With the increase of the fields that the government involves and social cooperation negotiating,there are more and more evolutionary games under three asymmetric parties.But there is little research about this kind of game at home and abroad.This is clearly not conductive to properly explain and predict real-life behaviors of three asymmetric evolutionary game.Because of this,based on the strategic adjustment process,this paper establishes the dynamic equations of 2×2×2 asymmetric evolutionary game and classifies qualitative property to analyse behaviors of the three asymmetric parties.We give stable strategies of the three parties under different circumstances.At the same time,we use three-dimensional figures to show the results.This paper has a certain significance to analyse the game behaviors of three asymmetric parties.

This paper breaks the traditional model of pairwise game.Based on replicated dynamic method of evolutionary game,we build the evolutionary game model for governments、enterprises and citizens in network false information.In different strategies,we analyse their respective cost and benefits and study the game status by evolutionary game theory.We get stable strategies of the three parties under different strategy combinations and use three-dimensional figures to show the results.The game analysis shows that reducing the cost of monitoring rumors and increasing punishment can promote governments to establish network monitoring systems and curb the spread of false information on the web.For citizens,their ultimate evolutionary game strategy is that they will not buy the products of the enterprises who spread false information.
One 63-year-old male patient was diagnosed as non Hodgkin lymphoma,ALK negative anaplastic large cell type I B for 38 days.The patient has no drug and food allergy history.During the treatment,the chest,back,buttocks and upper limbs wheal were itchy when L-asparaginase enzyme injection 3750 IU was injected on three parts of uniform muscles in the third time after 90 minutes.After 60 minutes,when the patient went to toilet,he was suffered from severe headache,chest pain,sore throat,tongue numbness,blurred vision,decreased blood pressure,without dyspnea.Immediately,he was given allergy,expand blood volume therapy,after 30 minutes,the patient had his remission from the symptoms.Even though,there was still patchy rubella skin.One day later,all the symptoms disappeared completely.All medicine were kept using and there was no longer similar reaction.
This paper uses the method of SE-DEA to establish an evaluation model of investment efficiency of real estate industry.And it takes 35 large and medium cities as the samples to evaluate their investment efficiencies.The results show that,on the whole,there exist the problems of excessive investment and low investment efficiency in China′s real estate industry,and the investment efficiencies of real estate industry of cit-ies in eastern coastal region and northwest region are higher,which are close to or reach DEA efficiency.
There are a lot of academic attentions devoted to the problem of investment efficiency in real estate industry in our country recently. This paper seeks to use the method of Super Efficiency DEA to establish an evaluation model of investment efficiency in real estate industry, which is based on Super Efficiency DEA. 35 large and medium cities from China are selected as samples to evaluate the investment efficiency of these cities. The results show that there exist the problems of excessive investment and low investment efficiency in real estate industry in China as a whole; and it is also found that compared with middle regions of china, the investment efficiency of eastern costal areas and northwest areas are higher, they all reach or close to DEA Efficiency.
【Objective】Phospholipase C(PLC) was investigated in response to ParA1,a protein elicitor from Phytophthora parasitica,and could trigger cell death and defense responses in tobacco suspension cells.【Method】Using a pharmacological approach,tobacco suspension cells pretreated with PLC inhibitors(neomycin and U73122) in ParA1-induced cells were used to compare cell death and a series of defense responses.【Result】Tobacco suspension cells treated with ParA1 resulted in defense responses,such as hypersensitive cell death,an oxidative burst,alkalization of the extracellular medium,expression of 5 defense-related genes and accumulation of scopoletin,defense-related genes hin1,hsr203J,PR-1a,PR-1b and PAL were expressed in ParA1-induced cells.Cell death induced by ParA1 was entirely inhibited by the addition of U73122,a PLC specific inhibitor. Oxidative burst,alkalization of the extracellular medium,expression of 5 defense-related genes and scopoletin accumulation was significantly suppressed by U73122,respectively.【Conclusion】PLC is required for ParA1-mediated cell death and defense response in tobacco suspension cells which may involve in signal transduction.
The effects of riboflavin on defense responses and secondary metabolism in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum cv. NC89) cell suspensions and the effects of protecting tobacco seedlings against Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae and Ralstonia solanacearum were investigated. Defense responses elicited by riboflavin in tobacco cells included an oxidative burst, alkalinization of the extracellular medium, expression of 4 defense-related genes with different kinetics and intensities, and accumulation of 2 total phenolic compounds, scopoletin and lignin. When applied to tobacco plants challenged by P. parasitica and R. solanacearum, riboflavin treatment resulted in 47.9% and 48.0% protection, respectively. These results suggest that riboflavin can both induce a series of defense responses and secondary metabolism in cell suspensions and protect tobacco against P. parasitica and R. solanacearum.
Phospholipase D (PLD) plays an important role in plants,including responses to abiotic and biotic stresses.Effect of PLD signaling in tobacco suspension cells induced by ParA1,a proteinous elicitor from Phytophthora parasitica,was elucidated.Via a pharmacological approach,tobacco suspension cells treated with PLD inhibitors in ParA1-induced cells was used to compare changes in defense responses.Hypersensitive cell death,hydrogen peroxide and scopoletin accumulation induced by ParA1 were strongly inhibited by 1-butanol,a transphosphatidylation substrate,while treatment with 2-butanol had much less effect.Additionally,treatment with 1-butanol and 2-butanol had inhibitory effect in a dose-dependent manner.In contrast,in ParA1-treated cell suspensions,tert-butanol,used as a negative control,had no inhibitory effect.These results suggest that ParA1-mediated pathway needed PLD signaling in tobacco suspension cells.
Alternaria longipes is the causal agent of tobacco brown spot, a world-wild tobacco disease. Based on Czapek medium supplemented with CaCO3 and apple cutin, the liquid fermentation conditions were optimized in order to acquire higher cutinase activity. Optimum culture time, temperature and pH were 8 d, 25 ℃ and 5.5, respectively; and optimum carbon and nitrogen sources were dextrose and maltose instead of NaNO3. According to this fermentation and orthogonal test, the optimum composition of culture medium included dextrose 3%, casein 1%, Tween-80 0.3%. A 11.0-fold higher cutinase activity was obtained compared to the basal medium and the enzyme activity was enhanced from 15.8 U/mL to 175.2 U/mL.
Cutinase from Alternaria longipes was purified and characterized.A.longipes was grown in a li-quid culture medium containing apple cutin as the inducer.After 8 d of growth,the cutinase was purified through ammonium sulphate precipitation,DEAE(diethylaminoethyl) Sepharose,Sephacryl S-100 HR,and Phenyl-Sepharose 6 fast flow(high sub).A single band was observed by SDS-PAGE,corresponding to a molecular weight of 59.5 kDa.Optimum temperature and pH for the cutinase activity were 35℃ and pH 9.0,res-pectively.The enzyme activity was stable within 20℃-40℃ and pH 4.0-10.0.Na+,Cu2+ and Mn2+ could partially inhibit the cutinase activity.

Government portal is an important platform for communication between citizens and government,which makes it to be a core role in the e-government.How to improve the public service and citizen's trust to the government by constructing and reforming the government portals is now a problem concerned by both the government and researchers.This paper constructed a research model based on the review of the theory of information system efficiency,TAM and task technology fit.Then we focused on Zhejiang province government portal,explored the factors those would affect the utility of the government portal from the perspective of the users.According to the conclusions,we give out some countermeasures and suggestions to the related government departments.
Objective To investigate the effects of riboflavin on phenylpropanoid metabolism in tobacco cells.The activity of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)and peroxidase(POD),accumulation of phenolic compounds and lignin were determined.Method Tobacco suspension cells treated with 1 mmol·L-1 riboflavin were used to investigate the effect of the phenylpropanoid metabolism by biochemical,cytochemical and HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography)analysis.Result The activity of PAL and POD increased and reached the highest level at 12 h and 24 h after treatment with riboflavin,respectively.The observation of bright blue fluorescence indicated that more phenolic compounds accumulated in the cells under UV light,extracts from tobacco cells and their culture filtrate showed strong accumulation of scopoletin within 48 h after treatment,and reached a peak at 12 h after treatment.Lignin deposition strongly increased by 1.5 and 1.8 times respectively at 24 and 48 h after elicitation when compared with the control.Conclusion These results suggest that the increase in related enzymes,phenolic compounds and lignin was induced by riboflavin in tobacco suspension cells.
[Objective] To study the triggering defense responses in tobacco suspension cells after treated with riboflavin,reactive oxygen species (ROS) and defense-related responses were investigated together with their related effects involving in calcium signals and protein kinases.[method]tobacco suspension cells were treated 1 mmol·L~(-1) riboflavin or pretreated with inhibitors including calcium surrogate La~(3+),calcium chelator EGTA and staurosporine which is an inhibitor of serine/threonine protein kinase.A series of dynamic defense responses were then studied with several methods,including semiquantitative RT-PCR (reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction) and HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) techniques.[Result] It was identified that a series of defense-related responses were induced in tobacco suspension cells after treated with riboflavin,such as an oxidative burst,resulting in alkalization of the extracellular medium,activated the expression of four defense-related genes,and the scopoletin accumulation.And all the tested three inhibitors were shown in suppressing the riboflavin triggered defense responses at difference levels.[Conclusion]These results suggest that riboflavin triggers plant basal defense signal pathway which are also concerned with calcium signal pathway and protein phosphorylation in tobacco cell suspensions as an elicitor.
