
Objective:To observe the effects of Tongdu Xingnao acupuncture on cognitive function in rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion(CIR),and to explore the possible mechanisms.Methods:Among 65 male Sprague-Dawley rats,15 were randomly selected as the blank group,and another 15 were selected as the sham operation group.In this group of rats,only the blood vessels were subjected to a temporary separation operation,while the remaining 35 rats were used to construct the right middle cerebral artery ischemia-reperfusion injury model by the suture method.During the experiment,2 rats failed to model successfully and 3 rats died.Subsequently,the remaining rats were randomly divided into the electroacupuncture group and the model group,with 15 rats in each group.The effects of Tongdu Xingnao acupuncture on the cognitive function of CIR rats were evaluated through neurological deficit scores,Morris water maze tests,TTC staining,Nissl staining of neurons in the CA1 region of the hippocampus,HE staining of hippocampal tissue pathology,expression levels of SOD,MDA,and ROS in hippocampal tissue,serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α,and the expression levels of Beclin-1 and LC3 proteins in the ischemic hippocampal tissue.Results:Compared to the blank group and sham operation group,the model group showed a significant improvement in neurological deficit scores(P<0.01),a significantly prolonged escape latency(P<0.01),a marked decrease in the number of crossings over the original platform(P<0.01),and a significant increase in cerebral infarction volume(P<0.01).The neurons in the CA1 region of the hippocampus in the model group exhibited incomplete morphology and a reduction in number,with fewer and disordered cell nuclei,an increase in glial cell nuclei,abnormal morphology and structure,a surge in inflammatory cells,and vacuolar structures.Serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α were elevated in the model group(P<0.05).In the rat hippocampal tissue,the levels of ROS and MDA increased,while SOD levels decreased in the model group(P<0.05).The expression levels of Beclin-1 and LC3 proteins in the hippocampal region also increased in the model group(P<0.05).Compared to the model group,the electroacupuncture group showed a significant decrease in neurological deficit scores(P<0.01),a significantly shortened escape latency(P<0.01),a significant increase in crossings over the original platform(P<0.01),and a significant reduction in cerebral infarction volume(P<0.01).The neurons in the CA1 region of the hippocampus showed improved morphology and an increase in number in the electroacupuncture group,with more organized cell nuclei and improved morphology and structure.Serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α decreased in the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).The levels of ROS and MDA in the hippocampal tissue decreased,while the SOD levels increased in the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).The expression levels of Beclin-1 and LC3 proteins in the hippocampal region further increased in the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongdu Xingnao acupuncture can increase the expression of Beclin-1 and LC3 in hippocampal tissue of CIR rats,improve inflammation and oxidative stress indicators,improve learning and memory ability,and reduce neuronal cell damage,which may be related to the regulation of autophagy network system.
As the national hub of acupuncture and moxibustion resources and international dissemination, Beijing is home to various acupuncture institutions that lead the development and globalization of acupuncture nationwide. Starting with a comprehensive overview of relevant literature on Beijing's international dissemination since the founding of the People's Republic of China, this paper, on the basis of reviewing and sorting out the historical context of Beijing's acupuncture international dissemination and related key studies, focuses on three aspects, including historical materials, experiences, and strategies. It analyzes the historical material clues and element clusters for advancing the research on Beijing's international dissemination history, and highlights the urgency of excavating oral historical materials. Based on the concise experience of the international communication of acupuncture and moxibustion in Beijing in terms of institutional platform construction, talent export, technological leadership, cultural integration, digital communication and other aspects, it identifies issues such as technology preceding culture, dilution of communication subjectivity and the impact of cultural colonialism in the historical process. Against the backdrop of the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) technologies such as DeepSeek, Sora, VisionPro, etc., this paper prospects and initially explores strategies and academic directions including the construction of a "Chinese Acupuncture Culture" system, the simultaneous advancement of "hard content" and "soft forms" in acupuncture dissemination, the improvement of oral historical materials related to acupuncture dissemination, and the reconstruction of a symbiotic knowledge ecosystem of acupuncture culture.
Objective:To explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture(EA)in improving anxiety and depression like behavior in chronic sleep deprivation(CSD)mice based on metabolomics technology.Methods:Sixty Male Swiss mice were randomly divided into a control(CON)group,a model(MOD)group,an EA group and a fluoxetine(FLX)group,15 mice in each group.A CSD mouse model was established using a improving multi platform water environment method.The effect of EA on anxiety and depression like behavior was evaluated through tail suspension experiment(TST),forced swimming experiment(FST),open field experiment(OFT)and elevated cross maze experiment(EPM).After the behavioral experiment,serum samples were collected.The effects of EA on the serum levels of corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)and corticosterone(CORT)were evaluated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Seahorse samples were collected and the effect of EA on endogenous metabolites in the hippocampus of mice was evaluated by non targeted metabolomics analysis.Results:Compared with the CON group,the MOD group showed an increase in TST and FST immobility time(P<0.05 or P<0.01),a decrease in the distance to center ratio,center time ratio,and the number of entries into center in the OFT(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and a decrease in the number of open arm entries and time spent in open arms in the EPM(P<0.01).Compared with the MOD group,the immobility time of the TST and FST in the EA group and the FLX group decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the open arm entry ratio and open arm time ratio increased(P<0.05).In the EA group,the central distance ratio and central time ratio increased(P<0.05),and the number of entries into the center showed an increasing trend(P>0.05).In the FLX group,the central distance ratio,number of entries into the center,and central time ratio decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The ELISA showed that compared with the CON group,the MOD group showed increased levels of CRH,ACTH,and CORT(P<0.01).Compared with the MOD group,the levels of CRH,ACTH,and CORT decreased in the EA group and FLX group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Metabolomics results showed that compared with the CON group,87 metabolites were upregulated and 72 metabolites were downregulated in the MOD group.Compared with the MOD group,27 metabolites were upregulated and 23 metabolites were downregulated in the EA group.Differential metabolites were enriched using the KEGG pathway and it was found that the protective mechanism of EA may be related to metabolic pathways,purine metabolism,mTOR signaling pathway,valine,leucine,and isoleucine biosynthesis and endogenous cannabinoid pathway.Conclusion:EA can improve anxiety and depression like behavior in CSD mice via regulating the endogenous metabolites in the hippocampus.
Objective:To construct a diagnostic model for cardiac neurosis with rigid-deficiency symptoms using LASSO regression combined with Nomogram.Methods:A single-center prospective study was conducted to collect the clinical data of 141 patients with cardiac neurosis.Variables included in the analysis were age,ethnicity,marriage,education,mental/physical work,BMI,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and the scores of Chinese medicine five-state personality,the Hamilton Anxiety Inventory-14-item scale,the Hamilton Depression Inventory-24-item scale and the Symptom Checklist-90.The influencing factors significantly associated with the diagnosis of rigid-deficiency symptoms were screened by LASSO regression,incorporated into a binary multi-factor Logistic regression analysis to construct a diagnostic model,and the model was evaluated for predictive discrimination and calibration,internally validated using 10-fold cross-validation.Finally,the model was visualized by Nomogram,and the diagnostic threshold was determined according to the ROC curve.Results:A total of 70 patients with rigid deficiency syndrome and 71 patients with non-rigid deficiency syndrome were included.The LASSO regression screened the five most significant variables associated with the diagnosis of rigid-deficiency symptoms as female,age,fatigue,belching,and Shaoyang points in the five personality states.The model AUC was 0.85 and the H-L test was 2.94(P=0.982 4),suggesting good model differentiation and calibration,and the 10-fold cross-over internal validation results suggested an AUC of 0.82.Conclusion:In this study,the diagnostic model constructed by LASSO regression combined with Nomogram can help clinicians to rapidly diagnose patients with cardiac neurosis with rigid-deficiency symptoms,but the accuracy of the results needs to be further verified by large-sample clinical studies.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture(通督调神针刺法)combined with rehabilitation training on children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods:60 children with autism were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Children in both groups received comprehensive rehabilitation training(behavior modification training,speech training,multi-sensory game training,structured teaching training),and the treatment group received Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture therapy.Both groups were treated once a day,5 times a week,for 4 consecutive weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Children's Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Autism Efficacy Rating Scale(ATEC),Autism Psychoeducational Rating Scale for Children(PEP-3),and Children's Functional Independence Scale(WeeFIM)were used to evaluate the two groups of children before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of ATEC factors(speech communication,social ability,sensory perception,behavior)in both groups of children decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),while the scores of PEP-3 and the total score of WeeFIM increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the two groups,the ATEC scores of various factors(speech communication,social ability,sensory perception,behavior)and the total CARS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the PEP-3 scores and the WeeFIM total score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of autism spectrum disorder with the combination of acupuncture therapy and rehabilitation training is more effective,can better improve the speech expression and social ability of children,and improve their quality of life.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)stage Ⅰ after stroke.Methods:A total of 90 patients with SHS stage Ⅰ after stroke were enrolled as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,45 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group patients were prescribed fire acupuncture combined with ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS),shoulders hand syndrome score(SHSS),fugl-meyer assessment scale(FMAS)and ultrasonic parameters of blood vessels of the affected limb(maximum blood flow velocity,vascular internal diameter and vessel thickness)between the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated,and the efficacy was assessed.Results:Two cases fell off in the control group and two cases dropped out in the treatment group,and finally 43 cases in each of the two groups completed the study.The total effective rate was 93.02%(40/43)in the treatment group and 74.42%(32/43)in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,SHSS score,the internal diameter and vessel thickness of the affected upper limb in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score,SHSS score,the internal diameter and vessel thickness of the affected upper limb in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMAS score and the maximum blood flow velocity of the upper affected limb in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the FMAS score and maximum blood flow velocity of the upper affected limb in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire acupuncture combined with ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of SHS(stage Ⅰ)after stroke can effectively improve the degree of swelling and pain,blood circulation status,and limb movement function of the affected joint.
坏死性筋膜炎是少见的外科危急重症.徐旭英以阴阳辨证为纲,认为坏死性筋膜炎属阴重阳轻的半阴半阳证.患者正气不足,外伤火毒易侵犯机体,气血阻滞于经络筋膜,郁而化热,热盛肉腐表现于皮肉外导致疾病发生.并根据疾病发展的不同阶段进行分期治疗,遵循早期"给邪以出路"、中期"扶正兼祛邪"和后期"透阴转阳"的治疗原则.内治法以"托里益气、清热解毒""补托气血、清解余毒""温阳通络、养阴益气"为用;外治法则结合局部辨证,灵活运用箍围、祛腐、生肌类中医外科传统制剂,临床疗效显著.
五脏同气相求理论是基于气的感应来阐释五脏之间生理病理规律的基本理论.从五脏同气相求理论出发探讨原发性骨质疏松症的发病机制与病情发展阶段,结合临床表现,将其分为3个阶段:初期、症状期、骨折期.初期气血失和,五脏失求,治以调和气血,五脏相求;症状期血弱筋急,肝肾双亏,治以行血舒筋,肝肾双补;骨折期气滞血瘀,脾肾俱虚,治以补脾益肾,活血化瘀.
Objective:To explore the application rules of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy in the treatment of stroke sequelae based on data mining technology.Methods:The clinical research literature on wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment of stroke sequelae were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Academic Journal Database(WANFANG),and VIP Chinese Database(VIP)from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021,and were sorted,screened,reviewed and classified.According to the type of disease,the high-frequency acupoints and their effective rates were statistically analyzed.The retention time and total treatment frequency of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy were analyzed combined with the therapy,and correlation analysis and cluster analysis were performed using Excel,SPSS 21.0,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results:A total of 46 literatures on the treatment of stroke sequelae with wrist-ankle acupuncture were included in this study,the highest frequency of application was shoulder pain(shoulder pain,shoulder hand syn-drome),followed by hemiplegia and hemisensory disorder.The high frequency acupoints shoulder pain was upper 4,upper 5,and upper 6,hemiplegia was upper 5,lower 4,and hemisensoiy disorders was upper 5,lower 4,and lower 5.Cluster analysis of shoulder pain,hemiplegia,and hemisensory disorder obtained 2,3,and 3 groups of acupoint combinations respectively,and correlation analysis obtained 6 groups of acupoint pairs.The retention time of wrist-ankle acupuncture was mostly 30 minutes,and the total number of treatments was less than 30 times.Rehabilitation training and acupuncture therapy were often combined to improve the therapeutic effect.Conclusion:The treatment of stroke sequelae with wrist-ankle acupuncture has special characteristics in the aspects of acupoint selection and needle retention time.It can effectively alleviate its related symptoms,but it is still necessary to explore more detailed diagnosis and treatment standards and treatment rules,and promote the application of wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequelae.
总结刘志明应用调气和血攻毒法治疗结肠癌的经验.刘志明认为正气不足,阴阳失调,脾肾亏虚是结肠癌发生的根本原因,气滞、痰凝、血瘀、毒聚是结肠癌发生发展的重要病理生理过程,气血失和毒聚是结肠癌的重要病理基础.临床上主张辨证应用调气和血攻毒法作为结肠癌治疗的基本治法.调气包括补已虚之气和疏郁滞不畅之气,要求补而不滞,疏其调达,亦常配伍补肾培元之品,以收脾肾同治、先后天同调之效;和血不仅要补不足之气血,还有注意清离经之血和瘀滞之血,慎用太过滋腻之品;攻毒一方面是攻痰凝、湿浊、瘀血、热邪诸邪积聚之毒,另一方面又指攻伐有形之"癌毒".同时结合导致气血失和毒聚的不同病因或病理灵活辨证,配合多种治法以治病求本、随证施治,临床疗效显著.
This study explained the connotation of"liver-brain correlation"from three aspects:the func-tional position,meridian circulation and physiological function of the liver and brain.The liver is connected with the brain to maintain the function of Yuan Shen,and"liver-brain correlation"dominates the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.At the same time,the stagnation or obstruction of brain collaterals runs through the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.This paper proposed the"liver regulating and brain dredging method"for treating the ischemic stroke,namely regulating liver Qi to dredge brain collaterals,or nourishing Yin to softening liver,or eliminating phlegm to clearing liver,or calming wind to calming liver,or nourishing blood to nourishing liver.
从时症合参,性症合参,脉症合参,病症合参,以症为则、随症治之,多法合参、多措并举6个方面探讨刘奎《松峰说疫》论治疫病特色.刘奎结合症状、病发的时令气候选用方药,若症状表现的性质与四时主气不同,提出要以症状为主;结合症状和疫病性质、个人体质,审慎应用清利发表、苦寒攻下之法;结合症状与患者脉象,判断疫病性质及预后;结合症状与疫病种类,治疗症状表现多样且无规律性的瘟疫杂症和杂疫;根据疫病兼夹症随症加减,根据症状辨析疫病常证与变证;针对疫病症状的多样性和多变性,灵活应用多种方法治疗疫病.刘奎注重疫病复杂症状体现的病变本质,其善于变通、随症治之的疫病论治思想对理解后世医家的著述、拓宽疫病临床治疗具有重要参考意义.
PAN Yueli believed that the pathogenesis of gan Qi type malnutrition was due to the failure of spleen-Yang to rise,obstruction of stomach-collaterals,and liver-Qi deficiency leading to the disappearance of fluids and stagnation of Qi and blood.The treatment focused on the flexible use of promoting Yang Qi,clearing up the collaterals Qi,and activating stagnation Qi to regulate the spleen,stomach,and liver.It advocated identifying the urgency of the disease,treating both the symptoms and the root cause,and adding and subtracting medicine according to the symptoms.Clinical prescriptions should be in accordance with the principles of promoting spleen-Yang and not over-supplementing,promoting stomach-collaterals and not over-stasis,and de-stagnating liver-Qi according to the changes of the disease,it achieved significant treatment results.A test case was attached to support this.
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Huoxiang(Agastache rugosus)-Longdancao(Gentian)in the treatment of sinusitis by network pharmacology technology and in vivo experiment.Methods:TCMSP and Swiss Target Prediction database were used to screen the active ingredients and targets of Huoxiang(Agastache rugosus)-Longdancao(Gentian).The disease targets of"sinusitis"were obtained by GeneCards,OMIM and Durgback platforms and then intersected with drug targets.The traditional Chinese medicine component-target network and protein interaction network(PPI)were constructed by String and Cytoscape 3.8.2 software.And Gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)signal pathway enrichment analysis were performed.Rat model of sinusitis was established.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1 β(IL-1 β),inter-leukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were detected by ELISA.The protein expressions of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,NF-κB p65 and IL-17C were detected by Western blotting.Results:A total of 10 active ingredients,163 drug targets,and 110 intersection targets of drug components and diseases were screened.The core active ingre-dients of Huoxiang(Agastache rugosus)-Longdancao(Gentian)were quercetin,gentioline and gentiopicrin.The core targets were AKT1,TP53,IL-6,VEGEA and TNF.KEGG enrichment was mainly involved in lipid and atherosclerosis pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,etc.The results of ELISA showed that compared with the control group,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-17 increased significantly in model group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-17 decreased significantly in the agastache-gentian group and positive drug group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the positive drug group,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-17 increased in the agastagus-gentian group(P<0.05).Western blotting results showed that compared with the control group,the protein relative expressions of TNF-α,IL-1β,NF-κB p65,IL-6 and IL-17C increased significantly in model group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the protein relative expressions of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-17C decreased significantly in the agastagus-gentiana group and positive drug group(P<0.01).Compared with the positive drug group,the relative expressions of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,and IL-17C proteins increased significantly in agastagus-gentiana group(P<0.01),while the relative expression of NF-κB p65 protein decreased significantly in agastagus-gentiana group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Huoxiang(Agastache rugosus)-Longdancao(Gentian)can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 by activating the NF-κB pathway of IL-17 to treat sinusitis.
Objective:To explore the effect of Xiangpi Shengji ointment on wound repair in post-operative anal fistula model rats,based on the JAK2/STAT3 signal pathway.Methods:Totally 36 SD rats were randomly divided into Xiangpi Shengji ointment group,vaseline group,sham operation group and model group,with 9 rats in each group.The model of anal fistula disease was established in rats by wire drainage,and then the anal fistula resection(except the sham operation group)was performed to establish the wound model of anal fistula surgery in rats.Rats were treated with normal saline in model group,while corresponding drugs respectively in Xiangpi Shengji ointment group and vaseline group,for 10 days.The conventional area detection method was used to detect the wound area of rats in each group on the 5th and 10th day after drug intervention.Hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining was used to observe the pathological changes of granulation tissue on the wounds of rats in each group on the 3rd,5th,7th and 10th day after drug intervention.The expression levels of IL-6 mRNA,JAK2 mRNA and STAT3 mRNA in granulation tissues were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-QPCR).The expression of IL6,gp130,JAK2 and STAT3 proteins in the post-anal fistula wound granulation tissues were detected by Western blotting on the 5th and 10th day after drug intervention.Results:On the 3rd day after drug intervention,the wound area of the three groups of rats was large,without redness or swelling,and there was a small amount of exudate.On the 5th,7th and 10th day after drug intervention,the wound area decreased significantly in Xiangpi Shengji ointment group,and the model group and vaseline group showed smaller reduced wound area than Xiangpi Shengji ointment group at the same time point.On the 10th day after drug intervention,most of the wounds healed in Xiangpi Shengji ointment group,while the wounds did not fully heal in vaseline group and model group.On the 5th,7th and 10th day after drug intervention,the Xiangpi Shengji ointment group and vaseline group showed higher wound healing rate than model group(P<0.01),and Xiangpi Shengji ointment group showed higher wound healing rate than vaseline group(P<0.01).The HE staining results showed that the wounds were basically repaired in Xiangpi Shengji ointment group,with fibroblasts densely arranged and a small amount of inflammatory cells infiltrating.The vaseline group of rats showed poor wound repair,with vascular dilation and bleeding,and more infiltration of inflammatory cells.The model group rats showed significant bleeding and necrosis on the surface of the wound,with high tissue edema and infiltration of a large number of inflammatory cells.The Xiangpi Shengji ointment group,vaseline group and model group showed higher relative expression levels of IL-6 mRNA,JAK2 mRNA and STAT3 mRNA than sham operation group(P<0.05).The Xiangpi Shengji ointment group and vaseline group showed lower relative expression levels of IL-6 mRNA,JAK2 mRNA and STAT3 mRNA than model group(P<0.05).The Xiangpi Shengji ointment group showed lower relative expression levels of IL-6 mRNA,JAK2 mRNA and STAT3 mRNA than vaseline group(P<0.05).On the 5th and 10th day after drug intervention,The Xiangpi Shengji ointment group,vaseline group and model group showed higher relative expression levels of IL-6 and gp130 proteins,as well as p-JAK2/JAk2 and p-STAT3/STAT3 than sham operation group(P<0.05).The Xiangpi Shengji ointment group and vaseline group showed lower relative expression levels of IL-6 and gp130 protein,as well as p-JAK2/JAk2 and p-STAT3/STAT3 than model group(P<0.05).The Xiangpi Shengji ointment group showed lower relative expression levels of IL-6 and gp130 protein,as well as p-JAK2/JAk2 and p-STAT3/STAT3 than vaseline group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangpi Shengji ointment may reduce the expression of IL-6,gp130,p-JAK2,JAK2,p-STAT3 and STAT3 proteins in the wound of post-operative anal fistula model rats,inhibit inflammatory reactions,and accelerate the process of wound repair after anal fistula surgery.
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qishenhuanwu capsule in treating diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and its influence on glucose and lipid metabolism,vascular endothelial function,hemorheology and inflammatory indexes.Methods:A total of 96 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart diseasewere included in the study,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,48 patients in each group.The control group was given secondary prevention of coronary heart disease and drugs to reduce blood glucose,and the observation group was additionally given Qishenhuanwu Capsule orally,2 capsules per time,3 times a day,on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 6 weeks of continuous administration,the TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The blood glucose and lipid indexes,vascular endothelial function indexes(VEGF,NO,ET-1),hemorheology indexes(whole blood high/low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,FIB)and inflammatory indexes(TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10,hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose indicators,blood lipid indicators,vascular endothelial function indicators,hemorheological indicators,and inflammatory indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qishenhuanwu Capsule has definite curative effect in the treatment of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,facilitate the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism,improve vascular endothelial function and hemorheology,and inhibit inflammation.
Objective:To observe the antipyretic effect of different operation duration of"Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui"on endotoxin-induced fever of young rabbits and the influence of 5-HT and NE neurotransmitters in hypothalamus,and explore the effect relationship between massage operation duration and antipyretic effect.Methods:Totally 40 New Zealand young rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group,Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group and an ibuprofen group,with 8 rabbits in each group.Rabbits in the model group,Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group,Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group and ibuprofen group were subjected to prepare the endotoxin-induced fever model through the intravenous lipopolysaccharide(200 ng/mL)from the ear marginal vein,1 mUkg."Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui"manipulation was performed on the middle of the left forelimb of the young rabbits 1.5 h after modeling in the Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group,for 5 minutes with a frequency of 50-100 times/min."Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui"manipulation was performed on the middle of the left forelimb of the young rabbits 1.5 and 2.5 h after modeling in Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group.The duration of each session was 5 minutes,and the cumulative duration was 10 minutes.The frequency was 50-100 times/min.Ibuprofen group was given ibuprofen suspension(0.01 g/mL,1 mUkg)by gavage at 1.5 h after modeling.The dynamic changes of body temperature of young rabbits after modeling were observed,and the time point when body temperature dropped to normal was compared.The contents of 5-HT and NE in hypothalamus were determined by enzyme-linked immunoadsorption(ELISA).Results:The height of body temperature rise in Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group was significantly lower than that in model group at 2.0-3.0 h after modeling(P<0.01).The height of body temperature rise in Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group was lower than that of the model group at 1.5-3.5 h after modeling(P<0.05).The body temperature rise in ibuprofen group was lower than that in the model group at 2.0-3.5 h and 5.0-5.5 h after modeling(P<0.01).The rise of body temperature of feverish young rabbits in Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group was significantly lower than that in Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group at 2.5-4.0 h after modeling(P<0.01).The body temperature rise in ibuprofen group was lower than that in Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group at 3.0-4.0 h and 5.5-6.0 h after modeling(P<0.05).The temperature rise in ibuprofen group was lower than that in Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group at 5.5-6.0 h after modeling(P<0.05).The Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group and ibuprofen group showed shorter antipyretic time than model group and Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group(P<0.01).The model group showed lower content of 5-HT in hypothalamus than normal group(P<0.01),while higher content of NE than normal group(P<0.01).The Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group and ibuprofen group showed higher content of 5-HT in hypothalamus than model group(P<0.01),while lower content of NE than model group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the contents of 5-HT and NE in hypothalamus between Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group and model group(P>0.05).The Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group and ibuprofen group showed higher content of 5-HT in hypothalamus than Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group,while lower content of NE than Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 5 min group(P<0.01).The ibuprofen group showed lower content of NE in hypothalamus than Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui 10 min group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Large Tui-pushing Tianheshui has a significant antipyretic effect on young rabbits with fever,and the superposition of operation time is positively correlated with the therapeutic effect.Its antipyretic effect may be related to the regulation of the balance of 5-HT and NE in the the hypothalamus.
Objective:To analyze the situation and problem of bed allocation in Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Hospital from 2011 to 2020,predict the fairness and efficiency development level of bed allocation in Tianjin TCM Hospital during the"Fourteenth Five Year Plan"period,and provide reference for the optimal allocation of beds in Tianjin TCM Hospital.Methods:Descriptive analysis method was used to study the basic situation of bed allocation in Tianjin TCM Hospital.Difference index was used to analyze the fairness of bed alloca-tion in Tianjin TCM Hospital.Normalization method was used to evaluate the efficiency of bed allocation in Tianjin TCM Hospital.Grey GM(1,1)model was used to predict the basic situation,fairness and efficiency of bed allocation in Tianjin TCM Hospital from 2021 to 2025.Results:From 2011 to 2020,the number of beds in Tianjin TCM hospitals increased by approximately 70.144%.The difference index according to population and geographical distribution has been increasing year by year,while the difference index according to GDP distribution has been decreasing year by year.In 2020,the difference index according to population,geography and GDP were 0.363,0.641 and 0.424 respectively.The bed efficiency index has also been decreasing year by year and has always been in a low efficiency state.In 2020,the bed efficiency index was 0.532.It is predicted that the difference indexes of beds in Tianjin TCM hospitals by population,geography and GDP in 2025 will be 0.469,0.715 and 0.382 respectively.Conclusion:The beds of Tianjin TCM hospitals are excessively concentrated in the six districts of the city.The fairness and efficiency of the allocation have declined year after year and have a trend of further expansion.The number of health technical personnel cannot meet the needs of the increase of beds.Scientific and intensive development should be achieved through various methods such as regional overall planning,strengthening the construction of TCM healthcare technical personnel,and transforming the development model of TCM hospital beds.
Objective:To observe the effects of Huanglian pill(HL-P),Huanglian decoction(HL-D)and berberine on glucose and lipid metabolism of diabetic rats.Methods:Totally six rats were randomly selected as control group,and 40 rats were given high fat diet and injected with streptozotocin(STZ)into the tail vein to establish diabetic rat model.Totally 30 diabetic rats were successfully modeled and randomly divided into model group,Berberine high dose group,Berberine low dose group,HL-P group and HL-D group,with six rats in each group.Berberine high dose and low dose groups were given high dose[156 mg/(kg·d)]and low dose[78 mg/(kg·d)]berberine suspension by gavage respectively.The rats in HL-P group were given Coptis powder suspension[0.64 mU(kg·d)]by gavage.The rats in HL-D group were given Coptis decoction concentrate[0.62 mU(kg·d)]by intragastric administration.Orbital blood was collected at 0,9,18,27,36,45,54 and 63 days after administration,then fasting blood glucose(FBG)and fasting insulin(FINS)were detected.And insulin sensitivity index(ISI)was calculated.Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)and blood lipid levels were measured by the kit on the 63rd day.Results:HPLC showed berberine is found in Coptis pills and Coptis decoction.The content of berberine in the simulated gastric fluid of Coptis pills and Coptis decoction was respectively 66.8 mg/g and 38.3 mg/g.The OGTT,FBG,FINS and blood lipid levels of diabetic rats were improved in HL-P group,HL-D group and berberine high-dose group(P<0.05),but the OGTT,FBG,FINS and blood lipid levels of diabetic rats were not improved in berberine low-dose group(P>0.05).Compared with HL-D group and berberine high-dose group,OGTT,FBG,FINS and ISI were improved more significantly in HL-P group at the end of treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the improvement of blood lipid levels in diabetic rats among treatment groups(P>0.05).In addition,from the 45th day,the HL-P group showed better improvement of FBG level than HL-D group and berberine high-dose group(P<0.05).From the 63rd day,HL-P group showed lower FINS level than HL-D group and berberine high-dose group(P<0.05).The HL-P group showed higher ISI level than HL-D group from the 45th day(P<0.05),and higher than Berberine high-dose group from the 54th day(P<0.05).Conclusion:HL-P,HL-D and high-dose berberine played a significant role on the amelioration of blood glucose,insulin sensitivity and lipid of diabetic rats.HL-P exerted superior therapeutic effect on hypoglycemic activity and improvement of insulin resistance,compared to HL-D and high-dose berberine.
