The IBIS (Input/output Buffer Information Specification) is widely adopted in signal integrity (SI) analysis of high speed PCB system. This paper presents a novel approach to improving the accuracy of IBIS simulation by taking a feedback circuit that is usually absent in normal IBIS simulation into consideration. As the clock rate of digital system increases,the PCB signal integrity(SI)problem becomes unignorable.By taking advantage of IBIS model and analyzing the SI issues on PCB,a necessary SI analysis and simulation method based on the IBIS modeling is presented in this paper.Finally the reflection simulation results of the method on a clock net are introduced as an example.
In this work,three logical fault tolerant techniques are applied on a SpaceWire interface circuit after analysis of SpaceWire error handling mechanism,as the reliability is of great importance to this communication standard which is specially presented for spacecraft onboard communication.The techniques are including:1.An implementation of SED-DED Hamming encoding on module FIFO,2.Fault tolerant design of state machine,3.The implementation of TMR registers.Those techniques are all implemented on Xilinx FPGA with evaluation and analysis of penalty of performance and area.
The characteristics of drive system and the several running state of the SRM are introduced first.On the basis of relevant analyses, this paper introduces the control policy—varying angular position chopping voltage control at high speed,fixed the angular position chopping current and chopping voltage control at low speed.The design adoptes the double-loop control adjuster to implement the voltage PWM chopping.Aiming at 30 kW experimental switched reluctance motor drive,the hardware circuit and the software flowchart of the controller is designed based on TMS320LF2407A.In the end,the experiment waves of current and voltage of each phase in different speed are gave and analyzed.

The paper designed a Flyback switching power supply for switched reluctance motor control system. The power supply the control board and the IGBT drive circuits, the control board power supply and IGBT drive circuit power supply is insulated. The paper emphasized on switching power circuit design and highfrequency transformer design. The switching power supply is used in SRM control system and run well. After mended, the switching power supply will adapt to power electronic system with IGBT.
