Non-platinum metal-based complexes have good potential for cancer treatment. Here, we designed and synthesized five hydrazone copper(II) complexes, [Cu2(HL)2Cl2] 1A, [Cu2(HL)2(NO3)H2O]·NO3 2A, [Cu2(HL)2Br2] 3A, [Cu(L)pyridine] 1B and [Cu(HL)(pyridine)Br] 3B, and evaluated their anti-lung cancer activities. MTT experiments revealed that these copper(II) complexes exhibit higher anticancer activity than cisplatin. Mechanism studies revealed that complex 3A induced G1 phase cell cycle arrest, and induced cell apoptosis via reactive oxygen species (ROS)-mediated mitochondrial dysfunction. Scratch wound healing assay was also performed, revealing that complex 3A have good anti-cell migration activity. Hemolysis assays showed good blood biocompatibility of complex 3A. Furthermore, complex 3A can significantly inhibit the proliferation of A549 3D tumor spheroid. An in vivo anticancer study showed that complex 3A could delays the growth of A549 tumor xenografts with lower systemic toxicity. These results highlight the great possibility of developing highly active copper complexes as anti-lung cancer agents.
在运维(OP)互联系统中,常规的检修操作票格式校验模型受到传输机制的影响,格式识别异常,校验有效性不足,针对这一问题,提出OP互联系统下的检修操作票格式智能校验模型.在通用属性组播注册协议(GMRP)的支持下,优化检修操作数据传输机制,分别校验表格格式和数据格式,应用校验函数,构建检修操作票格式智能校验模型,引入松弛变量,约束校验模型并获得最优解,实现对检修操作票的智能校验.测试结果表明该校验模型单元格位置识别准确率极高,操作票出票零错误.
The purpose is to study the Carbon Footprint (CF) verification system of power enterprises, promote the Low-Carbon Economy (LCE) in the power industry, and improve resource utilization during Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction (ECER). The Carbon Dioxide Emission (CDE) of power enterprises is explored based on the CF. First, Edge Computing (EC) is adopted to calculate the direct Carbon Dioxide Emission (CDE) of the Chinese power industry from 2005 to 2020 based on energy input. The direct CDE and the changing trend are analyzed. On this basis, Blockchain Technology (BCT) is employed to quantify the indirect CDEs of power enterprises’ energy consumption. A comprehensive analysis is made of the changing trend and circulation of the total CF of power enterprises based on the direct and indirect CDEs. The data show that the proportion of direct and indirect CDEs in total CF gradually decreases and increases. The results show that the power industry should increase the proportion of clean power in the power industry, control the CDEs from the source, and improve energy utilization to optimize the CF verification.
The technology advancement and cost decline of renewable and sustainable energy increase the penetration of distributed energy resources (DERs) in distribution systems. Transactive energy helps balance the local generation and demand. Peer-to-peer (P2P) energy trading is a promising business model for transactive energy. Such a market scheme can increase the revenue of DER owners and reduce the waste of renewable energy. This article proposes an equilibrium model of a P2P transactive energy market. Every participant seeks the maximum personal interest, with the options of importing or providing energy from/to any other peer across different buses of the distribution network. The market equilibrium condition is obtained by combining the Karush–Kuhn–Tucker conditions of all problems of individual participants together. The energy transaction price is endogenously determined from the market equilibrium condition, which is cast as a mixed-integer linear program and solved by a commercial solver. The transactive energy flow is further embedded in the optimal power flow problem to ensure operating constraints of the distribution network. We propose a remedy to recover a near optimal solution when the second-order cone relaxation is inexact. Finally, a case study demonstrates that the proposed P2P market benefits all participants.
Electricity plays an important role in energy transformation. The future energy transformation will show the trend of clean, low carbon and electrification. This paper mainly introduces the operation control technology and application of all-clean energy supply in provincial power grid. Firstly, this paper introduces the technical problems faced by the power grid to achieve all-clean energy supply; secondly, the power and electricity balance equation of the power grid under the condition of all-clean energy supply is analyzed; thirdly, based on the output constraints of the power grid and Hydropower units, dispatching generation scheduling optimization function is analyzed. Finally, taking the clean energy power supply successfully realized in Qinghai Province in recent three years as an example, this paper analyzes the feasibility and main implementation process of the clean energy in the provincial power grid from the perspective of engineering practice, and discusses the innovative connotation of the three clean energy power supply in technology and transaction mode. The practice and exploration of all-clean energy power supply can provide practical experience for improving the multi-energy complementary coordination control and new energy absorption capacity of power grid, promoting the development of clean energy, and providing meaningful reference for the power grid to carry the new energy revolution.
为了推进电力交易的公开、公平、公正,同时解决电力交易参与者之间的信任问题,应用区块链为电力交易提供一条新型的技术应用路径.依托区块链的不可篡改、多方参与、共同维护以及可追溯等特性,研究区块链在电力交易中的落地场景和业务模式.文章首先介绍了区块链技术以及其在国内和国外的应用现状,然后基于区块链技术提出在电力交易中的应用方案和用于执行此方案的总体架构,最后分析了区块链在电力交易中面临的挑战和应对这些挑战的建议.
Aiming at the impact of large-scale wind power integration on the operation characteristics of HVDC, this paper builds an AC-DC hybrid double-fed HVDC system including wind power generation. In the PSCAD/EMTDC software, the steady-state and transient operation characteristics of wind power access system are studied. The results show that the system can reach stable operation within 0.2s when the system starts. When the three-phase short-circuit ground fault occurs, the DC voltage and active power of the system show a downward trend, after the 0.05 s fault removal, active power of line gradually restores stability under the action of regulator, but line voltage appears unstable. When one end is disconnected, the voltage and active power on the fault side change to zero instantaneously, and the other end has a small reduction, and then it can resume normal operation.
Due to the unmatched feeder impedance, the conventional voltage and frequency droop control method is unable to accurately allocate the output reactive power of DG units in proportion to their power ratings. To solve this issue, this paper has proposed a feeder impedance identification based droop control method. Firstly, the relationship among the reactive power sharing, reactive power droop slope and feeder impedance in islanded microgrids is illustrated. An online feeder impedance identification method is subsequently adopted to modify the reactive power droop slope of DG unit. In this way, the effect of unmatched feeder impedance on reactive power sharing is eliminated without communication among DG units. Experimental results implemented on an islanded microgrid apparatus have validated the feasibility of the proposed droop control method.
Naringin (NA) is one of typical flavanone glycosides widely distributed in nature and possesses several biological activities including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiapoptotic. The aim of this study was to develop solid dispersion (SD) and to improve the dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of NA. NA-SD was prepared by the traditional preparation methods using PEG6000, F68, or PVP K30 as carrier at different drug to carrier ratios. According to the results of solubility and in vitro dissolution test, the NA-PEG6000 (1:3) SD was considered as an optimal formulation to characterize by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry and powder X-ray diffraction. Furthermore, oral bioavailabilities of NA-PEG6000 (1:3) SD and NA-suspension with the same dosage were investigated in SD rats. The results confirmed the formation of SD and the pharmacokinetic parameters of NA-PEG6000 (1:3) SD (C-max = 0.645 +/- 0.262 mu g/ml, AUC(0-t) = 0.471 +/- 0.084 mu g/ml h) were higher than that of NA-suspension (C-max = 0.328 +/- 0.183 mu g/ml, AUC(0-t) = 0.361 +/- 0.093 mu g/ml h). Based on the results, the SD is considered as a promising approach to enhance the dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of NA.
为了应对青海省电力调度数据网由于扩展而导致的复杂性和脆弱性,以三层网络分层为基础,分析了复杂网络模型下无标度网络和小世界网络特性,按拓扑结构将某区域电力调度数据网分为双星形和网状结构,讨论了在几种网络被破坏的环境下两种结构的脆弱性表现.结果表明,具有无标度特性的星形结构对蓄意破坏表现脆弱,网络连通性差;具有小世界网络的网状结构对蓄意破坏表现坚强,但易发生连锁故障.
The polysaccharides of Dicliptera chinensis (L.) Juss. (DCP-1 and DCP-2) were extracted and isolated using the methods of water extract–ethanol precipitate and sephadex column chromatography and characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) and gas chromatography (GC), respectively. The antioxidant activity of DCPs was evaluated by scavenging activity of DPPH, hydroxyl, superoxide anion and ABTS radical. Moreover, the anti-aging activity of DCP-2 was investigated using an aging model-induced by D-galactose (D-gal) in mice. The results show that the weight average molecular weight (Mw) of DCP-2 was 2 273Da with a narrow polydispersity index of 1.01, and it was a heteropolysaccharide and consisted of glucose, galactose, arabinose, rhamnose and mannose with a molar ratio of 3.20:2.54:1.69:1.58:1.00. DCP-2 had stronger antioxidant activity against DPPH, hydroxyl, superoxide anion and ABTS radical, while DCP-1 had hardly any antioxidant activity and DCP had weaker antioxidant activity. Furthermore, DCP-2 can enhance antioxidant capacity and had anti-aging activity against D-gal induced aging mice. These results proposed that DCP-2 might be developed as a potential functional food with the activity of anti-aging.
通过研究电网工业控制系统的发展现状和存在的安全问题,针对新能源电站调度监控系统分析典型的安全威胁,利用电网工控系统网络数据采集和协议分析技术进行安全威胁监测,并基于大数据分析技术设计电网工控安全威胁监测系统和现网部署方案,系统通过采集电网的安全事件进行大数据分析,可有效监测针对电网工控系统的攻击,同时结合电网工业控制系统资产识别和管理,能够发现针对关键设备的异常攻击行为.
工业控制系统防火墙需要对应用层传输的工业控制协议报文进行深度解析,提取传输的控制指令和数据内容,从而检测异常网络流量.模式匹配规则的增加和网络传输速度的提升对于检测能力的要求越来越高.文章提出一种基于多核处理器的工业控制系统硬件防火墙架构设计,优化对工业网络中异常流量行为的检测和策略处理.相比于传统的硬件架构,该架构具有灵活性和可扩展性,在处理能力上具备显著优势.
Ethnopharmacological relevance: Dicliptera chinensis is a traditional herbal medicine used anciently in China for hepatopathy treatment, especially in south areas. Our several studies have demonstrated that dicliptera chinensis polysaccharides (DCP), which has a markedly protective effects on chemistry-induced models of acute liver injury in rats. In this study, we further investigated the potentially hepatoprotective effect of dicliptera chinensis polysaccharides (DCP) on hepatic fibrosis (HF) rats induced by dimethylnitrosamine (DMN).Material and methods: The 96 rats were randomly divided into six groups (n=16, per group), the normal control group intragastrically administrated normal saline, model control group intraperitoneally injected with 0.5% DMN solution at 1.6 mL per kg (three times a week); colchicine intragastrically administrated group (0.2 mg kg(-1) d(-1))+DMN-treated rats; DCP intragastrically administrated groups (100 mg kg(-1) d(-1), 200 mg kg(-1) d(-1), 300 mg kg(-1) d(-1))-F DMN-treated rats. At the end of 8 weeks, all rats were sacrificed.Results: Pathological examination showed that high and medium doses of DCP presented remarkable effect in ameliorating hepatic fibrosis, alleviate the inflammation, necrosis and reduced collagen deposits. DCP effectively improved the liver function, as revealed in being lowered sero-enzyme levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL) while increased albumin (ALB), and being reduced sero-concentrations of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNE-alpha), interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the HF rats. Additionally, the contents of hyaluronic acid (HA), collagen type IV (IV-C), type III pre-collagen (PCIII) and laminin (LN) in the hepatic tissue of HF rats were markedly decreased, whereas the expressions of transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-(beta I), collagen type I (Col- I), metal protease-1 (TIMP-1), nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappa B) expression in the hepatic tissue were notably down-regulated.Conclusion: DCP exerts effectively antagonistic activity on DMN-caused hepatotoxicity in HF rats, which the anti-fibrotic mechanisms are associated with regulating functionally serous enzymes, improving metabolic function and inhibiting inflammatory reaction in liver tissue. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the chemical constituents from the young fruits of Citrus maxima cv. Shatian.METHODS:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization, and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS:Seven compounds were isolated and identified as naringenin (I), marmin (II), naringin (III), β-sitosterol (IV) 5,7-dihydroxylcoumarin (V) 1, 3,5-trihydroxyhenzene (VI) and xanthotoxol (VII).CONCLUSION:Except compound III, all compounds are isolated from the young fruits of Citrus maxima cv. Shatian for the first time.
[Objective] To discuss the effects of resveratrol on the proliferation and cell cycle of human hepatoblastoma-derived HepG-2 cell line. [Methods]The resveratrol was extracted by microwave-assisted method and HepG-2 cells were exposed to resveratrol of different concentrations which were 12. 5,25,50 and 100 μmol /L. The inhibiting effect of resveratrol on the proliferation of HepG-2 cells was measured by MTT. Morphologic changes of cells were detected by the phase contrast microscope. The cell cycle of HepG-2 cells treated with resveratrol were analyzed by flow cytometry. [Results]Resveratrol could significantly inhibit proliferation of HepG-2 cells and the effect was time and concentration dependent. According to results of FCM,resveratrol could block HepG-2 cells into S phase and the effect was dose dependent. [Conclusions]Resveratrol could inhibit the proliferation of HepG-2 cells and induce apoptosis. It could induce cell blockage in S phase.
[Objective]To research the apoptosis of hepatoma cells HepG-2 induced by shikimic acid from FRUCTUS ANISI STELLATI and its mechanism. [Methods]Hepatoma cells HepG-2 at logarithmic phase were randomly divided into drug group and control group. Shikimic acids from FRUCTUS ANISI STELLATI at the concentrations of 0. 125,0. 5 and 1 g /L were used. Inhibitory effects of shikimic acids on HepG-2 cell proliferation were detected by MTT method. Effects of shikimic acids at the concentrations of 0. 125,0. 5 and 1 g /L on the cell cycle of hepatoma cells HepG were researched by Flow Cytometer. Expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were detected by immunocytochemistry detection. [Results]Results of MTT test showed that shikimic acid(0. 125,0. 5 and 1 g /L) had significant inhibitory effects on the proliferation of in vitro human liver cancer HepG-2 in a time-and dose-dependent relationship(P < 0. 05). Shikimic acid blocked the hepatoma cells HepG-2 at G1 phase,so that the cells could not enter into S phase for DNA synthesis,which restricted the cell proliferation. Results of immunocytochemistry detection showed that protein expression of Bcl-2 decreased significantly,while Bax expression enhanced significantly,so that the proportion of Bcl-2 to Bax reduced. [Conclusions]shikimic acid blocked the hepatoma cells HepG-2 at G1 phase,and had significant inhibitory effects on the proliferation of human hepatoma cell through reducing the proportion of Bcl-2 to Bax.
In order to limit the adverse reactions caused by polysorbate 80 in Taxotere®, a widely used formulation of docetaxel, a safe and effective nanocarrier for this drug has been developed based on micelles formed by a new class of well-defined polyoxyethylene sorbitol oleate (PSO) with sorbitol as the matrix in aqueous solution. The physicochemical properties of the amphiphilic surfactant and the resulting micelles can be easily fine-tuned by the homogeneous sorbitol matrix and pure oleic acid. Composition, critical micelle concentration, and entrapment efficiency were investigated by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry, fluorospectrophotometry, and high-performance liquid chromatography. In vitro and in vivo evaluation revealed that PSO had exceptionally low hemolysis and histamine release rates compared with commercial polysorbate 80. Moreover, the tumor targeting delivery of PSO was investigated by in vivo imaging in S180 tumor-bearing mice. The results suggest that this novel delivery system, PSO, provides an acceptable alternative to polysorbate 80 for delivery of docetaxel. Further, due to the hypoallergenic nature of PSO, the mechanism of pseudoallergy caused by the polyoxyethylene nonionic surfactant was investigated. Based on in vitro cell analysis, it was assumed that the initial contact of polyoxyethylene nonionic surfactant with mast cells provoked pseudoallergy via polyamine receptor-mediated endocytosis.
