This review focuses on five aspects issues, namely, the arsenic content in Chinese kelp, the presence form and toxicity of arsenic, as well as the arsenic limit content, the method of detection arsenic, and the technology of removing arsenic in standards at home and abroad. The limit of inorganic arsenic in S. japonica is over the national standards for dried algae (≤1.5 mg/kg). In fact, inorganic arsenic is also accumulated while extracting target substance. Therefore, the limits of inorganic arsenic in the kelp extract should be referred to the international standards for food additives (≤3 mg/kg) due to lack of the standards on inorganic arsenic limit for extract of algae.

本文首先从文字处理技术入手,论述了此项技术给因特网辅助翻译提供了平台,并且论述了因特网辅助翻译的三个主要方面——在线搜索技术、电子辞书辅助翻译和在线翻译技术的操作原理.接着主题为因特网辅助翻译对翻译活动的推动作用:一是,速度的提升,包括在线翻译和网络搜索两个方面;二是,因特网上丰富的资料和其他资源使翻译的准确度得到大大提升;第三,由于因特网是国际信息交流的平台,译者可以从中寻求到更多帮助.
The kelp extract is nutrient-rich and natural flavor, which was made by microwave extraction in low-temperature. In this paper the drying method for the kelp extract was studied, including the single factor method and L9(3^4) orthogonal experimental design method, then the factors to effect removing the dried block from a plate was discussed. The main 4 factors to effect drying result are temperature, vacuum, the sample thickness and water content of the extract. Our experiments shows that the best drying conditions are drying temperature 90 %, vacuum 0.1 MPa, sample thickness of 1 cm, 16% moisture content before drying, and drying time of 50 min. Under the above condition, the drying process is simple and fast, average drying rate is 0.6056 g/min, moisture content of dried kelp extract is 5.82%, and the dried block is easily removed from the plate.
In the paper,the practice of reform of graduation thesis and culture of application research personnel is discussed.A new teaching mode is as follows: using the patent literature as the basic background information and proposed products as targeted research program,introducing the industry mentors to the students for raising their practical experience in laboratory experiment.In this way students talents in writing academic thesis and doing practical experiments are fully cultivated.
The upstanding part of xylem caudex for Brainia insignis(Hook.) J.Sm.was respectively extracted by 95% ethanol and distilled water in lower temperature and under mild microwave irradiation,and the crude Brainia insignis polysaccharide was obtained and then purified further to the refined polysaccharide.Testing the number and molecular weight of Brainia insignis polysaccharide by Gel Filtration Chromatography(GFC),the result is that there is only one kind of Brainia insignis polysaccharide and its Mn is 31 514 g·mol-1 and Mw is 35 034 g·mol-1.After the polysaccharides were hydrolyzed in acidic condition,the corresponding monosaccharides formed and were transformed into acetyl oximes by hydroxylamine and acetic anhydride.The derivatives were tested by Gas chromatography(GC) to give the result that the five monosaccharides exist with the certain proportion: glucose 88.816%,galactose 4.631%,arabinose 3.314%,xylose 2.085%,and mannose 1.154%.
Best extraction craft of Cinnamon oleoresin by microwave extraction technology was studied through single factor and orthogonal experiment.This craft was divided two steps,used the ether extract at first.Factors affecting Cinnamon oleoresin extraction yields,such as raw material granularity,the liquid-solid ratio,the extract power,were discussed.And by orthogonal experiments used three factors four levels,optimal technological conditions were achieved as follows:raw material granularity 60 item,the liquid-solid compares 1∶5,extract power 300W.The extract rate had reached 8.33%。Second,recycled Cinnamon oleoresin used the acetone,and discussed factors affecting Cinnamon oleoresin extraction yields to raw material granularity,the liquid-solid ratio,the extract power and the extract temperature.

We introduced the computer software of chemistry into the traditional chemistry education plan to enhance students' computer operation and programming skill. We also introduced the Internet skill's to accelerate the speed of finding information.Through these processes, we improved student's computer skills and helped them with their teaching in the future and scientific studies.
