The rapid development of digital technology has created significant challenges and opportunities for Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in maintaining their educational identity while adapting to the demands of the digital era. This condition necessitates innovative learning transformations that integrate Islamic values with technological advancements through sociological approaches that consider social, cultural, and educational dynamics within pesantren communities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the application of sociological approaches in transforming pesantren learning through digital platforms and to identify their implications for students’ academic and character development. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine and synthesize relevant scholarly publications on digital learning transformation, sociological perspectives in education, and pesantren development. The collected literature was analyzed thematically to identify key patterns, challenges, and outcomes associated with the implementation of cyber-based integrative learning models. The findings reveal that integrating digital platforms into pesantren education significantly enhances students’ technological competencies, learning effectiveness, academic performance, and access to broader knowledge resources. Furthermore, students demonstrate greater openness toward contemporary scientific knowledge while maintaining strong adherence to Islamic teachings and values. The interaction among students, educators, and digital technology fosters collaborative learning environments, strengthens social awareness, improves adaptability to educational changes, and supports the development of critical thinking skills. The study implies that the transformation of pesantren education through a sociological and cyber-based integrative approach not only contributes to academic advancement but also reinforces students’ Islamic identity, character formation, and social responsibility. These findings provide strategic insights for policymakers, pesantren leaders, and educators in designing sustainable digital learning systems that are both technologically adaptive and grounded in Islamic values.
This study examines how integrating multiple simulation techniques enhances microteaching performance in preparing pre-service teachers to develop pedagogical, managerial, and reflective skills. The research aims to analyze how role-play, peer simulation, scenario-based teaching, and digital micro-simulation collectively improve instructional competence, confidence, and classroom readiness. A qualitative research design was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, reflective journals, and documentation involving instructors and pre-service teachers. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns in simulation-based learning. The findings show that integrating various simulation techniques creates a more authentic and dynamic learning environment, allowing students to practice teaching in situations that reflect real classrooms. Role-play and peer simulation enhance communication and classroom management, while scenario-based and digital simulations strengthen problem-solving, adaptability, and reflective thinking. Overall, students demonstrate increased confidence, improved lesson planning, clearer instruction, and more effective interaction strategies, indicating that integrating multiple simulations significantly improves microteaching effectiveness.
This study examines the challenges faced by school principals in implementing peer empowerment approaches to address bullying in elementary schools. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted in accordance with PRISMA guidelines. Twelve peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025 were selected from reputable databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring psychosocial barriers and leadership-related challenges in the implementation of peer-based anti-bullying programs. The findings reveal four dominant barriers: diffusion of responsibility, students’ fear of becoming subsequent victims, pluralistic ignorance, and observers’ limited knowledge of appropriate intervention strategies. Collectively, these factors contribute to a pattern of collective passivity that weakens students’ capacity to function as active bystanders in bullying prevention. Furthermore, the effectiveness of peer empowerment programs is strongly contingent upon principals’ leadership capacity to cultivate a safe, supportive, and prosocial school climate. This includes the implementation of witness protection mechanisms, the correction of erroneous social norms, the strengthening of moral courage literacy, and the provision of evidence-based intervention training.
Background: Hematuria can cause significant acute pain and increase the risk of infection. Proper management is essential to alleviate pain and prevent further complications. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of pain management using deep breathing techniques and distraction for patients with hematuria. Methode: The research was conducted in the Mawar Room from September 23 to 25, 2024, using a case study approach with a client suffering from hematuria and experiencing acute pain. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and physical assessments. After the intervention, the pain level of Mr. S decreased from a scale of 5 to 2, with improvements in both physical and emotional expressions. Although the pain remained intermittent, signs of grimacing and restlessness significantly decreased. Results: Deep breathing and distraction techniques were effective in relieving the acute pain caused by hematuria. The reduction in pain levels indicates that these interventions can enhance patient comfort. Conclusion: Pain management through deep breathing and distraction has proven effective in reducing pain in hematuria patients and can be a valuable approach in nursing practice for managing pain and reducing the risk of infection.
