This review summarized the importance of return to work to patients with hematologic malignancies and their families, the research status at home and abroad, the factors affecting return to work and their intervention status, in order to provide reference for more current research and intervention measures in China.
Objective:To understand the current research status and hotspots in this field based on the literature on early oral nutrition for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer in Web of Science. Methods:The literature on early oral nutrition for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer was searched on Web of Science from September 2012 to September 2022, and the annual number of articles, distribution of authors and countries, citation analysis, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and keyword emergence were analysed using CiteSpace. Results:From 2012 to 2022, a total of 113 articles related to early oral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery were published, with an overall upward trend in the number of publications, and the top five countries with the largest number of publications were Japan, China, the United States, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The co-occurrence analysis of keywords and cluster analysis revealed three research hotspots: the safety research of early oral nutrition, the curative effect research of early oral nutrition, and the application research of early oral nutrition in accelerated recovery. Keyword emergence reveals that nutritional management was a future research trend. Conclusions:Early oral nutrition research in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer is currently in the stage of practical exploration and continues to receive attention. In the future, cooperation between regions and authors needs to be strengthened. Promoting the development of standardized and normalized early oral nutrition management strategies and exploring the role of early oral nutrition strategies in nutrition management can become a research trend in the future.
Injection fear is widespread in the population, which can cause patients to tolerate or avoid injection, reduce treatment compliance, and increase the burden of healthcare. Choosing appropriate injection fear assessment tools in clinical practice is helpful to understand the degree, psychological characteristics and influencing factors of individual injection fear. In this paper, the contents, characteristics and application methods of fear of injection assessment tools at home and abroad are reviewed, in order to provide reference for the application and development of fear of injection assessment tools for medical staff.
Objective:To describe the changes of post-traumatic growth and rumination in coronary heart disease patients at different time points after PCI, and to analyze the correlation between them in order to provide evidence for personalized intervention. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted, a total of 234 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI for the first time in the Department of Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from December 2021 to October 2022 were studied by convenience sampling. The general data questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Event-Related Rumination Inventory and the simplified Chinese version of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory were used to survey before discharge (T 0), first month after surgery (T 1), and three months after surgery (T 2). Results:The total scores of post-traumatic growth at the time point of T 0, T 1 and T 2 were 53.08 ± 13.47, 54.77 ± 11.20 and 59.32 ± 7.95, the difference was statistically significant ( F = 78.45, P<0.01). The scores of instrusive rumination at the time point of T 0, T 1 and T 2 were 14.92 ± 6.07, 15.78 ± 4.64 and 12.31 ± 3.38, the difference was statistically significant ( F = 46.58, P<0.01). The scores of deliberate rumination were 14.63 ± 4.74, 15.52 ± 3.93 and 17.86 ± 3.70, the difference was statistically significant ( F = 76.20, P<0.01). Instrusive rumination at T 0, T 1 and deliberate rumination at each point were positively correlated with the total score of post-traumatic growth ( r values were 0.229 to 0.414, all P<0.01). Instrusive rumination at T 2 was negatively correlated with posttraumatic growth scores ( r = -0.351, P<0.01). The deliberate rumination at T 2 time point was positively correlated with the total score of post-traumatic growth ( r = 0.403, P<0.01). Conclusions:The level of posttraumatic growth in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI needs to be improved, and targeted intervention should be planned early to change patients′pessimistic cognition caused by the disease, promote the development of positive thinking, then promote their posttraumatic growth.
Objective:To explore the effect of functional exercise rehabilitation bridging mode on the functional exercise and self-management ability of patients after breast cancer surgery, so as to provide reference for guiding patients to achieve full process management and self-management and rehabilitation. Methods:Using a non randomized grouping quasi experimental design, 202 patients with breast cancer undergoing surgical treatment were selected from the breast surgery department of Yuhuangding Hospital in Yantai from March to July 2021 through convenient sampling. The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation guidance. The intervention group adopted a rehabilitation bridging mode for postoperative functional exercise on the basis of routine nursing care. The functional exercise compliance rate and self management ability of the two groups of patients after the intervention were evaluated. Results:In the intervention group, the rate of functional exercise reaching the standard, the rate of functional exercise knowledge awareness, correctness and compliance in self-management ability of breast cancer patients were as follows: 93.1%(95/102), 71.6%(73/102), 80.4%(82/102), 73.5%(75/102), which were higher than the control group 84.0%(84/100), 46.0%(46/100), 52.0%(52/100), 17.0%(17/100). The differences were statistically significant ( χ2 values were 4.18-65.06, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The rehabilitation bridging mode could connect the functional exercise needs of patients at different stages of rehabilitation, provide personalized, continuous, and standardized functional exercise guidance for patients, help them improve the effect of functional exercise, and improve their self management ability.
