Abstract—Using a non-invasive Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) system combined with air-pressure indentation, the Effective Young’s Modulus was measured in healthy participants to evaluate tissue stiffness. The intervention compared two pulse configurations at 1 Hz: a 20% duty cycle and an 80% duty cycle for 6 min. Experimental results showed that the 80% duty cycle led to significantly higher stiffness in the plateau regime (E2) and densification regime (E3) compared to the 20% duty cycle. These findings suggest that acute Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) induces immediate structural changes in healthy plantar tissue, demonstrating that a higher energy delivery alters subsurface layer tension. This OCT-based methodology proved highly effective for precise, non-contact biomechanical mapping, providing a crucial quantitative baseline for future clinical research involving compromised or wounded tissues.
Political polarization on social media is becoming increasingly massive ahead of electoral contests, including in the 2024 Jakarta Regional/Gubernatorial Election. This dynamic has the potential to increase psychological stress and affect users' political mental health. This study aims to analyse how political polarization on TikTok strengthens echo chambers and impacts young voters' political mental health. With a qualitative approach, this study uses discourse analysis methods, in-depth interviews with young voters, political influencers, and political communication experts, as well as participant observation of content discussing candidate pairs number 1 (Ridwan Kamil-Suswono) and number 3 (Pramono Anung-Rano Karno). Research findings reveal systemic failure of TikTok's algorithm, which creates political polarization through structured cognitive manipulation, exploiting users' confirmation bias to maintain engagement without considering mental health impacts. The platform operates as a social fragmentation mechanism that impedes democratic deliberation, creating echo chambers that erode Indonesia's young generation's critical thinking capabilities. Findings demonstrate normalization of digital violence and political dehumanization that threatens social stability. Fundamental reform of algorithmic architecture and comprehensive regulation are required to prevent corporate exploitation of Indonesia's democratic processes, alongside the necessity for more inclusive platform policies and digital literacy strategies to foster openness toward diverse political perspectives, thereby minimizing polarization's negative impacts on society's political mental health.
This study investigates how inclusive social development can be achieved in coastal communities via social assistance programs aimed at poverty alleviation. Adopting a constructivist paradigm and qualitative descriptive method, it examines Pabean Udik Village, a coastal area where residents primarily depend on small-scale fisheries and informal work. The research centers on the village head's communicative leadership in facilitating participatory village deliberations (musyawarah desa) to select recipients of Direct Cash Transfer from Village Funds (BLT-DD). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews, analyzed thematically. Key Findings reveal that inclusive decision-making in Pabean Udik Village hinges on three interrelated factors: communicative leadership, deliberative forums, and accountable governance. The village head's fosters trust and legitimacy by transparently explaining policies, enabling two-way dialogue, and resolving social tensions. Inclusive deliberation involving neighborhood leaders (RT), village consultative bodies (BPD), and community figure, enhance accountability, curb conflicts, and reduce jealousy. Ultimately, the study asserts that poverty alleviation in coastal villages. Succeed not just through financial aid but via robust invlusive governance and communication. Bolstering communicative leadership and participation is vital for sustainable socio-economic progress in Indonesia's coastal regions.
Digital transformation in public administration requires reliable, informative, and responsive public data services that deliver tangible benefits to users. However, no empirical study has specifically examined the application of the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model to Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan as an integrated government public data service in the labor sector. This study examines the effects of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Net Benefits of Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan and tests the mediating role of User Satisfaction. A quantitative explanatory approach was used, with data collected through an online questionnaire from 100 portal users selected by purposive sampling during May-June 2026. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS version 4.1.1.8. The results show that System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality positively and significantly affect User Satisfaction and Net Benefits. User Satisfaction also positively and significantly affects Net Benefits and mediates the effects of all three quality dimensions through complementary partial mediation. The novelty lies in applying the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model to Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan as an integrated government public data service supporting Satu Data Indonesia in the labor sector, while examining User Satisfaction as a mediating mechanism in generating Net Benefits
