The geometric parameter errors and accuracy of the dynamic operation of the pantograph determine the stability of train operation.Traditional parameter measurement devices are mainly based on the principles of laser and ultrasonic ranging.The equipment moves slowly on the steel rail and has large focusing measurement point errors.The measured values need to be processed several times before they can be identified.A laser scanning based intelligent geometric parameter detection method for contact networks is proposed,which combines hardware devices such as laser scanning,distance measuring devices,photoelectric encoders,and data software algorithms to achieve non-contact acquisition,sampling point positioning,and data autonomous correction algorithm optimization processing,thereby obtaining the main geometric parameters of the contact network.Through experiments,this method can effectively improve the accuracy of geometric parameter detection in contact networks,with a measurement accuracy of 3 mm,which has practical significance.
