教学投入是影响教师发展和教学质量的关键变量,也是中国高等教育界关注的热点问题,但当前关于高校教师教学投入的研究却明显滞后于实践发展需求.文章基于全国221所本科高校8255名教师的调查数据,首次系统考察了高校教师教学投入的影响因素和作用机制.研究结果支持了"环境—自我—投入—结果"模型:教学投入受到教学环境感知和教学自我效能感的影响,并直接影响教学效果和工作满意度.高校要努力为教师营造良好的教学环境,提供充分的教学支持,改善教学体验,提升教师的教学自我效能感,激励他们将更多的时间和精力投入教学活动之中,从而提升课程教学质量以及工作满意度.

Based on the current situation of curricular ideological and political education in courses of eco-nomics and management in universities,this study deeply explores the ideas of curricular ideological and political education surrounding undergraduate,postgraduate and adult higher education courses of eco-nomics and management.This study finds that the basic goal of curricular ideological and political edu-cation in courses of economics and management in universities is the value shaping under the guidance of the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating talents,and the main principles are being pro-fessional and educational.The realization path is that theoretical teaching should come first in the ideo-logical and political construction of undergraduate courses,case teaching is the key for ideological and political construction of postgraduate courses,and practical application is the basic for ideological and political construction of adult higher education courses.

In the new era,the cultivation of college students'social responsibility is an important part of higher education system and one of the chief goals of university's quality-oriented education.At present,college students'sense of social responsibility is deficient in cognition,emotion,volition and action.The influencing factors mainly include the limitations of college students'own development,the lack of family's cultivation of sense of responsibility,the insufficiency of school education system and the influence of adverse factors in the social environment.By exploring the value implication of the cultivation of college students'sense of responsibility in the new era,this paper proposes specific paths to strengthen self-edu-cation,family education,front construction and ethos cultivation from the four dimensions of college students,families,universities and society.
Interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education is the direction of entrepreneurship education prac-tice in colleges and universities around the world,and interdisciplinary entrepreneurship centers can pro-vide organizational support and guarantee for interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education.As one of the most developed countries in entrepreneurship education,the construction of interdisciplinary entrepre-neurship centers in American universities has been very mature.The construction paths include university-wide interdisciplinary entrepreneurship centers,multi-college interdisciplinary entrepreneurship centers,and single-college interdisciplinary entrepreneurship centers.China should learn from American construc-tion experience to build a university-wide interdisciplinary entrepreneurship center in a comprehensive research university,a multi-college interdisciplinary entrepreneurship center in an applied university,and a single-college interdisciplinary entrepreneurship center in a vocational college.
Ensuring campus security is the cornerstone for the harmony and stability of colleges and univer-sities,and the governance of campus security risks is an important part of the modernization of school governance system and governance capacity.From the perspective of the theory and practice of risk so-ciety,the complex situation facing campus security in our country is embodied in the frequent and diver-sified campus security accidents,the insufficient rule of law within the risk response system and the digital trap in empowerment and efficiency,which urgently needs to improve the college campus security risk i-dentification mechanism,research and judgment mechanism,response mechanism and review mecha-nism.The governance of college campus security risk should highlight the humanistic value in the concept dimension,improve the legal system in the system dimension and promote legal governance in the tech-nical dimension.
To clarify the situation of college counselors'professional quality in the new era,we need to start with the structural contradiction in the development of college counselors'professional quality in the new era.On the one hand,we need to clarify this structural contradiction and its main manifestations from the theoretical level;On the other hand,it is necessary to build a college counselors'professional quality structure model,which includes four dimensions:political quality,professional ability,professional knowledge,professional body and mind,with a total of 32 factors,to explore the influencing factors of college counselors'professional quality in the new era,and further verify the structural contradiction of college counselors'professional quality through empirical research.The results show that age,education level,working years,professional background,and professional certificates related to student work have a significant impact on the professional quality of college counselors in the new era.To improve the pro-fessional quality of college counselors in the new era,we need to focus on"political dimension","knowl-edge dimension","team building dimension","community",etc.,so as to comprehensively promote the construction of counselor team and meet the needs of talent training in the new era.

The current re-advocacy of meta higher education research is mainly based on the following considerations:the 40-year-old higher education already has the conditions to carry out systematic me-ta research,and the time for rebuilding meta higher education is approaching maturity;Strengthening the research of meta higher education is an urgent need to alleviate the disciplinary crisis and a rational choice to explore independent innovation in the discipline.Through the analysis of the academic geneal-ogy of meta research,it is found that the formal analysis paradigm represented by meta philosophy and meta ethics is the main academic research source of meta higher education,which also makes the young meta higher education enchanted by"metaphysics",divorced from reality and daunting.All the sorting,reflection,and creation of disciplines and theories in higher education should belong to the research of meta higher education.At present,the reconstruction of meta higher education should dispel the charm of"metaphysics",move away from the virtual to the real,strengthen the practice orientation,and recon-struct a new paradigm of meta research that is suitable for the characteristics of the discipline of higher education:reshape the paradigm to realize the unity of epistemology and practice;functional empower-ment,exploring the combination of academic sorting,reflection,and creation;method reconstruction,pursuing the integration of multiple perspectives,methods,and means.
