The new version of GB 13057-2023 Strength of seats and their anchorages of passenger vehicles has been released on September 8,2023,which will be officially implemented on January 1,2024.This paper introduces the background and main content of the revision of this standard.
The paint film orange peel refers to the uneven orange peel defect on the coating surface,which seriously affects the appearance quality of the bus body.This paper discusses the influencing factors of the paint film orange peel,tests from the aspects of the substrate surface roughness,the number of varnish spra-ying ash scraping process,and proposes measures to improve the performance of the coating orange peel ac-cording to the results.
