BackgroundPaBing-II Formula (PB-II) is a traditional Chinese medicine for treating Parkinson’s disease (PD). However, owing to the complexity of PB-II and the difficulty in obtaining human dopaminergic neurons (DAn), the mechanism of action of PB-II in PD treatment remains unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic benefits of PB-II in patients with PD.MethodshiPSCs derived DAn were treated with H2O2 to construct the DAn oxidative damage model. SwissTargetPrediction was employed to predict the potential targets of the main compounds in serum after PB-II treatment. Metascape was used to analyze the pathways. Sprague-Dawley rats were used to construct the 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA)-induced PD model, and the duration of administration was four weeks. RNA sequencing was used for Transcriptome analysis to find the signal pathways related to neuronal damage. The associated inflammatory factors were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). We identified PB-II as an Nrf2 activator using antioxidant-responsive element luciferase assay in MDA-MB-231 cells.ResultsIn vitro experiments showed that the treatment of PB-II-treated serum increased the percentage of TH+ cells, decreased inflammation and the apoptosis, reduced cellular reactive oxygen species, and upregulated the expression of Nrf2 and its downstream genes. Pathway analysis of the RNA-seq data of samples before and after the treatment with PB-II-treated serum identified neuron-associated pathways. In vivo experiments demonstrated that PB-II treatment of PD rat model could activate the Nrf2 signaling pathway, protect the midbrain DAn, and improve the symptoms in PD rats.ConclusionPB-II significantly protects DAn from inflammation and oxidative stress via Nrf2 pathway activation. These findings elucidate the roles of PB-II in PD treatment and demonstrate the application of hiPSC-derived DAn in research of Chinese medicine.
OBJECTIVE To quantitatively analyze characteristics of eyelid and its surroundings of different genders, and to explore their correlations with aesthetic scores.METHODS A total of 80 photographs of the eyes of healthy volunteers aged from 18 to 40 years of the Han nationnality in China were taken by the camera, including 40 cases of men and 40cases of women. The photographs were scored by 200 ordinary people(non ophthalmologists and plastic surgeons) using a 10-point scoring system. Those who scored more than the average were included in the harmony group, and those who scored less than the average were included in the ordinary group. Image J software was used to measure the palpebral fissure(PF), brow fat span(BFS), tarsal platform show(TPS), inferior scleral show(ISS), and margin to reflex distance 1(MRD1) of the rigt eye, and the relevant statistical analyses were performed.. RESULTS(1) Aesthetic scores: The average aesthetic scores of men was 6.50 points, 21 cases in the harmony group, with an average of(7.52±0.94) points, and 19 cases in the ordinary group, with an average of(5.47±0.86) points. The average aesthetic scores of women was 6.81 points, 22 cases in the harmony group, with an average of(7.87±0.89) points, and 18 cases in the ordinary group, with an average of(5.56±0.75) points.(2) Characteristics of eyelid and its surroundings of men: Among the male volunteers, there was no significant difference in PF, BFS, TPS, ISS, and MRD1 between the harmony group and the ordinary group(P>0.05), and there was no correlation with the aesthetic scores.(3) Characteristics of eyelid and its surroundings of women: Among the female volunteers, BFS, TPS and ISS of the harmony group were lower than those of the ordinary group(t BFS =2.048,P=0.048;t TPS =2.181,P=0.036;t ISS =3.226,P=0.003), which were all correlated with the aesthetic scores(r BFS =-0.561, P=0.000; r TPS =-0.423, P=0.006; r ISS =-0.722, P=0.000) with statistical significances. However, there was no significant difference in PF and MRD1 between the two groups(P>0.05), and there was no correlation with the aesthetic scores. CONCLUSIONS There is no significant correlation between characteristics of eyelid and its surroundings of men and aesthetic scores. However, female eye attractiveness is affected by BFS, TPS, ISS, which has important guiding significance for eye-related plastic surgery.
目的 基于网络药理学的淫羊藿苷(ICA)对氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)所致大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)凋亡抑制作用机制研究.方法 在TCMSP数据库收集淫羊藿苷的药代动力学相关数据,利用CTD和GeneCards两个数据库,检索获取淫羊藿苷的所有潜在作用靶点,采用DAVID 6.8数据库对淫羊藿苷潜在靶点进行GO富集分析以及进一步的筛选收集关键靶点.将关键靶点导入STRING数据库,结合运用Cytoscape 3.8.2软件制作蛋白互作网络(PPI),并用STRING数据库进行通路富集分析(KEGG).采用Western Blot法检测Akt/GSK3β/CyclinD1通路3个特征蛋白以及凋亡密切相关蛋白Bcl-2、Bax的表达情况.结果 获得淫羊藿苷潜在作用靶点83个,进一步筛选得到关键靶点29个,通路富集分析结果按照FDR值从小到大排序,其前20条中具有重要作用的为PI3K-Akt通路、HIF-1信号通路以及FoxO信号通路等.基于KEGG富集分析结果,建立了PI3K-Akt核心作用通路的可视化通路网络图.Western Blot实验结果揭示,与模型组比较,淫羊藿苷处理组p-Akt(P< 0.01)的表达升高,p-GSK3β水平和CyclinD1的表达有升高趋势(P>0.05),Bcl-2/Bax比值升高(P< 0.001);LY294002抑制Akt磷酸化之后,相应p-Akt、p-GSK3β水平和CyclinD1的表达下降(P< 0.05,P< 0.001),Bcl-2/Bax比值减少(P< 0.001).结论 淫羊藿苷对5-FU所致大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞凋亡抑制作用可能是通过激活Akt/GSK3β/CyclinD1信号通路以及Bcl-2途径介导的.

目的:探讨白藜芦醇(resveratrol,RES)是否可以通过调节血管组织中钙释放激活钙通道调节分子1(calcium release-activated calcium modulator1,Orai1)表达,激活血管组织中内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)表达发挥抗动脉粥样硬化(atheroselerosis,AS)效应.方法:雌性C57BL/6J小鼠卵巢切除后高脂喂养建立动脉粥样硬化模型,实验分为对照组、模型组、白藜芦醇0.05 g/kg、0.15 g/kg组及亚硝基左旋精氨酸甲酯(L-nitro-arginine methylester,L-NAME)0.007 g/kg干预组.16周后,全自动生化分析仪检测小鼠血脂4项及血清Ca2+水平,HE染色及油红O染色观察血管壁动脉粥样硬化情况,免疫组化技术观察血管组织中eNOS表达,免疫印迹测定血管组织的eNOS、硝基络氨酸(nitrotyrosine,NT)及Orai1蛋白表达.结果:高脂喂养16周后,AS模型成功建立,模型组血管组织有明显的AS病理改变,0.15 g/kg白藜芦醇组AS病变明显减轻,内膜下脂质斑块减少;小鼠血清中CHOL、TG和LDL水平明显降低,HDL水平升高,同时Ca2水平降低;而0.007 g/Kg L-NAME干预组内膜增厚,内膜下脂质斑块增多;CHOL、TG和LDL-C增高,同时HDL含量下降,血清Ca2+水平略有升高.Westem blot结果显示补充白藜芦醇后血管组织中eNOS表达显著增加,NT表达降低,Orai1表达增强,而提前应用0.007 g/Kg L-NAME预处理后可逆转白藜芦醇诱导的eNOS表达增加及NT表达下降,但不能逆转Orai1表达的增加.结论:白藜芦醇可以通过上调Orai1表达,增加eNOS,降低NT蛋白表达,有效防止ONOO-(过氧化亚硝基阴离子,peroxynitrite anion)介导的氧化应激损伤,改善内皮功能,防治动脉粥样硬化.
目的:探讨运用中药补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的临床效果.方法:收集中山大学附属第一医院2017年6月~2018年6月期间确诊收治的108例老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者,中医辨证为肾虚血瘀证.采用单盲随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组各54例.两组患者均先尝试闭合复位、夹板外固定治疗,若未达到复位标准,行切开复位内固定治疗,观察组在上述基础上加用补血活血方汤,持续服用4周.结合复诊情况比较两组患者骨折愈合评分系统(RUSS)、中医症状积分变化情况,统计骨折愈合时间和腕关节功能评分,评估两组患者临床疗效并记录不良反应情况.结果:观察组骨折愈合时间为(5.15±1.38)周,显著短于对照组的(5.79±1.72)周,治疗2、4、6周时RUSS评分均显著高于对照组,中医症状积分及骨折愈合后腕关节Gart-Iand-Werley、PRWE评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.44%,显著高于对照组的81.48% (P<0.05).两组患者均未出现明显不良反应.结论:补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折疗效显著,且安全性好.
目的 研究白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,RSV)通过瞬时受体电位C1通道(transient receptor potential canonical-channel 1,TRPC1)来抑制血管平滑肌细胞(Vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMCs)增殖的机制.方法 采用血管环培养法观察RSV对胎牛血清(fetal calf serum,FBS)诱导的血管壁损伤的影响;MTT法检测RSV对VSMCs增殖的影响;qPCR法检测RSV对TRPC1 mRNA表达的影响;Western Blot法检测RSV对TRPC1蛋白表达的影响.结果 与模型组比较,RSV在20~200μmol·L-1范围内,可改善高血清诱导的血管壁损伤和管壁增厚现象;RSV可降低FBS诱导的VSMCs增殖(P<0.01),以200μmol·L-1浓度最为显著,此作用可被TRPC1抑制剂SKF96365所阻断;RSV各浓度组的TRPC1 mRNA及蛋白相对表达量显著降低(P<0.01).结论 RSV抑制VSMCs的增殖可能通过影响TRPC1靶点来实现.
目的 运用正骨手法配合自拟疏风养血汤加减治疗颈源性头痛的疗效观察.方法 将88例颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各44例.对照组采用药物疗法:布洛芬胶囊及盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服,疗程10天;治疗组采用正骨手法配合疏风养血汤内外兼治,每日一次,10天为一疗程.随访3个月.结果 两组治疗10天后和治疗三个月后随访,治疗组的显效率分别为100%和93.19%;对照组为93.19%和56.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 正骨手法配合中药治疗颈源性头痛疗效明显优于传统西医药物治疗.
目的:探讨高脂饲养雌性、雄性SD大鼠的血脂变化规律.方法:正常雄性、雌性6周龄大鼠各30只,适应性喂养1周后,根据体质量随机分为雄性对照组、雄性模型组、雌性对照组、雌性模型组,每组15只.两对照组给予普通饲料,两模型组给予高脂高胆固醇饲料,不限饮水.观察各组大鼠体质量、饮食、饮水量变化,分别在第6、8、12周末每组处死5只大鼠,检测血清TC、TG水平,并进行组间比较.结果:体质量方面,在造模第6、8、12周末,雄性、雌性模型组大鼠随着造模时间的延长,体质量逐渐升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中雄性模型组的体质量比雌性高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雄性对照组的体质量比雌性高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).血脂TC方面,在第6、8、12周末,两模型组TC与两对照组相比均明显升高,且雌性SD大鼠的TC水平较同时期雄性升高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两对照组之间TC水平差异无统计学意义.血脂TG方面,第6周末时两模型组大鼠TG均高于两对照组,且雌性模型组高于雄性模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),8周后差异不明显;在6周、8周、12周末,两对照组之间TG水平差异均无统计学意义.结论:通过12周的动态实验可以看出,高脂饲料喂养SD大鼠建立高脂血证模型的方法是成立的.相同实验周期内,雄性大鼠的体质量明显高于雌性大鼠,但雌性SD大鼠的血脂水平较雄性更高,更易形成高脂血症模型.同时,无论雌性还是雄性SD大鼠,在高脂饲料喂养期间,约8周时间开始出现血脂相对下降的趋势.
Recent studies have demonstrated that Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BYHWD) decreased glutamate levels subsequent to cerebral ischemia. Glutamate transporter-1 (GLT-1) and glutamine synthetase (GS), which are located in astrocytes, mainly contribute to glutamate transportation, thus reducing glutamate concentration. BYHWD has previously been demonstrated to upregulate GLT-1 and GS following ischemia in vivo. However, whether BYHWD can directly influence astrocytic GLT-1/GS levels remains unknown. In the present study, the effect of BYHWD containing serum (BYHWD-CS) on GLT-1/GS levels in astrocytes following oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) was investigated. The results revealed that BYHWD-CS enhanced the expression levels of GLT-1 and GS in cultured astrocytes, which reduced glutamate concentration in the culture medium. Meanwhile, increased p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) was phosphorylated (activation form) by BYHWD-CS in cultured astrocytes, and the specific p38 inhibitor SB203580 blocked the increase of GLT-1/GS accompanied by decreased cell viability. Furthermore, SB203580 suppressed the effect of BYHWD-CS on the level of glial fibrillary acidic protein (an astrocytic marker), thus confirming that astrocytes are directly involved in the protective role of BYHWD after OGD/R. These findings suggest that BYHWD upregulates GLT-1 and GS via p38 MAPK activation, and protects cultured astrocytes from death caused by OGD/R (typical in vitro model), which complemented the role of astrocytes in the protective effect of BYHWD.
目的 探讨补阳还五汤对大脑中动脉栓塞后不同时间大鼠脑内微小核糖核酸(miRNA)表达的影响.方法 建立大脑中动脉栓塞的脑缺血模型,芯片方法观察miRNA的表达差异,RT-PCR进行验证.结果 与3天模型组相比,补阳还五汤组miRNA有2个上调,1个下调;与15天模型组相比,补阳还五汤组miRNA有5个上调,4个下调.随后,选取3个miRNA使用RT-PCR验证各组大鼠脑内miRNA差异表达,同芯片结果相符.结论 补阳还五汤对脑缺血后3天和15天miRNA均能产生影响,提示补阳还五汤对脑缺血急性期和修复期都具有治疗作用.另外,相比较而言,补阳还五汤对脑缺血后15天miRNA影响的数量更多,可能其促进修复的作用更具有优势.
目的:探讨独活寄生汤治疗风湿寒痹型膝骨性关节炎疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响.方法:筛选本院收治的风湿寒痹型KOA患者86例,随机分配到治疗组与对照组,治疗组43例患者予独活寄生汤,对照组43例患者予硫酸氨基葡萄糖.治疗4 周并观察两组临床疗效,并检测治疗前后两组患者的4种血清炎症肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血浆超敏C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平变化.结果:经4周治疗后,两组患者的病情均有所改善,治疗组总有效率为95.34%,对照组总有效率为79.07%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者经治疗后TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-1β和IL-6四种血清炎症因子检测水平与治疗前相比均有下降,但治疗组较对照组下降幅更明显(P<0.05).结论:独活寄生汤能较硫酸氨基葡萄糖能更好地治疗风湿寒痹型膝骨性关节,改善其临床症状,其作用机制可能与降低患者的血清炎症因子TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-1β和IL-6水平有关.
Objective:To study the protective mechanism of resveratrol on atherosclerosis through regulating stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1).Method:Atherosclerosis (AS) model was established by high-fat diet after ovariectomy in female apoE-/- mice,and then the mice were divided into normal control group,model group,resveratrol low,middle and high dose groups (50,100,150 mg·kg-1) and estradiol (E2) group.The lipid levels in the serum were detected.The changes of morphology in thoracic aorta were measured by oil Red O staining;the protein expression levels of STIM1,calcium release-activated calcium channel modulator 1 (Orai1) and estrogen receptor α (ERα) in thoracic aorta were detected by Western blot;and the STIM1 and Orai1 mRNA expression levels were detected by Real-time PCR.Result:As compared with the normal group,the levels of total cholesterol (CHOL),triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly increased,while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was decreased significantly (P < 0.05) in model group;the levels of CHOL,TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased and the content of HDL-C was increased after the administration of resveratrol and estrogen (P < 0.05).Oil red O staining showed that in normal control group,the vascular structure was integrated,clear,and the intima was continuous;in model group,the intima was obviously thick,with visible lipid plaques;while after treatment with resveratrol or estrogen,the thickness of intima and lipid plaques were reduced.Western blot and Real-time PCR results showed that as compared with the normal group,STIM1,Orai1 protein and mRNA expression levels were increased in model group model group (P < 0.05),and were decreased after treatment with resveratrol or estrogen (P < 0.05).In addition,ERα expression was increased after treatment with resveratrol or estrogen as compared with the model group.Conclusion:Resveratrol could delay the AS by up-regulating ERα,down-regulating the expression of STIM1 and Orail and inhibiting Ca2+ influx via SOCE.
目的:探讨教学实验室隐性课程建设对学生的影响.方法:通过优化物质环境、规章制度、文化与精神环境对西医基础教学公共实验室进行隐性课程建设.结果:进入实验室学习的本科生学习兴趣明显提高,带教老师对学生总体评价较高,学生的科研创新能力与综合素质也得到了较大的提高.结论:教学实验室隐性课程的建设与应用有利于提高学生的综合素质和创新思维的培养.
[目的]研究手性钌配合物∧-[Ru(bpy)2(pyip)] 2+(∧-OMe)、△-[Ru(bpy)2(pyip)]2+(△-OMe)及其外消旋化合物[Ru(phen)2p-MOPIp]2+(dl-OMe)在体外实验中的抗肿瘤活性.[方法]3种配合物分别作用于人胃癌细胞株(MGC-803),人结肠癌细胞株(Colo205),人乳腺癌细胞株(MCF-7),人肺腺癌上皮细胞株(A549),人肝癌细胞株(HepG2),人舌鳞状细胞癌株(SCC-9)48 h,以人胃黏膜上皮细胞株(GES-1)为正常对照细胞株,顺铂为阳性对照药物,四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法筛选出其中半抑制浓度(IC50)最小的药物和药敏作用最好的肿瘤细胞.筛选出药物和肿瘤细胞后,再用MTT法测定24、48、72 h相应药物对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用;Hoechest33342染色法测定其对肿瘤细胞的凋亡诱导作用.[结果]MTT法筛选出∧-OMe对胃癌MGC-803细胞的增殖抑制作用最好,即(IC50)最小,在作用48 h的半数抑制浓度为:7.4 mg/L,且呈现很好的时间和剂量依赖性.Hoechest33342染色显示,在药物处理48 h后,随着药物浓度增加,药物促凋亡作用越明显.[结论]手性钌配合物具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,其中以∧-OMe抗肿瘤活性最好.
Objective Diabetes mellitus(DM)is one of the common risk factors of the onset of cor-onary heart disease(CHD)and diabetic nephropathy(DN)is the most common complication of CHD. By de-termining the structure changes of kidney pathological morphology and the expression of protein kinase C (PKC)in the rats,the effect of baicalin capsules was revealed. Methods Seventy male SD rats,SPG grade were randomized into a normal group(10 rats),and the rest 60 rats were prepared as DM models with high -fat forage for 1 month and the single intraperitoneal injection of STZ(35 mg/ kg). DM modeling was success-ful when the detected fasting glucose≥16. 7 mmol/ L 1 week later. The regular diet was applied to DM rat mod-els and at the end of the 8th week,DN modeling was successful when the urine protein detected as positive. The ND model rats were randomized into a model group,a baicalin group and an enalapril group. The medication was given via gastric lavage accordingly. At the end of the 6th week of medication,blood glucose was tested. The rats were sacrificed and left kidneys were collected and fixed in 10% formalin. Results Compared with ting the significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). The glomerular volume was increased,the ratio of capsule of glo-merulus was imbalanced,the renal tubular epithelial cells were swollen and fallen off and PCK expression was increased. Compared with the model group,the blood glucose in the baicalin group and the enalapril group were all apparently decreased,indicating the significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05),the kidney index was reduced in the baicalin group,indicating the significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05);DN was alleviated and PKC expression was reduced in the two groups and the results in the baicalin group were better than those in the enalapril group. Conclusion The baicalin capsules alleviates the kidney injury at early DN in the rats and the mecha-nism may be related to the down - regulation of PKC expression. This medicine is valuable to relieve DM damage and prevention of CHD.
目的:探讨三七总皂对实验性酒精性肝硬变大鼠肝纤维化治疗作用的分子机制.方法:选取健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠36只,使用体积分数50%酒精16 mL·(kg·d)-1灌胃造模,9周后随机分成模型组、安珐特组、三七总皂苷组,每组12只.安珐特组给予西药安珐特21.6 mg·(kg·d)-1进行灌胃,三七总皂苷组给予三七总皂苷100 mg·(kg·d)-1进行灌胃,模型组继续使用体积分数50%酒精灌胃.同时设置空白组.12周后处死大鼠,剪下肝右叶,提取肝星状细胞总蛋白,测定各组蛋白含量,继而进行等电聚焦双向电泳,比较组间的差异蛋白点.结果:通过组间两两比较发现,组间的蛋白表达均存在着差异,正常组与模型组比较,共有23个差异点;正常组与安珐特组比较,共有33个差异点;正常组与三七总皂苷组比较,共有30个差异点;模型组与安珐特组比较,共有30个差异点;模型组与三七总皂苷组比较,共有31个差异点;安珐特组与三七总皂苷组比较共有30个差异点.结论:三七总皂苷对实验性酒精性肝硬变大鼠具有保护作用,其机制可能与三七总皂苷引起肝星状细胞蛋白质表达差异有关.
[目的]探讨松针提取物对两肾一夹(2k1c)大鼠高血压的影响及其机制.[方法]建立2k1c高血压大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、阳性药物组、松针提取物高剂量组、松针提取物中剂量组、松针提取物低剂量组、假手术组,各组分别予0.9%氯化钠(NaCl)溶液、1kg/L的卡托普利悬浊液、50、30、20 kg/L的松针提取物、0.9% NaCl溶液,连续灌胃4周,监测血压、检测血清中一氧化氮(NO)和血浆中血管内皮素(ET)变化.[结果]与模型组相比,松针提取物各剂量组大鼠收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均有下降,尤其SBP效果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其血浆中ET含量下降,血清中NO含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与阳性药物组相比,血压下降较缓慢,幅度较小,ET含量下降及NO含量升高无明显差异.[结论]松针提取物通过调节血管内舒缩因子平衡达到降血压效果.

(2007) phenanthroline) (dl-OMe) and its enantiomer Δ/Λ-[Ru(phen)2p-MOPIP]2+ (Δ/Λ-OMe) could bind to and stabilize G-quadruplex DNA structure in telomeres, and inhibit telomerase activity. In this study, cytotoxic activity of these Ru complexes was studied by MTT assay. The anti-tumor mechanisms of Λ-OMe were investigated using TRAP assay, Western blot analysis, flow cytometry, Hochest staining, and RT-PCR. Results showed that among several Ru complexes, Λ-OMe demonstrated a better anti-tumor activity against gastric cancer cell line (MGC-803), and had less effect on normal gastric epithelial cell. Λ-OMe effectively inhibited the cell growth by inhibiting cellular telomerase activity, triggering cell cycle arrest, and inducing apoptosis of MGC-803 cells. The inhibitory effect on telomerase activity was associated with the altered expression of telomere-related proteins TRF1 and TRF2. Cell-cycle arrest was associated with increased levels of P21 mRNA. Apoptosis of MGC-803 cell was triggered by modulating the expression of apoptosis-related genes Bax, Bcl-2, and caspase-3. Overall, the results suggest that Λ-OMe may be a new promising agent for human gastric cancer therapy.
Objective To investigate the protection mechanisms of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS)on rats with experimental alcoholic liver cirrhosis, Methods Forty eight healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive drug group,Panax total soap treatment groups, Normal group applied no treatment,and rats were fed with normal diet for 12 weeks, Rats in the other three groups were given 50 percent of liquor 16ml/(kgod)except from the normal diet modeling, On the 9th week onwards,positive drug group applied AFT 21, 6 mg/(kg·d)solution orally,Panax notoginseng total soap treatment group received a total soap 100 mg/(kg·d)solution orally,twice daily, After three weeks of continuous administration rats were decapitated,the right lobe of liver biopsy tissue sections were taken,ac-cording to the classification criteria of liver fibrosis assessed results clearly controls the degree of cirrhosis,Results Compared with the model group,cirrhosis of rats in western medicine group and PNS group re-lieved, Conclusion PNS experimental alcoholic liver cirrhosis in rats has a protective effect.
