Objective:To evaluate the study con'dition of undergraduate in TCM universities from perspective of student participation.Methods:The undergraduates in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were surveyed on the basis of CCSS questionnaire.Results:All schools in all years got the highest score in SCE,but lowest in SFI.Conclusion:The improvements in vertical comparison and differences in horizontal comparison.In addition,this research indicates rather well in supportive campus environment (SCE) part,while the student-faculty interaction (SFI) still needs improvement.

Depression is a common psychiatric disorder and a leading cause of disability worldwide. Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the commonly used complementary and alternative medicine therapies for depression. Clinical trials have been carried out to assess the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicine currently. The exploration of herbal mechanisms of action used for the treatment of depression has also received great attention. This study is performed to summarize the frequently used formulae, patent drugs and single herbs in treating depression, review the literatures of clinical trials in treating depressive disorders, and to list the possible mechanisms involved during the treatment. Besides, we will analyze the limitations of present studies and the obstacles in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)major is a main specialty in TCM universities and has the important theoretical and practical significance to investigate the satisfaction degree of undergraduates majored in TCM.Based on Chinese College Student Survey(CCSS)questionnaire,satisfaction degree state of 731 TCM specialty undergraduates from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine was surveyed and compared from internal and external.The research showed that the score on the degree of TCM specialty was lower and the campus facilities were the shortcoming,however the learning atmosphere and teachers were advantages from external comparison.There were differences in the satisfaction of different length of schooling,genders and grades in TCM major from internal comparison.

对高等中医教育改革近20年在人才培养模式方面取得的经验进行总结,即树立了具有中医特色的培养标准,构建遵循中医药人才成长规律的培养模式,建立相应的评价与管理机制继往经验对中医高等教育在新形势的发展有所启示:一方面要与现代科技相结合,充分发挥中医特色;另一方面,应立足宏观环境,充分利用有利条件,谋求高等中医教育发展的特色道路.
