The social sphere of Kyrgyzstan is facing a number of challenges: high levels of poverty, inequality, limited access to quality education and healthcare, especially in rural areas. Demographic changes, migration, and inefficient resource management are exacerbating the situation. Reforms are needed in education, healthcare, and social protection. Investments in human capital, infrastructure development, and support for small and medium-sized businesses can contribute to economic growth and poverty reduction.
Object of study: the design process of light industry products and clothing. Subject of research: the use of heuristic artistic design methods in designing costumes for girls. Purpose of the study: development of new models of costumes for girls. At the same time, young designers are encouraged to use artistic design heuristic methods in the development of new models. The study was carried out using an experimental research method at an empirical level. When summing up the results of the experiment, the following methods of general scientific research were used: analysis, comparison, generalization and logic. Each developed model is a new model for girls and young women. The effectiveness of heuristic methods in the artistic design of new clothing models is shown. Results obtained: new models of costumes for girls.
This article examines the causes of mudflows, their consequences, and disaster risk reduction measures in the Batken region. In 2024, the region faced several powerful mudflow events triggered by both natural and anthropogenic factors. The analysis is based on remote sensing data, meteorological observations, and GIS analysis. Special attention is given to identifying the most vulnerable areas and proposing specific protective measures.
The results of X-ray fluorescence analysis of brown coal from the southern region of Kyrgyzstan are presented. It was found that coal from the Min-Kush and Bel-Alma deposits contains from 0.007% to 15.12% Ir, 0.174% Zr, 0.198% Rb, from 0.232% to 0.242% In, from 1.106% to 1.188% Pd and 58.97% Os.
Climate change is one of the most serious threats to sustainable development in the 21st century. The Kyrgyz Republic, a country with a high dependence on agriculture, is particularly vulnerable to climate change. This article examines in detail the economic effects of climate change on the development of rural entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic, including an analysis of yields, economic losses, adaptation measures, and political support.
