The deep integration of intangible cultural heritage and tourism is important for the systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage and the promotion of high-quality tourism development.Based on the symbol theory,this paper studies the construction of Xiang Kun tourism symbols from three aspects:potential exploration,field reconstruction and industry driving.The potential exploration can be divided into three steps:feature extraction,image symbiosis and going to the foreground.The field reconstruction should be strengthened in three aspects:habitual sedimentation,capital catalysis and spatial practice.In terms of industry driving,it is necessary to identify the realistic predicament of Xiang Kun cultural tourism,form a tourism symbol cultural industry chain with innovative products,strengthen symbol advocacy,and shape Xiang Kun cultural tourism brand to promote Xiang Kun culture,and tourism to support each other and develop in synergy.
To effectively link the achievements in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,villages across the country must take their own advantages and disadvantages in to consideration and seize external opportunities to actively respond to challenges and choose the right development path according to local conditions.Taking Dongyuan Village,Yizhang County,Chenzhou,Hunan Province as an example,this paper uses SWOT analysis to comprehensively analyze its internal and external factors,and finds that the village has internal advantages such as rich forestry resources,distinctive planting and breeding industries,available cultural tourism resources,relatively complete public service facilities,and innovative governance systems.However,there are internal disadvantages such as backward traffic,insufficient publicity and uneven development benefits;at the same time,the village has external opportunities such as government policy and funding support,tourism project implementation,internet connection with agriculture and commerce,and the transfer of industries in the Pearl River Delta.However,it faces challenges such as external funding interruption,external market uncertainty and so on.Therefore,this paper proposes the corresponding linkage development strategies to provide theoretical reference for consolidating and expanding the effective linkage of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the village.
Mirror Hunan is the result of shaping and spreading the image of Hunan through the symbol system by the government,the media and the public.In order to construct a discourse system with Chinese characteristics and Hunan characteristics,the government and the media,as the main body of communication,form an"official-civil"intertextual relationship between subject and object in the process of encoding and decoding.The layout and coordination of the media have initially formed a new pattern of integrated media matrix integration and dissemination with Golden Eagle Broadcasting System as the main body.The mainstream media and self-media have set the agenda and mobilized the image of Huxiang to construct a multi-faceted mirror Huxiang.The integrated communication practice of Hunan regional image under the background of convergence media gives the reference for spreading the broad and vivid regional image.
With the rapid development of the platform economy,platform-based enterprises have become the key targets of subsidies by the Chinese government.Government subsidies for platform-based enterprises are not only conducive to the endogenous function of subsidies,but also helpful for the modern governance of platform-based enterprises.However,from the perspective of fair competition,there are still issues with government subsidies for platform-based enterprises in China,such as the unfair competitiveness in subsidy basis,subsidy audience,subsidy situation,and subsidy effectiveness.Based on this,it is necessary to optimize the government subsidy system of China's platform-based enterprises from both macro and micro dimensions.On the macro level,the construction of government subsidies for platform-based enterprises should be coordinated with the concept of fair competition;on the micro level,specific optimization paths can be provided from the aspects of strengthening standardized management,enhancing the inclusiveness of subsidies,establishing a regular adjustment mechanism,and strengthening the pre-evaluation and post-supervision mechanism.
In the 1990s,rural women became the focus of TV drama creators.Taking the"Flying Sky Award"-winning rural themed TV dramas as examples,exploring the common psychological journey of the female protagonists,this paper finds that new rural women in this era have gone through the difficult transformation from carrying"tradition"to resisting"objectification"to finally growing into independent women.
The landscape information chain can be constructed by identifying and extracting landscape gene of Jinggang ancient town,which contributes to exploring local characteristics and to giving prominence to its tourism image.The study also provides useful inspiration for Jinggang's tourism planning and design.The results show that the construction of landscape information chain should focus on the cultural topics such as"Xiaohankou"and"Water Fight of Hunan army"to restore the landscape memory.Due to the poor continuity of"landscape information element"in the ancient town,commercial customs,some traditional techniques and so on have not been effectively inherited.There are abundant"landscape information points"preserved in Jinggang,but the points of ferry terminal are seriously damaged.The"landscape information corridors"cut across each other,which forms a unique pattern of"eight streets,four alleys and seven docks".The"landscape information network"of Jinggang is well preserved,but some incongruous landscape needs to be comprehensively renovated.

Theoretical analysis shows that the competitiveness of tourism enterprises and their vulnerability are in a reverse relationship.Empirical results of the survey on 50 tourism enterprises in Xiangxi Prefecture show that in general,the competitiveness of tourism enterprises in Xiangxi Prefecture has a significant negative correlation with their profit margin between 2019 and 2020.Specifically,business environment,marketing strength and crisis management capability have the most significant negative correlation with profit margin.This confirms the conclusion of theoretical analysis.The following measures are therefore proposed to reduce the vulnerability of tourism enterprises:comprehensive optimization of external business environment,improvement of marketing ability of enterprises,improvement of crisis handling ability,optimization of business structure and all-round enhancement of enterprise competitiveness.
In response to the current situation of high mobility,lack of safety and fun in children's commuting paths,and government's weak awareness of child-friendly planning and construction,this study aims to analyze the behavioral characteristics and travel environment of rural children within the Changsha city through sampling surveys.Taking into account the background of rural revitalization,the study aims to identify the existing problems in the current rural children's commuting paths in Changsha and propose guidelines for the construction of child-friendly commuting paths.Taking Taipingqiao Elementary School in Liuyang City as an example,the study also explores the specific optimization strategies for this type of rural area.

Lingling District,located in the hilly area of southern Hunan,has long formed a unique intangible cultural heritage.However,there are still some problems in inheriting and promoting intangible cultural heritage.At present,cultural tourism is the carrier and basic way of inheriting and developing intangible cultural heritage,but there is no deep integration between the two in Lingling District.Starting from the realistic level and relying on the intangible cultural heritage resources of Lingling District,this paper explores the innovative path for the collaborative development of"intangible cultural heritage + tourism".
This study constructs an index system of scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development based on panel data of 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province from 2011 to 2020.The comprehensive level of scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in Hunan Province is calculated using the entropy method,and the coupling coordination level between the two systems is measured using the coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the comprehensive level of scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in all cities and prefectures in Hunan Province has gradually increased within the sample interval.However,there is an imbalance in development from a spatial perspective.A comparison reveals that,except for Changsha,which exhibits a type of scientific and technological innovation priority with high-quality economic development lagging behind,other cities and prefectures prioritize high-quality economic development with lagging scientific and technological innovation.There is a significant mutual influence between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in Hunan Province,but the coordination between the two in other cities and prefectures,except for Changsha,needs to be further improved.

在新发展格局下,科学构建长江经济带数字经济发展水平测度指标体系对实现经济高质量发展具有重要意义.文章结合数字经济基本特征,构建数字化基础设施、数字化应用程度、数字化创新水平 3 个一级指标以及 15 个二级指标的长江经济带各省市数字经济发展水平评价指标体系,并基于 2016-2020 年的相关数据,利用熵权法对各指标体系进行测算,评价长江经济带 11个省市数字经济发展趋势,同时构建数字经济与经济高质量发展的双向固定回归模型进行分析,发现投资、政府调控、交通基础设施、教育水平 4 个指标对经济高质量发展有显著影响.文章从产业数字化、研发投入、传统制造业转型升级三方面提出建议,以降低数字经济发展不平衡对长江经济带各省市经济高质量发展产生的消极影响,促进数字经济发展.
