
Microcapsules are small particles that can effectively protect a core material from degradation. Microcapsules with double capsule walls can improve stability and reduce breakage due to the fact that the physical and chemical properties of double-walled materials can complement each other, thus enhancing the quality and applicability of a microcapsule. Microcapsules can achieve controlled release of core materials by using a temperature-sensitive wall material. In this research, gelatin was used as the inner wall material for these double-walled microcapsules. The outer wall material was a composite material prepared by the reaction of a hydroxyl group in gum arabic with an amino group in N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) in the presence of N, N’-methylene bisacrylamide (BIS), while lavender fragrance oil served as the core material. A complex coalescence method was used for the preparation of microcapsules with double capsule walls. The effects of different proportions of gum arabic to NIPAM on the core loading, microcapsule yield and thermal stability of microcapsules were studied in detail. Additionally, the stability of these fragrance microcapsules with double capsule walls in different solvents and pH values was evaluated. The sustained release properties and mechanism of cotton fabrics treated with prepared fragrance microcapsules were investigated. The results show that the microcapsules prepared with a 10:1 ratio of NIPAM to gum arabic have good temperature responsiveness. Therefore, clothing treated with microcapsules with temperature-sensitive wall materials can ensure that the human body has a fresh and pleasant smell in the case of perspiring in summer.
采用丙烯酰胺、甲基膦酸(5-乙基-2-甲基-氧代-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环己-5-基)甲基甲基酯和N-苯基马来酰亚胺构建了新型磷-氮协同阻燃体系,并用于涤棉织物阻燃整理.结果表明:与原涤棉织物相比,阻燃整理后的织物LOI值从19.5%提升至33.3%,熔滴现象明显改善,阻燃等级达到B1级,峰值热释放速率和总热释放量分别降低了22.63%和16.48%,且织物力学性能未受明显影响.阻燃机理研究表明:阻燃涤棉织物表现出不同程度的屏障效应、火焰抑制效应以及促进成炭效应,其中火焰抑制效应最强,燃烧后生成的炭层致密性和连续性明显提高.
将实验室自制的含磷、氮、硫的阻燃聚酯二醇(SPAE)和氟化的拒水二醇(DFEA)分别作为软段和硬段,通过乳液聚合制备出拒水-阻燃水性聚氨酯(SPDF-WPU),并将其涂覆在锦纶织物上.测试结果表明,SPDF-WPU涂层织物的LOI、余焰时间、余辉时间和损毁长度分别为28.6%、4.6 s、0 s、11.2 cm.织物与水的静态接触角达到127.3°,拒水评分达到90分.即使经过10次洗涤,涂层织物仍然表现出良好的阻燃性、抗滴落性以及拒水性.通过结合不同温度下气态产物的光谱分析,系统地探究了SPDF-WPU的阻燃机理,发现P、N和S元素通过生成不可燃气体化合物、释放自由基、脱水和炭化,在气相和凝聚相中发挥协同阻燃作用.
The self-made hydrophobic SiO2 aerogel is uniformly coated on the polyester fabric by polyacrylic ac-id adhesive.It is found that when the mass fraction of aerogel is 4%,the polyester fabric can be given better thermal insulation properties,and the tensile breaking strength of the finished fabric has little change.
Long chain degraded chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(HDCC-β-CD)are prepared by the degra-dation of chitosan,2,3-epoxy propyl dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(GTMAG),epichlorohydrin and β-cy-clodextrin(β-CD)as raw materials.The product is characterized by FTIR,XRD and XPS.As an antibacterial agent,the application of HDCC-β-CD to linen fabric treatment is carried out.At the same time,comparative study is undergone of antibacterial finishing properties of linen fabrics with HDCC-β-CD and immobilization of short chain degraded chitosan quaternary ammonium salt β-cyclodextrin(HTCC-β-CD).The results show that HDCC-β-CD has better antibacterial performance and washing durability on linen fabric than HTCC-β-CD.And when the fixed load is 19.48 μmol/g,the minimum inhibitory concentration of HDCC-β-CD against S.aure-us and E.coliis 10 g/L.
Oil painting,as an ancient and classic art form,combines delicate colors,soft brushstrokes,and exqui-site techniques,bringing new inspiration and expression to clothing design.Designing oil painting style clothing can showcase the artistic value and fashion characteristics of clothing,meet the personalized and diversified consumption needs of modern consumers,highlight the innovation of modern clothing,and make clothing pres-ent different aesthetic feelings.Integrating oil painting elements into modern clothing design requires design-ers to have a deep understanding of the artistic information related to oil painting,extract appropriate oil paint-ing elements based on the theme and style of clothing design,and integrate them into clothing design.The ap-plication of oil painting art in modern clothing design includes the application of color elements,pattern ele-ments,and texture elements.Designers need to combine clothing fabrics and adopt appropriate techniques to integrate oil painting elements into clothing,enhance the layering and artistic sense of clothing,and promote the development of modern clothing design towards diversification and high quality.
In this paper,the research achievements of electrospun silk fibroin nanofibers in the medical field are summarized.The application progress of composite nanofibers based on silk fibroin in different medical fields is introduced,and the existing problems are analyzed.The complex multi-level structure of silk makes it diffi-cult to construct higher-level biomimetic structures.The issue of performance regulation also needs to be ad-dressed.Strengthening research on structural optimization and innovating processing methods to obtain high-performance silk fibroin nanofibers with controllable performance is the future research direction.
The waterborne polyurethane(WPU)fixing agent is synthesized with polyethylene glycol(PEG-1450),toluene diisocyanate(TDI),1,4-butanediol(1,4-BDO),and N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)as raw materials.By changing the ratio of hydroxyl group in the soft and hard segments,and the ratio of 1,4-BDO to MEDA,and using acetic acid solution instead of deionized water to emulsify prepolymers,a stable color fixing agent is pre-pared.By testing of average particle size,zeta potential of WPU emulsions,wet rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the treated fabric,WPU-10 is finally determined as the best formula.Stabilized working liquor is ob-tained with WPU-10,which have Class 4-5 rubbing fastness after finishing on cotton fibers.
In order to explore the feasibility of natural dyes for dyeing polyester fibers,the dispersion perfor-mance of madder pigment and its dyeing performance on polyester fabrics are studied.The results show that madder pigment can be dispersed with a composite dispersant.The dispersion process is the mass ratio of dis-persant to madder pigment of 3:10,the mass ratio of anionic dispersant to nonionic dispersant of 3:2,and the dispersion time of 60 min.The optimal dyeing process of polyester fabric with madder pigment dispersion is pH=3,dyeing at 130 ℃ for 45 min.The polyester fabric dyed by the above process has good color yield and levelness,and the color fastness reaches Grade 4 and above.In addition,dyed polyester fabrics also have UV resistance.
Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)nanospheres are prepared by the hydrothermal method,and MoS2 with different concentrations are loaded onto the surface of polypropylene(PP)melt-blown nonwoven material modified with polydopamine(PDA)by impregnation method to prepare MoS2@PP composite melt-blown ma-terials.The results show that the MoS2 flower-shaped microspheres have a particle size of around 1 μm,and specific surface area of 22.77 m2/g.With 0.75 mg/mL of MoS2,the adsorption efficiency of MoS2-0.75@PP com-posite melt-blown material for Rhodamine B(RhB)solution is about 99.00%.After 5 cycles,its adsorption effi-ciency for RhB still reaches 70.00%.The adsorption process of MoS2-0.75@PP composite melt-blown materi-als for RhB is spontaneous,mainly dominated by chemical adsorption.The mechanical properties of MoS2-0.75@PP composite melt-blown materials have only slightly decreased compared with the original PP melt-blown material.

The optimized digital printing process of nylon skin clothing fabric is self-made paste 4%(yellow,blue)/5%(red),ammonium sulfate 2%(red)/3%(yellow,blue),urea 5%(yellow)/6%(red,blue),anti-dye salt S 4%,steaming time 45 min.The product with high color quantity and good color fastness can be obtained by this pro-cess.Printing has little effect on the mechanical properties,ultraviolet resistance,antibacterial properties and wearable properties of fabrics.The UV protection factor UPF of the printed fabric reaches 64,and T(UVA)is 2.68%.The inhibition rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Escherichia coli are 95%,86%and 85%,respectively.
Wet processing of cotton/nylon/spandex ponte-de-roma cloth is carried out by open-width pretreat-ment and pigment digital printing.It solves the quality problems of hairiness,chicken claw marks and unstable width in rope form pretreatment.It overcomes the problem of poor synchronous performance of digital printing cotton/nylon/spandex fabric with reactive and acid inks,as well as the white spots in printing area.The cotton/nylon printed ponte-de-roma features clear pattern,high color saturation,wide color gamut,little crease and hairiness,even width,stable product quality,high efficiency and low consumption in processing,energy saving and emission reduction.
The difference of detection methods between old and new versions of GB/T 12703.1-2021 is ana-lyzed.The antistatic properties of 7 kinds of single-component samples are tested,and the test results of each sample are compared under different ambient humidity and sample clamping flatness.The results show that the conduction principle of the new and old methods is different,and the new standard is more reasonable.The environmental humidity has a great influence on the antistatic test results,and the difference between low humidity and high humidity in the standard range can reach 28 s.The stability of the test data is affected by the degree of specimen clamping.The use of metal tape can improve the accuracy of the data and reduce the oc-currence of outliers.
To address the lack of industry-specific evaluation methods for low-carbon parks in the textile indus-try,this study constructs an evaluation index system for low-carbon parks in the textile industry through litera-ture research and expert interviews.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),judgement matrices are established for each level of index,followed by weight distribution and scoring.Results indicate that an evalua-tion index system,incorporating fundamental requirements,low-carbon management,low-carbon production,and incentive indicators,not only clarifies the basic conditions of low-carbon parks,but also reflects the achievements of the parks in green low-carbon construction.Fundamental requirements are critically evaluat-ed using a veto system,focusing on whether there have been safety pollution incidents,and the legality and regulation compliance of various facilities.The assessment of low-carbon management and production index systems adopts a scoring method,with low-carbon management evaluating the effectiveness of park's low-carbon construction from three aspects:low-carbon planning,organizational management,and low-carbon propaganda,while low-carbon production assesses the park's carbon emissions,production input,resource re-cycling,economic development,and audit certification.The incentive indicators are used to demonstrate whether green construction is prioritized for new,renovated,and expanded projects within the park,as well as the implementation status of clean production audits by enterprises in the park.
In response to poor wet color fastness of medium to dark fabrics dyed with conventional weak acid dyes and poor brightness of fabrics dyed with neutral dyes,the dyeing effects of high fastness acid dyes(Ar-chroma S series milling acid dyes)on polyamide/polyurethane fabrics are tested.The suitable dyeing parame-ters for this series of dyes are pH of the dyeing solution of 4,bath ratio of 1:10,and dyeing temperature of 98 ℃,The concentration of leveling agent Levagal FTSK02 is 0.5 g/L.When the concentrations of dyes are less than 2%,the building up properties are good.The K/S values of the dyed fabrics are all above 18 with 2%of dyes,and the overall building up properties are higher than those of conventional weak acid dyeings.The color fastness to soaping of fabrics dyed with Archroma S series acid dyes is significantly better than that of conven-tional weak acid dyeings,with the former being 0.5 to 2 levels higher than the latter.
A dual-network hydrogel polymer electrolyte is prepared using a two-step method with polyvinyl al-cohol as the matrix material and[2-(methacryloyloxy)-ethyl]dimethyl-(3-sulfopropyl)ammonium hydroxide(SB-MA)as the zwitterionic monomer,and its properties are tested.The results show that gel electrolyte exhibits a maximum tensile stress of 0.7 MPa and a maximum tensile strain of 608%,and it has high water absorption(43.9%),good water retention(62.9%)and high ionic conductivity(56.72 mS/cm).The assembled flexible solid-state zinc-air battery has a long cycle time(312 cycles,52 h),high power density(62 mW/cm2),good flexibility and frost resistance to conventional deformation.It can light bulbs at-20 ℃.
The self-healing cellulose nanocrystal modified fluorinated polyacrylate soap-free emulsion is synthe-sized by soap-free emulsion polymerization,and is used for fabric finishing.The latex particle size of the emul-sion,hydrophobicity,oleophobicity,mechanical properties and self-healing properties of latex film,as well as hydrophobicity,oleophobicity and self-healing properties of the finished fabrics are investigated at different concentrations of octadecyl acrylate(SA).The results show that when the SA concentration is 1.0%,the latex particle size is small,the water/oil contact angles are 104.35° and 70.25°,respectively,the tensile strength is 4.17 MPa,the elongation at break is 720.88%,and the self-healing efficiency is 91.49%,which show good hydro-phobicity,oleophobicity,mechanical properties and self-healing properties.The water/oil contact angles of the finished fabrics are 150.70° and 127.40°,respectively,showing excellent hydrophobicity and oleophobicity,as well as better self-repairing properties for scratches and surface hydrophobicity.
Using 4-β-hydroxyethyl sulfonate aniline,2-[(3-amino-4-methoxyphenyl)sulphonyl]ethyl hydrogen sulphate,2-[(4-amino-5-methoxy-2-methylphenyl)sulphonyl]hydrogen sulphate ester or 2-[(4-amino-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)sulphonyl]ethyl hydrogen sulphate as a diazo component,and 2,4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid as a coupling component,four reactive dyes(BRD-1~BRD-4)are prepared by diazotization-coupling reac-tion.These dyes are used in the printing of cotton fabric.The results show that the fixation yields of the four re-active dyes on cotton fabric are as high as 90%.The color fastness of cotton fabrics printed with the four reac-tive dyes are excellent.The color fastnesses to color change and staining can reach Grade 4-5.The dry/wet rub fastness of the dyed cotton can reach Grade 4-5 and 4,respectively,and the light fastness is over Grade 3.
Laccase can catalyze tea polyphenols and gallnut to produce yellow and brown oxidation products,which can be used to dye wool yarn.The effects of dyeing conditions on dyeing properties of wool yarn with two substrates and mechanical properties of dyed wool yarns are investigated.The results show that the op-timal process for laccase catalyzed tea polyphenols dyeing on wool yarn is laccase concentration 40 U/mL,pH 5.0,dyeing time 4 h,dyeing temperature 50 ℃.The optimal process for laccase catalyzed gallnut dyeing on wool yarn is laccase concentration 40 U/mL,pH 5.5,dyeing time 5 h,dyeing temperature 40 ℃.Wool yarn dyed with laccase catalyzed tea polyphenols has better mechanical properties,while wool yarn dyed with laccase cat-alyzed gallnut has a deeper color depth.At the same time,this dyeing method also endowes the wool yarn with excellent alkali resistance,UV resistance,and antioxidant properties.
