The paper presents an experimental research on hydrodynamics of floating free gas shells in inclined pipes with granular nozzle in the systems gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid particles. Working substances were water and ethanol. It is shown that the speed of ascent, depending on the angle, has nonmonotonic character and maximums of speeds, when adding a solid phase, shift in the direction of large angles of the handset relative to the horizon.

The portable scintillated gamma-spectrometer for field measurement of radioactivity in the volume objects was designed. The crystal CdWO4 that has weak dependence of light yield from temperature in combination with PMT was applied as the gamma-rays detector. The design of the device provides the possibility for measuring radioactivity of the extensive objects in 4-geometry without background measurements. In this case the value of the efficiency needed for specific activity calculation in close approximation depends only from crystal geometry and density of measuring object and may be set as the device parameter without efficiency calibration procedure during the operation. The spectrometer does not have an auxiliary radio-active source and connecting cables in the composition. The smartphone operated under Windows Mobile is used as the control module. Bluetooth connection provides data exchange between smartphone and measurement head.
By the method of Monte Carlo apparatus gamma-spectrums were generated for the model of coal mass averaged on physical and chemical properties and detectors located in it on the base of stintillation crystals of NaI and LaBr3. As a result of processing of the generated gamma-spectrums using of the standard programs possibilities of gammaspectrometry method of measuring of natural radio-activity of coals in field environment were defined.
p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arenes substituted at the lower rim by acetic acid hydrazide residues reacted with methoxy(ethoxy)acridine and fluoren-9-one derivatives to give a series of calixarenes containing N′-fluorenylidene- and N′-acridinylacetohydrazide residues. It was found that modification of the hydrazide moiety does not affect the conformation of the initial macroring and that it can lead in some cases to unsymmetrically substituted calixarenes.
The ability of isatin derivatives (in particular, aminoacetylhydrazones) to intercalate into DNA and to induce interferon secretion is demonstrated for the first time. The toxicity of isatin derivatives is much lower and its interferon inducing activity is somewhat lower as compared to the analogous benzoisatin derivatives. The DNA affinity of benzoisatin derivatives is two orders of magnitude greater than that of isatin derivatives.
В работе впервые установлена способность производных изатина, в частности их аминоацетилгидразонов, к интеркаляции в ДНК и индукции интерферона. Производные изатина оказались значительно менее токсичными и несколько менее активными интерфероногенами, чем аналогичные им производные бензоизатина. Последние обладают на два порядка большим аффинитетом к ДНК, чем производные изатина.
