
This paper studied the impacts of the fiscal expenditure structure on the income gap between urban and rural residents in China. SPSS software was used for the multivariate linear regression analysis of the relevant income and its gap between Chinese urban and rural residents. The multivariate linear regression model was built up by using the stepwise method to find out the corresponding expenditure and contribution coefficient. At the same time,the differences of the two models were analyzed. Finally,it proposed relevant policies and suggestions.
The elevator group control system aims to allocate elevator services to different customers,which is a typical combinatorial optimization problem; on the other hand,the ant colony algorithm has good global optimization ability and fast convergence ability,which is good at solving the problem of discrete combinatorial optimization. However,the current study of this problem mainly focuses on the scheduling algorithm to reduce the waiting time, but ignores the elevator's energy consumption. In order to achieve the energy-saving goal,this paper gives the energy objective function and establishes an elevator group-control system based on the ant colony model,and the optimal solution and convergence of the algorithm is also given. Finally,the simulation results show that this algorithm is effective.
In recent years,scholars at Yunnan University have formed two different groups concerning the studies on ethnic policies. One group emphasizes and differentiates ethnic diversification,specialty and differences,and hopes to strengthen and improve the Regional Ethnic Autonomy Law to promote the development of ethnic regions. The other emphasizes integration of all ethnic groups from ethnic fusion to the so- calledThree De- differencesamong the ethnic groups. Though the differences between the two school are similar to the debate among Wu Wenzao,Gu Xiegang and Fu Sinian in Yunnan University about 60 years ago,the ethnic solidarity in contemporary China has already reached a new level with the changing times and environments as well as some large- scale population flow. Thus,it is worthwhile to further our studies on ethnic policies in the new situation when Yunnan faces the challenge of further opening- up to Southeast Asia.
The research in the construction of urban circle the symbiotic relationship between cities lead to look for guiding city symbiotic way to cooperation. In order to achieve this goal,the paper uses the basic principle of evolutionary game,builds the incompatible and symbiosis model between cities. According to the set of payoff function, we can find the effect factors of the evolutionary stable strategy solution among the cities. By this,we can put forward suggestions and requirements for the city and the government.
A synthesis of the C11—C15 fragment of 14-demethylautolytimycin was developed. The total synthesis of autolytimycin and its analogs has attracted significant attention because of their promising anticancer profiles. Started from L-glutamic acid,the C11—C15 fragment was synthesized in 8 steps,using a NaBH4/ BF3·Et2O combination for carboxyl reduction and a proton sponge / Me3OBF4combination for 2-siloxyl alcohol methylation.
This research proposes a new hybrid Suzuki-Corazza model based on an integration of the Corazza model and the Suzuki model,in which two independent Lognormal random processes are under the influence of the LOS signal and the multi-path signals,respectively. It gives a model of simulation diagram based on coloured Gaussian random processes,and the derivation process of power spectral density function,the autocorrelation function,probability density function( PDF) and the cumulative distribution function( CDF) in detail,as well as the figures of the comparison between the theory and the simulation of the probability density function and cumulative distribution function. There is a good consistence between the simulation and the analytical results.

Urban cultural landscapes not only contain the urban geographic areas and specific scenes,but also bring imagination of daily life to the urban residents,as well as the historical memory of the urban development and construction,a typical symbol of urban culture. However,in the process of rapid urbanization,some of the urban cultural landscapes with a long history and rich implications have suffered fromamnesia. Based on the theoretical framework of cultural amnesia and from the perspective of spatial production,this paper firstly analyzes the forms of cultural landscape amnesia in Chengdu City,then investigates its internal mechanism and finally puts forwards some suggestions for the reconstruction of urban cultural landscape memory.
Several typical general debris flow monitoring methods are described,and then the monitoring methods based on the wireless sensor network are introduced. Afterward,it gives a comparative study of the sensors,sensor nodes,transmission protocol,system modeling and implementation principles for the debris flow monitoring system based on heterogeneous wireless sensor networks. Those techniques could help the design and application of the monitoring system. On this basis,a series of key issues which need to be discussed for the debris flow monitoring system based on heterogeneous wireless sensor networks are put forward. This study can help improve the related theoretical studies and application in terms of wireless sensor networks,landslides,heterogeneous sensor networks,real-time monitoring and pre-warning on debris flow.
When calculating the switch state of synthetic vectors,there is still a large amount of calculation in the space vector pulse width modulation algorithm of 60° coordinate system. In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes an optimization algorithm. This algorithm designs the switch state of the reference voltage ranging from 0 to π/3,and then obtains the switch state of the whole rang of reference voltage by using the method of alternating phase sequence and inversion. This algorithm not only improves the efficiency,but also enhances the sinusoidal symmetry of the output. It uses the Matlab to build a simulation model of a five-level inverter. The simulation results verify the accuracy and effectiveness of this algorithm.
The load- balanced clustering problem( LBCP) for wireless sensor networks is related to the grouping of the sensor nodes into clusters to enhance the overall scalability of the network. A selected set of nodes,known as gateway nodes,will act as cluster-heads for each cluster and the objective is to balance the load among these gateways. C. P. Low has proposed a 3 /2 approximation algorithm for this problem. This paper has proved that the main lemmas are wrong. It also designs a novel 2- approximation algorithm based on network flow for this problem. It has proved that this algorithm can get better solutions than C. P. Low's algorithm in large wireless sensor networks.
An improved self- adaptive digital watermarking algorithm has been proposed based on the characteristics of Discrete Cosine Transformation( DCT). It selects three medium- frequency DCT coefficients and coefficients of the main diagonal with DCT matrix,calculates their means,and then compares the embedded coefficient with these two means to achieve watermarking embedded adaptively by adjusting the value of embedded coefficient. The watermarking has been processed by Arnold transformation and embedded in the original image. The experiment shows that this algorithm has a better invisible effect of extracting watermarking,enough robustness and toughness for some image processing operations,such as rotation,cutting,filter,JPEG compression,altering,etc.
Aiming at improving the synthetic process of the side chain of tebipenem and employing benzylamine and epichlorohydrin as starting materials,a four- membered ring was constructed as the molecular framework via ring-opening substitution and N- alkylation. Subsequently,this intermediate was transformed into the side chain of tebipenem through 8 synthetic steps,e. g. hydrogenation,N- tert- butoxycarbonylation,O- mesylation,substitution and saltification; starting from benzylamine,the side chain of tebipenem was prepared via 10 steps with a total yield of 24. 3%; an improved method for the synthesis of the side chain of tebipenem was developed. Compared with the known methods,the new synthetic approach has the advantages of a mild reaction condition,simple operation and cheap chemical reagents,thus showing a promising prospect.
The constituents of rose petals of Yunnan Province were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH- 20 and TLC. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as Kaempferol- 7- O- β- D- galactopyranoside( 1),Kaempferol( 2),Quercetin( 3),Taxifolin- 4'- methyl ether( 4),(-)- Epicatechin( 5),Dihydrogenistein( 6). Four compounds( 2,3,5,6) were isolated from the rose petals of Yunnan Province for the first time.
When identifying the model of the quadrotor,the first is to know the model of the DC motors. Both the torque and the velocity depend on the voltages,and the relationship is governed by the motor's characteristics such as inductance,resistance,the moment of inertia and so on. The traditional modeling relies on mechanism,but it lacks accuracy. Identification modeling is a better replacement. Here,a response is given to the DC motor,and then the output is measured. An Auto Regressive Moving Average( ARMA) model with a steepest descent algorithm is used to minimize the error. In this way,the transfer function has realized. After comparing the step input with the original system,its efficiency can be measured.
This paper presents the theory of the AdaBoost algorithm,and analyzes the causes for the decrease of its accuracy. By using Gaussian Mixture Model( GMM) to simulate the skin color model,separating the region of the possible human face from the whole image and scanning this region by using the AdaBoost algorithm,the experimental results show that this approach can improve the detection speed and accuracy of the system.
Active peptides were prepared from Meretrix meretrix Linnaeu protein hydrolysate. The antioxidant activity of Meretrix meretrix Linnaeu peptides was evaluated. Then,the peptides were isolated and purified by Ultrafiltration,Sephadex G-25 gel column chromatography and the RP-HPLC technologies. The structure of the most potent peptide was identified by HPLC-MS. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of the Papain' s was higher than the Protamex's,Neutrase's,Alcalase's and Flavorzyme's. And the scavenging activity of DPPH radical reached 55. 74% in the concentration of 1. 0 mg / mL. As a result,four antioxidative fractions were obtained,and their amino acid sequences are listed as follows: LNFNLEKSR( 1120. 3 u),SWLRPR( 814. 4 u),RIGNIISQY( 1063. 3 u) and LNFNLEK( 877. 2 u).
In order to improve the recognition rate of the speech sound system under noisy circumstances,one special method is put forward in this paper,which integrates the methods of the signal denoising,parameter denoising and model denoising. This method first employs spectral subtraction to denoise the system and then extracts the features with the aid of MFCC. Finally,after PMCC-processing,the speech sound signal of a higher recognition rate is attained.
This study focuses on the amphibian animal parasites in Kunming,Tonghai,Lufeng and Wuding County of Yunnan Province. From the collected 2 orders,6 families,6 genera and 9 species of amphibian species,228 amphibian species have been dissected. Out of 221 frogs( Anura) from 5 families and 8 species,only 13 species of trematodes are found in 192 frogs which belong to 4 species. Those trematodes include 3 species of Monogenea trematodes from 1 genus,1 family,and 10 species of Digenea trematodes from 6 genera and 5 families. 10 species of trematodes are found in rectum,small intestine and bladder of Rana. pleuraden Boulenger,among which are two indeterminate species of Diplodiscus; an indeterminate species genus family is found in bladder of Rana yunnanensis Anderson; two indeterminate species from Polystoma Zeder 1800 genus,Monogenea Polystomatidae Gamble 1896 family are found in Rana. grahami Boulenger and Rana. japonica chaochiaoensis Liu respectively.
The biological template method that has developed from biological science and material science is a new technology for the preparation of micro / nanomaterials and micro / nanostructures. Most of the bio- templates are cheap,easily available,environment- friendly and non- toxic. In this study,Lactobacillus of streptococcus thermophilus was used as the template,and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent to prepare silver microspheres. SEM showed that the diameters of silver microspheres were about 0. 88—2. 0 μm. The diameter could be mediated by changing reaction conditions. It has been confirmed that the silver microspheres- modified electrodes own good electro- sensitivity for detecting hydroquinone by cyclic voltammogram measurements,while silver microspheres with the smaller diameter are more effective.
