
The pharmacodynamic substances of Valeriana jatamansi Jones.mainly include the crude extract of the whole herb,iridoids,vol-atile oils,lignans,organic acids,flavonoids and sterols,they exert different advantages in anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-anxiety and depression,improvement of gastrointestinal function and improvement of spinal cord injury.This study collates the relevant re-search results of Valeriana jatamansi Jones.In recent years,the mechanism of action of different substances in the treatment of diseases was analyzed and synthesized based on the classification of its main medicinal substances,and illustrate the clinical application and development and utilization of Valeriana jatamansi Jones.in recent years.
The study analyzes and evaluates the residues of heavy metals and organochlorine pesticides in American ginseng in Weihai,Shandong Province,and provide a test basis for the quality evaluation of American ginseng.Wet digestion and HNO3-HClO4 system were used to determine the contents of five heavy metal elements in American ginseng by inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)and hexachloride in samples by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS)Benzene(HCB)and pentachloronit-robenzene(PCNB)two kinds of organic chlorine residues.The detection frequency of Cu in American ginseng at 42 sampling points in 12 towns and 23 villages in Weihai area was 100%,and the content range was 2.17~18.34 mg/kg;the detection rate of As was 76.19%,and the content range was 0.02~0.53 mg/kg;the detection rate of Cd was 19.05%,and the content range was 0.03~1.45 mg/kg;neither Pb nor Hg was detected;The excess rate of 5 heavy metals was 0.The detection rate of HCB and PCNB in the samples was 100%,and the content ran-ges were 0.003 6~0.026 3 mg/kg and 0.012 1~0.290 0 mg/kg respectively.HCB did not exceed the standard,and the PCNB exceeded the standard rate of 4.76%.The detection frequency of heavy metals and pesticide residues in American ginseng samples from 42 sampling poin-ts was relatively high.The heavy metals did not exceed the limit standard,and the organic chlorine content in 2 sampling points exceeded the standard.This experiment provides data support for the quality control of American ginseng medicinal materials in Weihai,Shandong.
Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.Et Maxim.)Harms is a small perennial hardy shrub of Araliaceae,Acanthopanax,and is widely distributed in China,Korea,Japan and Russia.The traditional Chinese medicine"Ciwujia"is the dried root and rhizome/stem of the plant Acanthopanax senticosus,which is widely recognized as having the effects of tonifying qi,invigorating spleen,nourishing kidney and cal-ming nerves.The whole plant of Acanthopanax senticosus has medicinal value,including roots,stems,bark,leaves and fruits.In the past few decades,researchers worldwide have conducted systematic research on this plant and found that it contains a wealth of medicinal value.In this article,the pharmacological effects of Acanthopanax senticosus on liver protection,heart protection,central nervous system protec-tion,immune regulation,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-diabetes and other aspects in recent years were summarized,in order to provide some references for researchers to further study the medicinal value of Acanthopanax senticosus and its clinical application in disease pre-vention and treatment.
To study the effects of different training systems and crop loading on photosynthetic rate of leaves,chlorophyll content,plant yield and fruit quality by 'Beibinghong'grape with two training systems,double cordon system and single slanted horizontal system.In the Na-tional Germplasm Grape Resource Nursery of Zuojia Town,Jilin City,five loads were set with the double cordon system+fan-shaped leaf curtain as the control and single slanted horizontal system+"V"-shaped leaf curtain as the treatment.Compared with the double cordon sys-tem,the photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of vines in the single slanted horizontal system were higher,and the V6 treatment was higher than the other treatments.The yield of V6~V10 treatment was lower than that of CK,and the yield of V8 treatment was higher than that of other treatments.The fruit reducing sugar content of different treatments was higher than that of CK,and the difference was extremely significant,among which V7 treatment was the highest.The titratable acid content of different treatments was lower than that of the control,and the difference was significant,among which the V8 treatment was the lowest.The ratio of sugar and acid in different treatments was higher than that in the control,and the difference was extremely significant,among which V7 treatment was the highest.The tannin content of different treatments was lower than that of the control,except for V10 treatment,there was no significant difference.The fruit quality of'Beibinghong'grape can be improved by using the slanted horizontal dragon dry shaping method,and the fresh fruit yield of 1 000 kg/667m2 is more suitable when 8 fruit branches are left at the plant spacing of 1 m.
Network pharmacology and molecular docking strategies reveal the mechanism of Shengmai powder in the treatment of diabetes and its complications.Screened the active ingredients and targets in Shengmai powder through the TCMSP,BATMAN-TCM,SwissTarge-tPrediction,Pubchem databases and combined literature search.Uniprot database was used to uniformly standardize target names and find the genes corresponding to the targets.Searched for diabetes-related targets through OMIM,Genecards,and Drugbank databases.Venny 2.1 obtained the core targets of Shengmai powder and diabetes,and the core targets were imported into the STRING database for Protein-Protein interaction(PPI)analysis.The component-target network of Shengmai powder was established in Cytoscape 3.7.2.Then the David database was used for GO and KEGG enrichment analysis.Finally,AutoDock Toolsl.5.6 and AutoDock vinal.1.2 software were used to verify the results of molecular docking results.48 active ingredients and 352 predictive targets of Shengmai powder were screened,and 1 269 diabetes targets were selected.Venn diagram gets 97 common targets of Shengmai powder and diabetes.4 key targets and 3 potential pathways have been obtained.The core active ingredients of Shengmai powder in treating diabetes are stigmasterol,β-sitosterol,uridine,kaempferol,and the core targets are AKT1,TNF,CASP3,and PTGS2.The biological pathways of Shengmai powder in the treatment of diabetes mainly act on the TNF signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,and apoptosis signaling pathway.The molecular docking results showed that the core components of Shengmai powder,stigmasterol,β-sitosterol,uridine and Kaempferol,etc.,have a strong binding activity to the main targets(AKT1,JUN,TNF and CASP3).Thus,this study systematically demonstrated Shengmai powder has played an important role in the molecular mechanism of Shengmai powder in the treatment of diabetes through multiple components,multiple targets and multiple path-ways,It could provide a thearetical basis and new direction for further exploring the treatment of diabetes with Shengmai powder.
Effect of Composite Ginseng and sunflower plate(CGS)on acute gouty arthritis in rats and hyperuricemia in mice was studied.We established acute gouty arthritis in rats were continuously gavaged CGS once a day for 7 days.On the 6th day,sodium urate was injected into the ankle joint of rats,and measured the degree of ankle swelling.The contents of TNF-α and IL-6 inflammatory factors in serum were detected by ELISA.In a mouse model of hyperuricemia,mice were gavaged yeast extract and CGS for 8 days,from the 5th day to the 8th day,the mice were also intraperitoneally injected with potassium oxazonate,once a day.Renal function indexes and xanthine oxidase(XOD)activity were measured.The results showed that CGS signifcantly reduced ankle swelling at 1,2,4,6,8,and 24 h,improved walking disorder gait,and reduced serum levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 in gouty arthritis rats in comparison with model group.CGS can also reduce the level of uric acid,creatinine and urea nitrogen in the serum of hyperuricemic mice,inhibit the activity of XOD,thereby re-ducing the production of uric acid.It is conduded that composite sunflower plate has a good anti-inflammatory effect and the ability to inhibit XOD activity,which can achieve the effect of treating acute gouty arthritis and improving hyperuricemia.
Nepeta cataria is a common medicinal material in China.In order to study the genome size of Nepeta cataria,we evaluated the genome size,GC content,heterozygosity and repeat sequence of the germplasm resources of Nepeta cataria using flow cytometry and K-mer analysis.The results showed that the average genome size of Nepeta cataria was 0.76 Gb basing on flow cytometry.K-mer analysis showed that the genome size of Nepeta cataria was 0.903 Gb,GC content was 38.77%,heterozygosity rate was 0.32%,and repeat sequence was 66.93%.After genome assembly of Nepeta cataria,the total length of contig was 792,215,707 bp and contig N50 was 960 bp,and the total length of scaffold was 813,473,842 bp and scaffold N50 was 1 650 bp.Combining with the results of flow cytometry and genome-wide investigation,the genome size of Nepeta cataria was estimated to be about 0.7-0.9 Gb with high sequence repetition ratio.This study con-ducted a preliminary exploration of the genome of Nepeta cataria,and provided a reference for the genomics research of Nepeta cataria.
China is a big beekeeping country and the largest producer and exporter of honey in the world.In order to understand the devel-opment trend and regional distribution of honey output,In this study,honey production data from 1999 to 2019 were collected and analyzed by using origin2018,SPSS26.0 and other software to analyze the variation trend and distribution of honey production in different regions during the past 21 years,and honey production areas were classified.The results showed that the honey yield increased slowly from 1999 to 2005.Since 2006,the honey output of our country began to increase significantly,and entered a stage of accelerating growth.Honey pro-duction surged in 2016 and fell back after a year.The southeast half of Aihui-Tengchong Line is an important honey producing area in China.From the perspective of geographical division,the honey production in East China is the highest,followed by South China and Northwest China.In terms of provincial administrative regions,Zhejiang Province has the highest honey production,followed by Henan and Sichuan provinces.The honey-producing areas in China can be divided into four categories by cluster analysis,the honey-producing areas,the honey-producing areas,the honey-producing areas and the honey-producing areas.Dividing honey producing areas according to honey yield can provide theoretical basis for the development of apiculture industry,policy making and support input of apiculture in China.
Varroa destructor is one of the main parasitic mites that harm the western honeybee,in order to improve the ability to kill the mite."An efficient acaricidal device for large-scale beekeeping"developed by our team was used in the experimental group.The device was plac-ed on the bottom box or relay box,and each group was automatically sprayed with agents for 90~120 s;The control group was sprayed one by one with the traditional hand-held bee spleen watering can,and the number of mites in the two groups,the treatment time and the effect on the colony were compared.The results showed that after 20 min,40 min,1 h,2 h and 24 h treatment,the number of mites in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The treatment time of mites in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).The duration of mite control in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Both the experimental group and the control group had no adverse effects on the bee colony.Compared with the traditional method,the application of"an efficient acaricidal device for large-scale beekeeping"to spray acaricidal agent to eliminate varroa mite has a faster and better effect,and is convenient and quick,and saves labor cost.
In order to explore the suitable transplanting methods in Xinyang tobacco-growing area and improve flue-cured tobacco quality.A field experiment including three different transplanting methods were carried out in Luoshan county:conventional film transplanting(CK),upturned cup transplanting(T1)and seedling film transplanting(T2),then we compared the difference of soil temperature of ridges at different depths,root biomass of tobacco plants,agronomic properties of tobacco plants,appearance quality and economic properties of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The results showed that transplanting for 30~60 days,the surface soil temperature of CK and T1 treatment was higher than that of seedling under film transplanting(T2 treatment),and the fresh weight and dry weight of tobacco roots were T1>T2>CK;during the later tobacco growth stage(70~95 days),T3 treatment can effectively improve the surface soil temperature of the ridge,and the change of root biomass was same as that in the earlier growing stage.after transplanting for 30 days,the stem circumference,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width and leave number of tobacco plant showed as CK>T2>T1.After transplanting for 45 days,the tobacco plant grew rapidly except for the leave number after transplanting for 75 days,all agronomic traits showed as T2>CK>T1.The economic proper-ties of flue-cured tobacco and the sensory evaluation quality of flue-cured leaves at each leaf position were T1>T2>CK.The output value per hectare of flue-cured tobacco at T1 treatment was 16.97%and 12.29%,and the average price was 12.97%and 10.20%higher than that in CK and T2 treatment respectively.In conclusion,upturned cup transplanting under film in Xinyang tobacco-growing area was better in improving the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.
Exploring the molecular mechanism of Danggui Buxue Decoction in treating femoral head necrosis through GEO data mining,network pharmacology,and molecular docking methods.Use databases such as TCMSP and Uniprot to select the active ingredients and cor-responding targets of Danggui Buxue Decoction.Use databases such as GEO,GeneCards,OMIM,and PharmaGkb to obtain treatment tar-gets for femoral head necrosis.Use the Venny online mapping platform to obtain common targets for Danggui Buxue Decoction to treat fem-oral head necrosis.Using Cytoscape software,construct the"Danggui Buxue Decoction Active Components Action Targets"and"Danggui Buxue Decoction Active Components Femoral Head Necrosis"networks and core target protein interaction networks.Using the DAVID dat-abase,GO and KEGG enrichment analysis was conducted on the common targets of Danggui Buxue Tang in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.Use software such as PyMOL,Chem3D,and AutoDockTools to connect key active ingredients with core targets for molecular doc-king.The results showed that the key active ingredients of Danggui Buxue Decoction were kaempferol,quercetin,mangiferin,7-O-methyl-isomicro convex sword leaf alcohol,and isorhamnetin.The core targets of Danggui Buxue Decoction for treating femoral head necrosis were IL-6,VEGFA,MMP9,TNF,and IL-1 β Etc;GO function analysis mainly involves positive regulation of transcription,positive regulation of DNA template gene expression,negative regulation of RNA polymerase Ⅱ promoter transcription,positive regulation of cell proliferation,inflammatory reaction,positive regulation of apoptosis process,response to drugs,negative regulation of apoptosis process,negative regu-lation of cell proliferation and other biological processes;The enrichment analysis of KEGG pathway mainly involves PI3K-Akt,MAPK,TNF,IL-17 and other related pathways;Molecular docking verification showed that the binding energy of the key active component of Dan-ggui Buxue Decoction for the treatment of femoral head necrosis and the docking of the core target were lower than-5 kJ/mol,suggesting that it had good binding activity.Danggui Buxue Decoction may exert therapeutic effects on femoral head necrosis through multiple com-ponents,targets,and pathways,further elucidating the potential pharmacological mechanism of Danggui Buxue Decoction in treating fem-oral head necrosis,and providing a preliminary basis for further research on this drug.
To investigate the molecular mechanism of Paeoniae Rubra Radix(PRR)in the treatment of Cholestatic Hepatitis(CH).The chemi-cal components of PRR were retrieved by TCMSP database and the underlying active ingredients was screened by the OB and DL.The potential targets of active ingredients of PRR were predicted by Pharmmapper and Swiss Target Prediction database.The related targets of CH were ob-tained by DrugBank,TTD and Genecards database.The common targets of active ingredients and CH was acquired by using Venny2.1.0 online platform.PPI network was constructed through STRING database and was visualized by Cytoscape 3.9.0.GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were carried out through DAVID database.'Components-targets-pathways'network was constructed through Cytoscape 3.9.0 software.ANIT was used to establish rat model of cholestasis,and Paeoniae Rubra Radix extract(PRRE)was administered for intervention,the protein expression in the liver tissue of the rats in each group was investigated by immuno-histochemistry(IHC).28 potential active ingredients.34 intersection targets of PRR in the treatment of CH were screened by Venny2.1.0 online platform.6 key targets were screened according to the degree value.The results of IHC showed that the expressions of EGFR,VEG-FA,and p38MAPK in the PPRE administration group were significantly decreased compared with the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).PRR may play a role in the treatment of CH by intervening EGFR,VEGFA,p38MAPK and other targets through paeoniflorin and paeoniflorin,thereby regulating MAPK and other signaling pathways.
To screen the active oligopeptides which can inhibit acetylcholinesterase and α-glucosidase from the black ginseng by liquid chro-matography-mass spectrometry and molecular docking.The oligopeptide components in the refined components were identified by the Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-linear ion trap-electrostatic field orbital trap high resolution mass spectrometry,and the ac-tive components potentially inhibiting acetylcholinesterase and α-glucosidase were further screened by molecular docking technology.The 30%methanol elution part of the C8 solid phase extraction of the black ginseng alcohol extract was rich in oligopeptides.Five oligopeptide structures were identified by mass spectrometry,including glutamic acid-asparagine,tyrosine-asparagine,leucine-methionine,proline-meth-ionine and threonine-phenylalanine.These compounds are molecularly docked with acetylcholinesterase and α-glucosidase,respectively.Tyrosine-asparagine has a good binding energy of-28.0 kJ/mol with acetylcholinesterase.Tyrosine-asparagine can bind α-glucosidase well,and the binding energy is-35.1 kJ/mol.Through visual analysis of the compounds with the lowest binding energy,it was found that oligo-peptides in black ginseng inhibited α-glucosidase activity by interacting with His600 and Asp203,the active centers of acetylcholinesterase,mainly through four hydrogen bonds.The inhibition of α-glucosidase activity mainly interacts with Ser203,Tyr337,Gly120,Ser125 and Tyr124,which are active centers of acetylcholinesterase,through five hydrogen bonds.Oligopeptides in black ginseng have potential hypo-glycemic and anti-AD effects,which provides a scientific basis for its further development and application.
To investigate the effect and mechanism of extraction of Fallopia multiflora(Thunb.)Harald.On serum of hyperlipidemic mice models.60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,normal control group,hyperlipidemic model group,high,medium,and low concentration of F multiflora groups.In addition to the normal control group,the other 4 groups were fed with high-fat diet and induced to establish the hyperlipidemic model.After 8 weeks,the mice in the high,medium and low concentration groups were injected intraperitone-ally with 1.0 g/mL,0.6 g/mL and 0.3 g/mL extraction of F multiflora(0.1mL/10g)respectively.Mice in the normal control and hyperlipi-demic model groups were injected with 0.9%physiological saline.The treatment was given once a day for 60 days.The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected by ELISA kits.The RNA-seq sequencing method was used to detect the gene transcription level in mice liver tissues.Bioinformatics method was used to analyze the differentially expressed genes among samples,the expression of several genes was verified by the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.Compared with the hyperlipemia model control group,the level of TC,TG and LDL-C decreased significantly in the high concentration of F.multiflora.group(P<0.05).While the level of HDL-C increased significantly(P<0.05).There were 787 differentially expressed genes,including 260 up-regulated genes and 527 down-regulated genes.Differentially expressed genes are riched in 532 cellular components,involved in 933 molecular functions and 2 869 biological processes.The KEGG en-richment pathway showed that F.multiflora could improve the hyperlipemia through several lipid metabolic pathways including fatty acid degradation,linoleic acid metabolism,and arachidonic acid metabolism pathways.A total of 67 transcription factors with significant pro-portional difference were found by transcription factor analysis.The high concentration of F.multiflora has obvious hypolipidemic effect on hyperlipidemia model mice.And the hypolipidemic effect may be realized by regulating the expression of genes related to lipid metabolism.
Lotus is one of the top ten famous flowers in China,which has edible,medicinal,and ornamental value.To analyze the current research status of food,medicine,and ornamental lotus in China,based on relevant research papers in the CNKI database,this study anal-yzed the research institution,research team,authors,and keywords by using CiteSpace.58.R,and drew a visual knowledge map of lotus food,medicine,and aesthetics.The results indicated that the overall number of publications on research related to lotus food,medicine,and aesthetics is on the rise,which divided into three stages:initial exploration stage(1983-1999),slow development stage(2000-2010),and ra-pid development stage(2011-2021);the research institutions are mainly Guizhou Medical University,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Southwest Forestry University,Henan Agricultural University,etc,the research team is the largest among authors such as Jiang Weihong,Xu Yingchun,Wang Yanjie,Liu Zhaolei,Ding Yuesheng,and Jin Qijiang,the connection between authors is close,and it is speculated that a core research group will be formed,but cooperation between institutions still needs to be strengthened;the research on lotus has developed from early general research,basic research,applied research,to later engineering research,development research,traditional Chinese medicine research,and technical research.The research hotspots in each period are different,and the depth and breadth of its research are constantly increasing.With the increasing emphasis on research related to lotus food,medicine,and aesthetics in China,related research will gradually become a hot topic of theoretical research and exploration.In the future,new technologies can be ad-opted to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the entire lotus product industry chain,and promote the green and sustainable de-velopment of the lotus industry.
Panax quinquefolium is a traditional valuable Traditional Chinese Medicine with important medical and health care functions.It has a large market demand,and its quality and safety issues have also attracted much attention.At present,the key factors affecting the qual-ity and safety of P.quinquefolium are exogenous contaminants such as heavy metals,pesticides and mycotoxins.This paper summarizes the-se three kinds of exogenous contaminants,compares the differences in the limit standards of exogenous contaminants,and systematically summarizes the research results on the residues of heavy metal,pesticide and mycotoxin in P.quinquefolium.The heavy metals can be de-tected occasionally in P.quinquefolium,but the hazard risk of heavy metal residues is generally low.There are many kinds of pesticide re-sidues in P.quinquefolium,and the residues of pentachloronitrobenzene,BHC and DDT exceeding the limit standard are still common.The contamination degree of mycotoxin in P.quinquefolium is overall low.Therefore,it is necessary to standardize the production process of P.quinquefolium,prevent and control exogenous contamination,and promote the establishment and improve the relevant limit standards of P.quinquefolium,so as to provide useful references for the healthy development of P.quinquefolium industry.
Ganoderma lucidum is a traditional medicinal fungus in China.Modern pharmacological studies have found that G.lucidum has good liver protection.Its active ingredients can exert hepatoprotective effects by regulating the level of oxidative stress in liver tissue,in-hibiting inflammatory responses,regulating apoptosis and autophagy,etc.It has preventive and therapeutic effects on alcohol-induced liver injury,drug-induced liver injury,chemical reagent-induced liver injury,and ischemia-reperfusion-induced liver injury.This article reviews the liver-protective mechanism of G.lucidum,and summarizes the protective effects of G.lucidum and G.lucidum products in several types of liver injury,so as to a provide a reference for the research on the protective effect of G.lucidum on the liver.
The objectives of this study are to explore the causes and influencing factors of continuous cropping obstacles in strawberry plan-tation in Suyu District of Suqian City.We compared the effects of four soil improvement methods,i.e.,high temperature with closed shed,rice bran teturning,mixed microbial bacteria compounds,and Weibaimu pesticide on releasing continuous cropping obstacles in strawberry plantation.The results indicated that soil samples were collected and water-soluble salts,nutrients,enzyme activity and microbial biomass were measured and analyzed for the continues strawberry cropping(control)and the four treatments.Among the four treatments,rice bran(T2)was the most effective treatment to eliminate the salinization caused by soil anions;mixed microbial bacteria compounds(T3)treatment decreased soil pH,and showed the most significant effects in increasing soil available phosphorus content,and soil sucrase and catalase ac-tivities;Weibaimu pesticide(T4)treatment showed the most significant effect in reducing the contents of K+,Ca2+,Mg2+in soil,increasing soil pH and the content of Na+,organic matter and available nitrogen,but in reducing the activities of soil sucrase,urease,catalase and per-oxidase.Different treatments showed significant distinct effects on improving soil quality during strawberry plantation,thus,we suggest to use specific method or combined methods to improve soil quality after considering all physical,chemical and biological factors that causing continuous cropping obstacles.Our findings provide an economical and efficient strategy to release continuous cropping obsstacles and im-prove soil quality during strawberry continuous cropping plantation.
A high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)method was developed for the determination of 30 kinds of banned pesticide residues in Asarum heterotropoides.33 batches of A.heterotropoides samples from Jilin and Liaoning province were purified by direct extraction-solid phase extraction,and then determined by HPLC-MS.The results showed that the pretreatment meth-od of direct extraction-solid phase extraction was simple with a high recovery rate.The linear relationships of 30 kinds of banned pesticides were good with correlation coefficient R2>0.99.The limits of detection of the method were 0.004~0.020 mg/kg,and the limits of quanti-tative were 0.010~0.200 mg/kg.The average recoveries of the three additions spiked at high,medium and low levels were 81.35%~104.35%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.1%~7.6%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,accurate and re-liable and strong reproducibility,which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 30 kinds of banned pesticide residues in A.heter-otropoides.
The study to explore the molecular mechanism of pilose antler against Osteoporosis(OP)based on network pharmacology and in vitro cell experiments.The main components of pilose antler were collected by logging into BATMAN-TCM and literature retrieval data-bases such as CNKI and Web of Science,and then the component prediction targets and OP disease targets were obtained from databases such as Swiss Target Prediction,SEA,Drugbank,Therapeutic Target Database(TTD),and the key core anti-OP targets of pilose antler were determined after intersection.The Clue GO plug-in in Cytoscape 3.7.1 software and the Metascape database were used to analyze the GO and KEGG pathways of the core targets,and a multi-level network diagram was constructed to analyze the topology parameters.The mol-ecular docking verification of the main active components and core targets was performed using the AutoDock software,and the osteoblast(MC3T3-E1)was used to further verify the anti-OP effect of pilose antler and the network pharmacology conclusions.Based on the network pharmacology and literature retrieval,58 components of pilose antler were identified,including 1 331 predicted component targets,106 OP disease targets,and 33 anti-OP core targets of pilose antler,including SRC,IL6,TNF and PTGS2,were screened out.It is mainly involved in four biological processes such as cell reaction under fluid shear stress and drug transmembrane transport.It regulated and controlled steroid hor-mone biosynthesis,estrogen signals and other 7 types of 41 KEGG pathways to play a role.Cell experiments verified that pilose antler had good anti-OP activity.Molecular docking and q-PCR verified the anti-OP mechanism of pilose antler.This study explains the multi-component and multi-target action characteristics of pilose antler,and provides theoretical the basis for the next step of its anti-OP research and product development.
