全民数字素养培育热潮中，高校图书馆已成为大学生数字素养培育的重要主体。上海交通大学图书馆以本科生毕业论文学术规范审核为切入点，构建适用于具体应用场景的数字素养培育框架体系，面向本科毕业生开展数字素养培育实践，并基于实践中的不足，进一步探索建立嵌入本科生研究能力培养全过程的数字素养培育机制。
图书馆员工作满意度是影响图书馆运行与发展的重要因素.研究在2006年"当代图书馆员快乐指数"调查问卷的基础上,依据当今图书馆事业现状做适当微调,于2017年初开始重新在全国范围内发放回收问卷并做数据分析.文章着重探讨当代图书馆员的"工作满意度"部分,分析个人特征、家庭特征、受教育特征、职业特征及社会与 自然环境特征对图书馆员工作满意度的影响.最后,文章提出图书馆应该完善以员工为本的制度建设,关心员工的生活与心理动态,挖掘员工的潜力与积极性.
The data of entrance control system, borrowing and returning system and seat management system of university library can be used to analyze the behavior habits and reading needs of university library users.This paper used the T-test, Spearman correlation analysis and interviews to investigate the behavioral characteristics of users with different degrees and professional backgrounds in the academic year of 2020-2021.The results showed that during the examination season, the number of times users entered and the length of time they stayed in the library were both the highest in the year; in terms of borrowing, the students of liberal arts tended to stay in the library to read, and students of science and engineering tended to check out the books from the library; the types of books borrowed by graduate students were more specialized than those borrowed by undergraduates.According to the data of users entering, in and using the library, this paper reveals the characteristics and differences of users’ behaviors, which can provide references for the optimal management and personalized service of university libraries.
Under the background of high-quality development of public cultural services, this paper discusses the hierarchical service model of the theme branch of the public library, aiming at highlighting the characteristics, advantages and values of the theme branch library, and enhancing the standardization, theme and quality of its services.Based on the 4-tier service system of the theme branch of the public library, namely user layer, organization layer, space layer and activity layer, this paper explains 4 types of service modes including differentiated service mode oriented by user demand, integrated service mode dominated by organization subject, situational service mode of spatial integration of resources and brand service mode supported by special activities.Also, some optimization strategies of service modes are put forward, such as highlighting demand differences of intelligent service, deepening multiple coordination of integrated service, building the service integration of the space scene, and strengthening the brand effect of characteristic service.
In order to explore the main types and practical effects of the main cooperation modes for provincial public libraries and other R＆D subjects to produce library cultural and creative products, the paper firstly uses the literature research method to construct the cooperation mode types in combination with the general research and development process of cultural and creative products, and analyzes the status of the main cooperation mode for the research and development of cultural and creative products of provincial public libraries through the survey method.Secondly, the paper uses case study method to analyze the operation effect of different cooperation modes.Finally, based on the results of research and analysis, the paper puts forward optimization suggestions for the cooperation and cooperation mode of R＆D subjects.It is found that the cooperation modes of different R＆D subjects of library cultural and creative products have their own reality and applicability.R＆D cooperation and its mode selection are affected by many factors.Through the overall optimization and effect evaluation of cooperative R＆D work, the effect of cooperative R＆D can be improved and the advantages of cooperation mode can be highlighted.
