an oncogenic role in tumors. However, the role of SNHG15 and its molecular mechanism in osteosarcoma (OS) cells are largely unknown.Methods: qRT-PCR was performed to evaluate the expression levels of SNHG15 and miR-141 in OS tissues and cells. Cell transfection with different siRNAs, miRNAs or pcDNAs into U2OS and MG63 cells were carried out by Lipofectamine 2000. The effects of SNHG15 and miR-141 on OS cell proliferation, invasion and the levels of autophagy-related proteins were analyzed by MTT assay, Transwell invasion/migration assay and western blot, respectively. Luciferase reporter assay was used to confirm whether SNHG15 could directly interact with miR-141.Results: We found that up-regulation of SNHG15 was inversely correlated with miR-141 expression in OS tissues. SNHG15 knockdown and miR-141 overexpression significantly suppressed cell proliferation, invasion, migration and autophagy while SNHG15 overexpression and miR-141 repression exhibited the opposite effects on OS cells. Besides, SNHG15 could directly interact with miR-141 and regulate its expression. Furthermore, miR-141 suppressing significantly overturned the inhibition on proliferation, invasion, migration and autophagy mediated by SNHG15 knockdown while miR-141 overexpression remarkably attenuated SNHG15 overexpression-induced proliferation, invasion, migration and autophagy in OS cells.Conclusion: Our data showed that SNHG15 contributes to proliferation, invasion, migration and autophagy in OS by negatively regulating miR-141, providing a new potential target and prognostic biomarker for the treatment of OS.
Objective To identify the crucial gene implicated in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) pathogenesis by comparing microarray-based gene expression profiles of synovial fibroblast in arthritis patients and that in control.Methods The public datasets were obtained from NCBI GEO and EBI ArrayExpress.The qualified microarray-based gene expression profiles were integrated and normalized using the method implemented in GeneSpring software.Furthermore,the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified using significance analysis of microarrays (SAM) method.The online tool DAVID and STRING were applied to conduct the enrichment analysis and gene product interaction analysis respectively.Results There were two datasets that were qualified and analyzed in the present study.A total of 336 significant DEGs were identified by comparing the whole-genome gene expression profiles from synovial fibroblast of RA patients and control group.Among these DEGs,261 were significantly downregulated and 75 upregulated.About 13.6% of the downregulated genes were associated with extracellular matrix degradation.The COL9A3 and COL4A5,indispensable component of hyaline cartilage and basement membrane respectively,were significantly downregulated,as well as genes in WNT family,including WNT2,WNT11,and WNT16.In contrast,matrix metalloproteinase 13 (MMP13) was found to be significantly upregulated in RA patients.MMP13 is a matrix metallopeptidase that degrade extracellular matrix and hyaline cartilage,and it could possibly interact with other proteins to regulate morphogenesis.Conclusion Molecular mechanisms underlying RA pathogenesis were investigated by analyzing the public datasets.A few genes that associated with extracellular matrix degradation,construction and regulation,including MMP13,WNT2,WNT11,WNT16,COL9A3 and COL4A5,could be regarded as therapeutic targets in RA treatment.
Objective To observe and summarize the clinical efficacy and surgical experience of 3D printing technology in hip arthroplasty for severe acetabular bone deficiency.Methods 3D printing was applied to 11 complicated hip surgeries for Paprosky Ⅳ acetabular bone deficiency.The imaging data of the patients were captured and utilized to build CAD models.These data were converted and input to 3D printer to print the model of defected acetabular bone.Meanwhile, defected acetabulum was repaired with active titanium filling through hip arthroplasty, to reconstruct the rotation center of the hips and implant hip joint prosthesis.Imaging data and Harris hip score were monitored after the surgeries.Results The Harris hip scores of the 11 patients were 46.6±10.7 before surgeries, and imaging data indicated severe acetabular bone deficiency.After surgeries, imaging data presented that the acetabular bone deficiency was repaired by printed filling.Moreover, rotation center was reconstructed successfully.The Harris hip score became 85.2±4.5 at 6th month after the surgeries, which showed satisfactory clinical efficacy.Conclusion 3D-printing technology implemented in hip surgeries for Paprosky Ⅳ acetabular bone deficiency can be successfully utilized to mock surgery, print acetabular filling and improve the efficacy and success rate of the surgery.
Objective To summarize the perioperative management experience on elderly patients (≥ 80 years old) with hip fracture complicated with internal medical diseases.Methods Fortyseven the elder patients (≥ 80 years old) with hip fracture complicated with intern medical diseases were retrospectively analyzed.Results Coexisted disease:hypertension (68.1%),coronary heart disease (46.8%),diabetes (19.1%),lung infection (23.4%),cerebral infarction (13.0%),others (19.1%).Among the 47 patients,18 patients coexisted with one internal medical disease,15 patients coexisted with two and 14 patients coexisted with three or more medical disease.The times of hospital stay was (18.3 ± 7.3) days.Five aggravate cases of previous disease,newly disease after surgery in 3 cases,there was no orthopedics complication.Conclusions The elderly patients with hip practure coexist with three or more kinds of intern medical disease are not uncommon,but this kind of patients are at increased risk of surgery and longer hospitalization days,so the perioperative management is more important.Through active treatment of preoperative internal medical disease,the delicate operation of the operation,timely treatment of complications can effectively reduce the incidence of perioperative complications and mortality.
Objective To investigate the application of active robot assisted total hip joint replacement ( THR ) ,as well as the critical techniques .Methods Five patients addmited in Henan People' s Provincial Hospital since August ,2017 were included in the study .Inclusion criteria was necrosis of femoral head staged from ⅡC to Ⅳ the Association Research of Circulation Osseous ( ARCO ) classification.Exclusion criteria was severe osteoporosis ,cerebral apoplexy ,and bony ankylosis .All the five patients underwent THA with posterior-lateral approach .The operation using active robotic system included the registration of femur ,osteotomy and reaming of femur ,registration of actabullum ,bone preparation of femur ,and implantation of prosthesis .Results All the five patients got well rehabilitation following the operation .X-ray showed satisfactory outcome of implants position and limb discrepancy .No complication was found during the follow-up.Conclusion The active robotic system is conducive to the precise bone-cutting and implantation ,and consequently may increase the efficacy of THR .

Objective: Functional reconstruction following severe traumatic muscle loss may cause problems for reconstructive surgeons. In such situations, functioning free muscle transplantation (FFMT) represents an important alternative treatment option.Methods: The clinico-demographic characteristics of 11 patients receiving modified FFMT between 2005-2013 were retrospectively reviewed. The muscle strength, range of joint motion (ROM), total active motion (TAM) of the fingers, and Disability of Arm Shoulder and Hand (DASH) score were adopted to assess the functional results.Results: All FFMTs were performed in the secondary stage. The authors found that the mean ROM, TAM, ratio of TAM compared with the contralateral side, and DASH score were 112 degrees, 150 degrees, 62%, and 22.8, respectively; and eight and nine patients achieved greatly improved grip function and M4 muscle strength, respectively.Conclusion: Using one-stage free muscle transplantation to restore finger and thumb movement simultaneously is an effective method for functional restoration following traumatic multi-muscle loss.
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of joints under arthroscopy cleaning and lavage treatment in patients with chronic knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods Convenient selection 78 patients admitted at our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 with chronic knee joint osteoarthritis were selected and were given joints under arthroscopy cleaning and lavage treatment .All patients were followed up after operation.Using the knee joint comprehensive assessment and Lysholm marking?system to evaluate the clinical effect. Results All patients were followed up after operation and the average fol-low-up time was (14.5±6.4)months.The excellent and good rates of 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after operation were respectively 86.11%%、89.47% and 90.91%.The Lysholm scores of 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after operation all in-creased,difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of joints under arthroscopy clean-ing and lavage treatment in patients with chronic knee joint osteoarthritis is remarkable and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
