Is consciousness all in our heads, as neuroscience contends, or does it derive, to some extent, from an alternative source? This article explores how far modern science has taken us. Through human and animal studies, investigators have produced a comprehensive mapping of areas in the brain and cerebral networks associated with our various senses and feelings. To what extent have they succeeded in explaining consciousness? In response, this article also details the many philosophical objections to neuroscientific assumptions. In particular, I cite skepticism about how, in the words of David Chalmers, “mental events emerge from physiological occurrences.” To attempt at resolving the neuroscience-vs-philosopher dilemma, this article proposes two possible alternative solutions: templates and holograms.
The point of this paper is to explore the dynamics of the thinking process, especially the nonrational, analogical, and systemic aspects of natural thinking that create an interdependence between our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. There is an extreme diversity in the way humans think, despite the existence of patterns of thought or Logical Fields, that feed individual and collective mental models. The Logical Fields Model based on systems theory, provides an evolutionary and dynamical formalization that accounts for both the patterns of thought and their exquisite diversity. It is applied here to the understanding and strategic resolution of the spiral of Hate-Violence in ethno-political conflicts. The model proposes that a deadlocked conflict can only be broken by creating a conceptual model and organization at a higher, more encompassing level: in brief, by creating a meta-logfield. Then the democratic vision, as a shared planetary cooperation for the well-being of the variegated peoples of Earth and the planet (as opposed to special interests groups and lobbies) and the problem of accountability will be discussed.

Intellectuals qualified to investigate consciousness – namely, philosophers, especially phenomenologists – generally fall silent when it comes to chemically altered states. This paper familiarizes philosophers how phenomenology is currently being used or might be applied to investigate psychedelic-induced states, and primarily to inform psychedelic researchers of any field what available methods exist that can add greater subjective and phenomenological nuance to their research goals. Discussed methods range from first-person phenomenological reduction to various naturalized and applied phenomenology. Special attention is devoted to the neuro-phenomenology method for its ability to reveal new insights between quantitative and qualitative data, particularly regarding neurophysiological mechanisms related to first-person experiences. A chief aim for phenomenologists is to get as close as possible to the lived experience to discover its structures of consciousness; for this reason, phenomenology broadly speaking is a favorable attitude or method to advance understanding of visionary experiences.

Blood sugar had been proposed a long time ago to promote cancer. Since then, several studies were undertaken to either disprove or confirm that potential causal relationship. Among all forms of sugars – e.g., glucose, carbohydrates, fructose, maltose –, none was shown to increase directly or specifically the risks of cancer. Moreover, a reduction of glucose intake failed to prevent or reduce tumor cell activity. This said, all cells including cancer cells need sugar or more specifically glucose as fuel for their intrinsic cellular metabolism. One thing is clear about sugar or glucose — eating a lot of it generally leads to overstimulation of insulin, insulin growth factor (IGF), and overweight problems. In other words, as of today, scientists have failed to confirm a direct link between sugar and cancer, although an indirect link was found between cancer and all sources of energy such as lipids, proteins, alcohol, and sugar or glucose — i.e., when steadily taken in excess, all forms of energy lead generally to insulin problems, obesity, and type II diabetes which are, in turn, conditions well-known to enhance the risks of several types of cancer. Beyond a lack of knowledge about food, it is maybe poor awareness levels that underlie unconscious behaviors leading to excessive eating and abnormal sugar consumption mainly in Occidental countries.
The paper provides a brief review of the literature, including a case study, of anomalous human experiences (AHEs) such as glossolalia, xenolalia, out-of-body experiences (OBEs) and near-death experiences (NDEs). AHEs are frequently experienced by a number of the healthy as well as the pathological population. The first part of the paper looks at the literature describing phenomenology as well as semiology of the AHEs and their common features. The second part looks at the literature reflecting possible transformative and transcendent elements of the AHEs. The last part of the paper examines the literature presenting the possible pathological as well as spiritual nature of AHEs.

It is indeed a morphogenetic field. It is feasible for science only to discover the intelligent effects of Consciousness through its neuronal correlates, located not only in the brain, but also throughout the body. For example, neurotransmitters are the first neuronal correlates categorized by science. In fact, they are not found in images or in specific areas of the brain. Does anyone really believe that neurotransmitters are produced only in the brain?
In this paper I am going to give a mathematical theory of Integrated Information Theory, using entropy as measure of information and hence, as the information distance function. Also, we will consider a set, whose open subsets are mechanisms and topology is the system, we use these two modification in the structure of Integrated Information Theory [2] and Quantum Integrated Information theory [3], to define Entropic Integrated Information Theory, we will also justify our claims to use why entropy should be use as a measure of cause/effect information and as information distance function using [1]. We will also see the relationship of entanglement with concept and conceptual information. This paper is an attempt to binds consciousness, quantum information, entanglement and quantum mechanics together.

One of the aspects of consciousness is the fact that it is formed from unifications of qualia. In this paper, unification will be shown to be a phenomenon that works based on the unformal nature of self-reference. Self-reference being an unformal entity, it is no-thing and every-thing both at the same time. These unformal properties will be shown to play an essential role in the existence and manifestation of unification. The best exemplification of the unformal workings of unification will be shown to happen in the phenomenon of telepathy. Telepathy will be argued to be a case of consciousness unification and will be shown that its imperfection is not a reason for rejecting it, but is a door towards the workings of the phenomenon of unification.
Sound is one of the types of waves that can be felt by the sense of hearing. In physics, the definition of sound is something that is produced from objects that vibrate. Objects that produce sound are called sound sources. The sound source will vibrate the molecules into the air around it. Sound is mechanical compression or longitudinal waves that propagate through the medium. This medium or intermediate agent can be liquid, solid, gas. So, sound waves can propagate for example in water, coal, or air. Most sounds are a combination of various vibratory signals composed of harmonic waves, but pure sound can theoretically be explained by oscillating vibrational speed or frequency measured in Hertz (Hz) vibration units and amplitude or loudness of sound with measurements in decibels (dB). The effect sounds can have on us humans is simply astounding. While everyday life becomes stressful, overcrowded and increasingly hectic, we seek ways for inner peace and balance. The power of music, felt through overtone-rich sound therapy and sound massage, can be a solution. No matter how much scientific explanation is behind it, healing through music remains fascinating, even magical. This paper introduces a new field called cymatics and sound healing with their plausible impact to spirituality and consciousness research.
This paper is a reply to a paper “Solving the ‘Hard Problem’: Consciousness is an Intrinsic Property of Magnetic Fields”. It is argued that this paper is essentially correct because it specifically nominates magnetite crystals (Biogenic Magnetic Nanoparticles BMNPs) as the source of magnetic phenomena in the brain and specifically founds this theory on Maxwell’s electromagnetic equations. However the paper fails to arrive at the logical conclusion that consciousness is generated by electronics, that the brain is an electronic device, and that the brains of all living creatures are connected electronic devices. In the paper under reply, the description of electromagnetic processes in the brain (in particular the interaction of magnetic and electric flux) comes across as vague and inadequate. In addition the paper makes certain claims to have solved some of the ‘big questions’ in life such as “mind-body” dualism and solipsism which appear to be logically and philosophically invalid, and Schrodinger’s famous question “What is Life?” and Godel’s theorem would need to be addressed in any paper that purports to solve the “hard problem”.
This study describes for the first time a procedure to channel and interview various purported discarnate Entities obtained by initially inducing the participants into an Out of Body Experience via hypnotic suggestions. We report the conversations with seven different Entities, three of which were done individually and four in group sessions, channeled by different participants with no previous channeling experience. This procedure, we named Hypno-Channeling, allows to contact and interview with easy various Entities and it represents a good tool in order to determine whether the acquired information derives from a discarnate Entity, the channeler or the interviewer.
In this article, I explore the evolution of consciousness and the state of Samadhi. When a Yogi withdraws all senses, he doesn’t smell, taste, see, hear or feel the touch and he knows nothing but the self (Atma), then the yogi is Samadhi and he is a liberated one. Thus, the Yogi so settled in Samadhi achieves a control over his sensors but also gains telepathy, wisdom of Sat and ability to see past present and future, he truly goes beyond the bandwidth of normal human being’s senses and becomes an adept (Siddha). This is surest path for evolution of Consciousness.
This is the third in a series of articles on a Bottom/Up, Top/Down theory of consciousness. My purpose is to provide, “an actual physical mechanism for the origin of the image of the external world” (Robbins, 2016). This article begins by laying out five key features which I believe any description of consciousness must contain. These include: Physicalism, Direct Realism, Existentialism, Process, and Mindfulness. Together, these five features point to one concept in particular - the Holographic Mind. This concept is based on Henri Bergson’s theory of universal holography, and how it explains consciousness in sentient individuals. With combined evidence from physics, philosophy, neuroscience, and psychology, I describe how the concept of the Holographic Mind does provide a “physical mechanism” for the conversion of information into realization.
Dimension can be is seen as degree of freedom of movement of any object. Dimension is defined as attribute of an object which can vary from -∞ to +∞. Complete set of dimensions can define any object completely. For the purpose of complete description of an object five major groups of dimensions may be described. These are the dimension groups of Space, Time, Energy, Matter, and Consciousness. All dimension exist inter-dependent and interacting with other dimensions to formulate new dimension subset in various permutations and combinations. Consciousness as a dimension is a novel concept. While in string theory & M-theory, 11 & 12 dimensions respectively are used, still all these are not the complete dimensions per se but the sub dimensions of space and matter interacting with time. The energy strings of string theory are not hypothetical but real ones and these strings only make up the elementary particles and such similar strings make up the dark energy and therefore space. The dimension of consciousness is represented by the mathematics involved in it. The principle of similarity, identity, symmetry, Fibonacci sequencing etc are the essential characteristics of this dimension. The restricting of dimensions is fundamental research in physics, because these dimensions give ways to further building blocks of understanding. Earth and stars are conscious entities. This is a novel concept. We can also reflect more on this. This fact has huge connotations for astrology getting connected to physics rather than being left alone as esoteric science. This is an area which can open new frontiers for researchers and entire humanity can benefit from this.
In this essay, we present fact well known to scientists that matter is empty with very small percentage of elementary particles and nuclei. We argue that one cannot develop special relativity, the notion of the spacetime and localization of consciousness in empty space.
The author stands by the view that science is incomplete and poor when it fails to incorporate and integrate 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd Person Perspective, something that Popper may have also noticed and warned about in his time and writings when referring to falsifiability and its limitations and need to be complemented by intuition, imagination and knowledge, derived from subjective experiences based on metaphysical commitments. Only such a sound understanding of what science really is and, like everything else, how it will evolve to allow for a harmonious and aesthetical weaving with spiritual wisdom, revelation and metaphysics, particularly on the subject of what constitutes sacredness, propels me to start with the exploration and meaning of what constitutes the sacredness of water as expressed in the phrase ‘Sacred Waters’. This experience of the sacred, I conjecture, requires our intimacy with a 1 st Person Perspective kind of experiential ‘Now’ . Following, I explore the need for 1 st and 2 nd order sanity treated by Paul Werbos as necessary stages for the development of human potential, as well as the need to introduce category theory to decode the languages of the body, hand in hand with the language of the soul. Finally, I briefly highlight a social need that should lead towards a 1 st and 3 rd Person Perspective Decision Science framework conducive to inner peace and social harmony. The reader is encouraged to embrace a synthesis of spiritual wisdom and modern science with its comforts and discomforts and the power that comes with it in ‘dar a luz’ to a new humanity.
This paper explores what an experiment of consciousness might necessitate. So far, the experimental part of science is considered to be best studied under laboratory conditions in which variables are isolated and controlled in order to study certain aspects of a phenomenon. This paper will argue that certain aspects of consciousness can only be revealed under real-world conditions, for reasons having to do with fundamental ways in which meaning is generated in consciousness. Meaning will be argued to necessitate genuine preconditions in order to appear, thus laboratory conditions being inadequate to study certain aspects of consciousness. We will explore telepathic experiences that I had in relations with girls and highlight the real-world conditions that were needed for such experiences to take place, and then based on such considerations, an analysis of meaning will be undertaken.
