Dostoevsky Omsk State University (Омский государственный университет им. Ф. М. Достоевского), usually referred to as Omsk State University (Омский государственный университет) (OmSU) was founded in 1974 in the city of Omsk, Russia. The two original departments (Humanities and Science) and 40 professors have grown to 13 departments and a 1000-member faculty. The university has graduated more than 25,000 students. OmSU embraces its connections to the world and develops international relations with the universities of Europe, the United States, Mexico, Japan, China, Kazakhstan and other countries. Such cooperation led to the establishment of the Centers for Chinese, Kazakh and Ibero-American Studies which in its turn flows into the development of study and research abroad programs that provide the opportunity to conduct independent projects in a foreign country.
Composite materials based on calcium phosphate with added selenite ions and collagen were synthesized. Composition, morphology, density, porosity, and degradation of samples in a Tris-buffered saline solution and a simulated body fluid (SBF) solution were studied. It was found that adding selenite ions to hydroxyapatite increases its solubility and porosity, and the density of this material is almost comparable to that of human bone. Addition of collagen increases the dissolution rate and porosity, while decreasing the density. It was found that the synthesized hydroxyapatite samples with added selenite ions, collagen, and selenite ions can be used as bone-substituting materials in various applications, each with unique properties.
An efficient approach to the synthesis of (Z)-4-arylidene-2-aryloxazol-5(4H)-ones from N-acylglycines and aromatic aldehydes in propionic anhydride was developed. The use of propionic anhydride reduces the reaction time of the Erlenmeyer-Plöchl reaction to 5–45 min and enables easy isolation of individual Z-isomers of azalactones with yields of 53–73
The article explores the impact and semantic production of contemporary generative models through the lens of key concepts by Gilles Deleuze and Fe´lix Guattari - rhizome, desiring-machine, deterritorialization/reterritorialization, and the body without organs. The problem posed: can neural network architectures and their practices of use (promp-tengineering, fine-tuning, content generation) be conceived as new forms of “desiring-machines” and rhizomatic formations, and what political-ethical consequences does this entail? The method employed is philosophical-theoretical analysis, drawing on the texts of Deleuze and Guattari as well as contemporary literature on platform logic and artificial intelligence. Special attention is given to Russian-language research on artificial intelligence and the philosophy of information. The result demonstrates that generative artificial intelligence intensifies processes of semantic deterritorialization while simultaneously creating new mechanisms of reterritorialization (through market and platform institutions). The Deleuzian framework provides a sharper understanding of the multiplicity of subjectivity and the possibilities of lines of flight in the digital age.
The article discusses the blurring boundaries between public and private spaces in modern digital society, which can lead to the elimination of privacy. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the fundamental importance of privacy for human existence. It argues that the right to privacy is necessary to preserve the freedom and dignity of the individual. It is noted that human autonomy presupposes the right to control access to his private space. It is pointed out that a private space creates a sense of security, as an individual can behave freely and at ease without fear of negative reactions from other people. It is concluded that respect for privacy is essential for maintaining harmonious relationships in society
the article analyzes the practice of applying the norms of the Agreement on Pen-sion Provision for Workers of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), as well as related other international treaties and norms of Russian legis-lation when assigning insurance pensions to citizens who arrived in Russia for permanent residence from the EAEU member states. The author examines the specifics of determining the right of such citizens to an old-age insurance pension in terms of the requirements for the length of insurance experience and the value of the individual pension coefficient, certain aspects of insurance pensions’ calcu-lating, as well as the problems of confirming work periods that took place in the EAEU member states. It is concluded that the provisions of the EAEU Agreement, taking into account the specifics of Russian legislation on insurance pensions, do not in all cases fully ensure the maintenance of pension rights of citizens acquired in the EAEU member states. Defects in information interaction between the com-petent authorities of the EAEU member states when confirming the length of ser-vice and earnings of citizens should not, in the author's opinion, become an obstacle to the realization of their pension rights.
