烟叶可持续发展(STP)是当今世界最新的烟叶生产管理理念.基于此,对烟叶生产可持续发展(STP)的产生背景、发展现状进行阐述,并将烟叶生产可持续发展(STP)与我国烟草行业提出的可持续发展理念进行比较,以促进我国烟叶生产与管理的科学化.
Nitrogen is an essential nutrient element in the growth of flue-cured tobacco,and the supply and the nitrogen forms in the growing season have an important influence on the growth and yield of Flue-cured tobacco.In order to guide the production of scientific and reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer,the application of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth of flue-cured tobacco production,the lack of nitrogen fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco yield and quality of tobacco influence effect were analyzed;ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco was analyzed in detail,it was pointed out that the effects of different growth period of two kinds of different forms of nitrogen fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco,as well as the two forms of nitrogen the scientific application range.
Field experiments were carried out in order to understand the effect of different organic fertilizers on the microbe communities in tobacco fields and the improvement of tobacco leaf quality.The study adopted five different organic fertilizer treatments and set up chemical fertilizer treatment as control.The number of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes in the soil was counted by plate dilution method.The results showed that application of organic fertilizers could increase the number of soil microbes compared with the control.Application of chemical fertilizer + chicken manure produced the highest soil microbial number and the best leaf quality,followed by chemical fertilizer + cow dung stalks.The changing trend of fungus number was similar to that of the actinomycetes;while the changing treand of bacterial number was similar to that of the total amount of all microbes.
This paper studied the effects of different commercial organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on soil,flue cured tobacco nitrogen in yellow soil,flue cured tobacco nitrogen uptake and nicotine accumulation and dry matter accumulation change in the field condition.The result showed that the total soil nitrogen of soil manure,organic manure,earthworm manure,organic manure,amino acids,organic manure with inorganic nitrogen changed in 49-69 d,accounting for 82.71%,69.03% and 79.47% (P < 0.05) of total change,compared with single inorganic nitrogen,it increased ignificantly,the total nitrogen content was stable in the late stage,which was consistent with the nitrogen absorption law of flue cured tobacco,and had the potential of improving the fertilization methods of flue cured tobacco.But the application of organic manure and inorganic nitrogen in earthworm manure was better than that of inorganic nitrogen in flue cured tobacco(69 d),nicotine accumulation in the upper and middle leaves increased by 125.67% and 99.71%(P< 0.05),the accumulation of nicotine was affected,and the quality of tobacco leaves was reduced,variation of nicotine,nitrogen imbalance of amino acid organic fertilizer and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer,dry matter accumulation was too high,resulting in the late maturing,excessive growth of tobacco plant,was not conducive to the normal growth and development of flue cured tobacco.Compared with the single application of manure,the accumulation of nitrogen and nicotine in flue cured tobacco was normal,and there was no significant difference.The effect was better than that of earthworm manure,organic manure and amino acid,organic fertilizer.
Organic fertilizer is one of the most important fertilizer in flue-cured tobacco cultivation,which plays an important role in improving the yield and quality of Flue-cured tobacco.This paper analyzes the influence law of organic fertilizer on the growth of flue-cured tobacco and organic fertilizer on physiological characteristics,yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco quality,and effect of the different organic fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco.Finally,this paper points out the adverse effects of application of pure organic fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco.Tobacco cultivation suggestions should be organic and chemical fertilizer with the application,the proportion should be determined based on the results of the field experiments for many years.
We reviewed the fundamental principle, application and existing problems of CRISPR/Cas9.And the application of CRISPR/Cas9 in tobacco genetic breeding and molecular modified research were forecasted.
Casing and cavitation device is the key component of tobacco seeding transplanting and hole machine of well cellar,it is under the holding pressure and soil counterforce,and the cavitation device is in high speed rotation and vibration state,deformation and vibration are zhe factors that must be considered in design of mechanical structure. Through typical force analysis and calculation,using ANSYS to analyze its stress deformation and modal,get the maximum deformation and maximu stress,and the first 10 order modal analysis frequency cavitation of the cavitation device,which indicates that the device can meet the strength requirements and provide a reference for further optimizing the structure.
The design method and key technology for the digital management system of the cavitation machine for tobacco seedling transplanting are introduced. The development of the system realized the automation statistics and system analysis of the tobacco seedling transplanting, effectively solved the problem of manual counting accuracy and greatly improved the effi-ciency of the counting of the number of the transplanted seedlings.
[Objective]In order to study the ecological adaptability of flue-cured tobacco new variety Guiyan No. 2 in Zunyi region. [Method]Taking K326 as the check variety,the growth period characters,agronomic traits,disease-resistant characters,economic characters,chemical component and smoking quality were analyzed. [Result]Guiyan No. 2 had stronger growth vigor,stronger disease resistance,more harmonious chemical components,better agronomic traits and economic characters,but the smoking quality of Guiyan No. 2 was the same as that of K326. [Conclusion]Guiyan No. 2 has good ecological adaptability in Zunyi region.
针对漂浮育苗技术实际应用中存在的问题,以漂浮育苗为对照,研究浅水湿润托盘育苗技术对苗盘温度及烟苗素质等的影响.结果表明,浅水湿润托盘育苗的苗盘温度变化利于烟苗生长,出苗率相当,根系发达,烟苗素质优于漂浮育苗,栽后还苗期较短.同时,浅水湿润托盘育苗需水量较少,较好解决了山区水源缺乏的矛盾.浅水湿润托盘育苗技术具有一定的应用空间.
Conventional floating system was used as control,and experiments were carried out to study the effects of dry-wet alternate treatment and warming and lighting treatment on the quality of tobacco seedlings.Results showed that the tobacco seedling had developed root system roots and stocky stem with dry-wet alternate treatment.The tobacco seedlings grew well in much higher temperature and illumination conditions by iodine-tungsten iamp shining,but for dry matter accumulation.The growing stages and root system of tobacco seedling advanced,but the leaves had noremarkable increase with dry-wet alternate and warming and lighting treatment.
Field experiments were conducted to investigate the comprehensive control effects of Qinongsu and a pure herbal extracts with thiediazole copper to tobacco bacterial wilt.The results showed that,the control effect was remarkably,and average disease index decreased by 76.1%.To achieve the best effect,we should use the varieties with high bacterial wilt resistance,apply 600 g/ha Qinongsu,600 kg/ha pure herbal exacts with thiediazole copper to leaves and roots,and apply 20 days after transplanting and in mid-July when bacterial wilt occurs frequently.
