伴随着我国综合实力和人民生活水平不断提高,名优茶逐渐成为了当今消费者生活中不可缺少的一个元素.为提供消费者优质茶产品,需要在栽培上下足功夫.本文以广东清凉山茶为例,在茶树品种优良、生长环境适宜的前提下,提出运用水、土、肥、剪、采相结合,且有针对性的措施,以满足茶树各生长阶段的需求,并阐述了达到茶园优质高产所要求的技术要点,以期为培育优质高产茶树提供技术指导.

Segmentation of moving objects from video sequences is the fundamental step in intelligent surveillance applications. Numerous methods have been proposed to obtain object segmentation. In this paper, we present an effective approach based on the mixture of Gaussians. The approach makes use of a feedback strategy with multiple levels: the pixel level, the region level, and the frame level. Pixel-level feedback helps to provide each pixel with an adaptive learning rate. The maintenance strategy of the background model is adjusted by region-level feedback based on tracking. Frame-level feedback is used to detect the global change in scenes. These different levels of feedback strategies ensure our approach's effectiveness and robustness. This is demonstrated through experimental results on the Change Detection 2014 benchmark dataset.
This paper presents a novel approach to background subtraction which aims to extract moving objects in video stream. To this end, a novel background model is proposed by using both working backgrounds and candidate backgrounds, which can be transferred to each other according to an adaptive mechanism. The input image (video frame) is compared and evaluated with these dual-class backgrounds (DCB) to detect foreground objects. Furthermore, for robust background modeling a novel background updating scheme is proposed based on the life-value which represents the existing time of a background sample, and the access-time which represents the number of valid visits of a background sample. Experiments on a standard dataset demonstrated the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed approach by comparing it with the previous typical background subtraction techniques.
It's very common to see many regions of the blur in the pictures because of the relative movement of the subject and the shooting equipment, which causes much difficulty for the subsequent processing such as information extraction. This paper proposes a new method to solve the problem by using the continuous motion kernel. We first get multi-frame images from the CCD system and thus estimate the velocity-displacement curve, then we will get the initial velocity and the acceleration of the object by the curve. After that, we will take the initial velocity and the acceleration into the continuous blur kernel equation, thus we can get the blur kernel of the each point of the image. Finally we will adopt the Richardson-Lucy iterative deconvolution by point operations to recover the image. The experimental result demonstrated that our method can eliminate the blur of the image more accurately compared to some state-of-the-art methods using the single blur kernel.
To investigate the effects of various nitrogen applications adapted to direct-seeding rapeseed on agronomic performances and grain yields in no-tillage rice stubble field, we used the rapeseed cultivar Huaza 9 in plot experiments under the no-tillage direct-seeding and transplanting cultivations during 2006-2010.It was observed that a top-dressing applied during the duration of stem extension increased grain yield under various base manure application rates.When two top-dressing were used during the growth of the rapeseed plants, effects of fertilizer applications on yield formation depended on application date and amount of base manure.When base manure application rate was 112.5 kg N ha -1 , the high grain yields were obtained with the top-dressing applied for the stem extension and flowering, respectively.However, in the condition that the base manure application rate was 202.5 kg N ha -1 , the high grain yields were gained when the mid-December fertilizer and stem-extension fertilizer were applied.On the other hand, when the base manure and top-dressing fertilizers were setting at the ratio of 5:5, the high grain yields were observed for both direct-seeding and transplanting rapeseeds, independent of the amount of nitrogen application.The results also showed that the mentioned four modes for nitrogen application significantly decreased the amount of N-fertilizer and increased the grain yields under both no-tillage direct-seeding and transplanting cultivations.
In the Yangtze River basin, winter fallow is popular for the double cropping rice (Oryza sativa L.). In this study, the possibility of adding a rapeseed cropping season after late rice harvest in this area was studied with the purpose of extending direct-seeding rapeseed under no-tillage cultivation pattern. In a 2-year field experiment from 2008 to 2010, the rapeseed cultivar Huashuang 5 (Brassica napus L. cv. Huashuang 5) were planted in 3 locations in Hubei Province of China after harvesting late rice. At both individual and population levels, the effects of plant density and nitrogen (N) application rate on rapeseed growth and yield formation were measured at seedling, budding, flowering, podding, and maturity stages. The cultivation pattern of no-tillage and direct-seeding after late rice harvest shortened the growth duration of rapeseed, especially at seedling stage, but prolonged the late budding stage in spring. The biomass accumulation from emergence to early budding was deficient severely, resulting in quick growth from budding to flowering of rapeseed. Application of N fertilizer had significant effects on enhancing the growth and yield formation of rapeseed through improving the individual and population qualities. Under the N rate of 270 kg ha−1 condition, the highest yield of rapeseed was approximately 2250 kg ha−1 at the density of 4.5 × 105 plants or 6.0 × 105 plants per hectare. The yield level was higher than that of average local rapeseed production. In the practice of no-tillage and direct seeding cultivation technique in the double rice cropping rice area, both nitrogen application rate and planting density should be considered simultaneously to obtain high quality of plant population and high yield of rapeseed.
Peanut is an important oil crop in China.It has high yield,good profit and large development potential.However,there are existing problems such as imbalance development among different areas,few government policy supporting,low mechanization and weak industry.Aiming at these problems,the paper presents some ideas and strategies for future development.
Based on the experience of agricultural technology extension for several years,author summarized the technique essentials of direct seeding rapeseed cultivation in no-tillage paddy rice field,such as the arrangement of previous crops, the selection of variety,suitable sowing date,chemical weeding,the application of fertilizer,the management of field,pest control and timely harvesting.
介绍了建国以来我国花生科研、技术推广、进出口贸易及生产分布情况,分析了目前花生产业存在的问题,并提出了具体的措施建议.
