The École nationale d'administration (generally referred to as ENA, English: National School of Administration) was a French grande école, created in 1945 by President Charles de Gaulle and principal author of the Constitution (1958) Michel Debré, to democratise access to the senior civil service. It was abolished on 31 December 2021 and replaced by the Institut national du service public (INSP).The ENA selected and undertook initial training of senior French officials. It was considered to be one of the most academically exceptional French schools, both because of its low acceptance rates and because a large majority of its candidates have already graduated from other elite schools in the country. Thus, within French society, the ENA stood as one of the main pathways to high positions in the public and private sectors.Originally located in Paris, it had been relocated to Strasbourg to emphasise its European character. It was based in the former Commanderie Saint-Jean, though continued to maintain a Paris campus. ENA produced around 80 to 90 graduates every year, known as étudiants-fonctionnaires, "enaos" or "énarques" (IPA: [enaʁk]). In 2002 the Institut international d'administration publique (IIAP) which educated French diplomats under a common structure with the ENA was merged with it. The ENA shares several traditions with the College of Europe, which was established shortly after. In 2019, President Emmanuel Macron announced he would propose to abolish and replace the ENA. Macron is an ENA graduate himself, but the tight network of ENA graduates influencing the French civil service has been decried by populist protests such as the yellow vests movement as an elite governing class out of touch with the lower social classes. In April 2021, Macron confirmed the closure of the school, calling the closure "the most important reform of the senior public service" since the school's creation in 1945.
This work integrates logical and physical security processes, and simplifies the manageability of the security infrastructure. The process increases visibility to resources, which makes it easier to prevent security incidents, and provides a platform to manage the response and recovery after an incident occur. Log collection is the heart and soul of a SIEM. Log correlation is employed to identify particular sequences of log events from devices. The comparison between network level and host level events automatically perform initial validation that would not normally be performed. It considers movement of data between systems where it would not normally accounts logging on at unusual times or from unusual places, these may not generate specific security alerts, but can be much more easily spotted and flagged by a log correlation solution that sees everything in the environment. It shows some enhancements to event log normalization and significantly improves correlation rule execution. The event monitoring algorithm and SIEM correlation rules result in false positives or false negatives. Security managers, therefore, may waste time and resources that could be used to respond to real threats and assaults if there are too many false positives. This study hereby, strikes a compromise between lowering false positive alerts and not ignoring any potential abnormalities that could indicate a cyberattack when establishing SIEM correlation rules. In order to decide which data is pertinent and which data is irrelevant in an event pipeline, this research employs the use of filters. Through this examination, it can be inferred that the conditions are advantageous for promoting investment in the growth and enhancement of this technology as an essential component of industrial control systems with security operation centers, as well as offering cyber security management for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with restricted security expertise and capabilities.
One’s identity affects language production in the simplest form of communicational acts. The language serves dual purposes, conveying messages or as a vessel containing information about the speaker's socio-cultural identity. This research employed code-mixing acts constantly applied by farm laborers in their communication with land owners as the primary data to discover how the language codes were picked and arranged in excellent syntactical order to reflect meanings and metafunctions. The result of this research learned sensitive information on how politics allowed subjects equipped with the power to legitimate domination over the society and how the unbalanced rights and obligations were purposively maintained to suppress the farmers and their laborers to remain subordinated and weak subjects who lack resources.
Multithreading is a process in which a single processor executes multiple threads concurrently. This enables the processor to divide tasks into separate threads and run them simultaneously, thereby increasing the utilization of available system resources and enhancing performance. When multiple threads share an object and one or more of them modify it, unpredictable outcomes may occur. Threads that exhibit poor locality of memory reference, such as database applications, often experience delays while waiting for a response from the memory hierarchy. This observation suggests how to better manage pipeline contention. To assess the impact of memory latency on processor performance, a dual-core MT machine with four thread contexts per core is utilized. These specific benchmarks are chosen to allow the workload to include programs with both favorable and unfavorable cache locality. To eliminate the issue of wasting the wake-up signals, this work proposes an approach that involves storing all the wake-up calls. It asserts the wake-up calls to the consumer and the producer can store the wake-up call in a variable. An assigned value in working system (or kernel) storage that each process can check is a semaphore. Semaphore is a variable that reads, and update operations automatically in bit mode. It cannot be actualized in client mode since a race condition may persistently develop when two or more processors endeavor to induce to the variable at the same time. This study includes code to measure the time taken to execute both functions and plot the graph. It should be noted that sending multiple requests to a website simultaneously could trigger a flag, ultimately blocking access to the data. This necessitates some computation on the collected statistics. The execution time is reduced to one third when using threads compared to executing the functions sequentially. This exemplifies the power of multithreading.
Pesantren is an environment that is very well known as religiousness in which there are several rules that must be obeyed by teachers and students. The purpose of this discipline is to build humanist relationships. This study aims to uncover and describe the meanings and types of conversational implicatures contained in the conversations of teachers and students at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Azhar Islamic boarding school. This study uses data analysis. Qualitative methods are methods that aim to obtain descriptive data. The data in this study are conversational implicatures that transcribed into written text. Data were collected using selection, description and verification techniques. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptivewhich is based on Siswantoro's theory. The results of this study indicate that there are four types of conversation implicatures, namely general conversation implicatures, scaled implicatures, special conversation implicatures and conventional implicatures.
