This paper focuses on the mixed teaching design and practice of aseptic technology in nursing funda-mentals from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics.It elaborates on the importance of integrating ideo-logical and political elements into nursing education,analyzes the characteristics and learning situation of aseptic technology teaching,and provides a detailed introduction to the mixed teaching design and practice process,inclu-ding setting teaching objectives,integrating online and offline teaching resources,designing teaching activities,in-tegrating ideological and political elements strategies,and constructing a teaching evaluation system.The application effect of this design was demonstrated through teaching practice cases,aiming to provide useful reference and inspi-ration for the reform of ideological and political education in nursing basic courses,and to cultivate nursing talents with both professional skills and good professional ethics.

激励制度是高校治理的关键抓手.解析高校激励制度的内容结构,测量高校激励制度的治理效能,是优化高校激励治理体系、改善教师工作投入状态、实现学校事业快速发展的应有之意.高校激励制度是一个由物质激励、精神激励、参与激励和发展激励四个内容维度构成的制度体系,以此为基础编制的《高校激励制度测量量表》具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为相关高校激励制度测量研究的参考工具.
