本文介绍了一种新型火山岩人造高性能轻集料混凝土在云南铜业有限公司艾萨炉配套上料皮带廊的应用情况。用这种轻集料配制的混凝土无需预先浸泡集料,施工工艺简便,混凝土的均质性好,工程使用至今已经10多年,混凝土状况良好。
Background and purpose: To get the best treatment in radiation therapy,it needs to increase the dose delivery to the tumor maximization,while limit the dose to tissues and organs.Isodose lines are the most important indicators in treatment plan evaluation.In order to acquire the isodose lines within the patient scanning slices,it need to calculate the voxels'dose in the patient's body,which takes large computation time.The aim of the study is to get a rapid isodose lines tracing algorism to meet the requirement of patient's dose distributing evaluation in clinical applications.Methods: This paper mainly analyzed the contour tracing technology based on binary image,and present an 8-connected isodose line tracing algorithm.Applying this algorism,together with a Calculating While Tracing method,we realized an isoline dose tracing technology in the radiation therapy plan system.Results: 8-connected algorism can decrease the searching points in contour tracing procedure,worked with theCalculating While Tracing method,it can decrease the amount of dose calculating voxels and speed up the isodose line tracing greatly.Conclusions: Experiments show that this improved algorithm can acquire isodose line quickly,and meet the requirements in clinical applications.
本文介绍了流态耐热混凝土在云南铜业股份有限公司2#电炉基础改造工程中的应用情况。通过混凝土试配试验,采用聚羧酸系高效减水剂和辅助外加剂,配制出极限耐热温度为tmax=1200℃的C30早强、流态耐热混凝土,采取有效的混凝土生产质量控制措施,解决实际工程中混凝土浇筑困难等技术难题,大幅度缩短了工期,取得了显著的经济效益。

OBJECTIVETo investigate the inhibitory effect of downregulation of hepatitis B virus (HBV) core gene (HBcAg) expression by RNA interference and magnetic nanoparticles on both HBV DNA replication and expression in vitro.METHODSHepG2 2.2.15 cells were transfected with U6 promoter plasmids coding for small interfering RNA (siRNA) targeting HBV core gene using magnetic nanoparticles. RT-PCR and Western blot were used to assess the mRNA and protein expression HBV core antigen. Real-time PCR was used to evaluate the suppression efficiency of HBV-DNA replication and expression; and radioimmunoassay was used for HBV surface antigen (HBsAg), core antigen (HBcAg), and e antigen (HBeAg) detection.RESULTSWe successfully constructed nanoparticles with siRNA plasmid targeting HBV core antigen; HBcAg mRNA and HBV core antigen protein levels were significantly reduced in the transfected cells. HBV-DNA downregulation was estimated at 4-5 logs and the HBsAg and HBeAg levels were also reduced compared with the controls.CONCLUSIONDownregulation of HBV core gene using RNAi technology and magnetic nanoparticles can potentially be used as a therapeutic strategy for Hepatitis B.
This paper describes and analyzes the shrinkage-compensating concrete、fiber reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete.The author think that with shrinkage-compensating concrete and fiber reinforced concrete,we can cure shrinkage cracks produced at early、middle and late stages,with no prestressed stress can were resolve postcracking at the direction of main shrinkage cracking.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on tissue factor (TF) expression induced by thrombin in human umbilical vein endothelium derived cell line ECV304. METHODS:The changes in the total cellular procoagulant activity (PCA) of ECV304 cells exposed to thrombin were observed with one-stage clotting assay. TF mRNA expression in the exposed cells was examined using semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). RESULTS:ECV304 cells stimulated with increasing concentrations of thrombin (1.25-20 U/ml) showed a gradual increase of PCA (r=0.9602, P<0.01). The application of FVII-deficient plasma and the monoclonal antibody of TF confirmed that the PCA of the cells mediated by TF activity. TMP at 125-1000 microg/ml alone did not affect TF expression in ECV304 cells (P>0.20), TMP administered 30 min prior to thrombin exposure showed a significant concentration-dependent inhibitory effect on the increments of PCA (r=-0.9644, P<0.01) and TF mRNA expression (r=-0.9576, P<0.05) in ECV304 cells, and 1000 microg/ml TMP produced the strongest effect. In ECV304 cells stimulated with thrombin for 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 h, TMP administration significantly inhibited the thrombin-induced PCA, and the effect was especially obvious at 8 h following thrombin exposure (P<0.05). CONCLUSION:Thrombin induces TF expression in vascular endothelial cells, and this effect can be inhibited by TMP at the mRNA level.

随着我国艾滋病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染者和艾滋病(humanimmunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)发病率的不断上升,到医院就诊的HIV感染者和AIDS病人逐渐增多.医务人员在施行诊断和治疗处理时,不可避免地接触到HIV污染的血液、体液或组织.避免HIV职业感染及暴露后的正确规范处理是值得研究的重要问题.本文报告1例严重HIV职业暴露,由于处理得十分规范和及时,完全符合有关的职业暴露后处理的程序和措施,有效地避免了一次危险的职业感染事故.
目的通过基因重组改善P53蛋白的功能,并研究它对肿瘤细胞的作用.方法构建人野生型P53(wtP53)融合蛋白的原核细胞表达载体PGEX-3X-PTD-P53,诱导表达和亲和层析纯化后,采用MTT法和流式细胞仪检测它对肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用和促细胞凋亡.结果成功构建P53融合蛋白的原核细胞表达载体PGEX-3X-PTD-P53,通过诱导表达和纯化获得重组人wtP53融合蛋白.MTT法和细胞流式分析证明该蛋白对几种癌细胞有明显的增殖抑制作用和促细胞凋亡.结论这种原核细胞表达的重组人wtP53融合蛋白保留了wtP53蛋白的生物学性状.
肝性脑病是各种肝脏疾病的晚期并发症(在我国主要是慢性乙型肝炎引起),其发病机制至今未完全明了,其中以氨中毒理论的研究最多,最确实有据.因此对肝性脑病的治疗最可行的方法是降低血液和组织里的氨浓度[1].雅博司被认为可有效降低血氨和减少肝脏受损而达到防治肝性脑病目的的药物[2].
自从1989年丙肝病毒(HCV)cDNA被克隆以来,在建立敏感、稳定的HCV感染细胞模型方面亦作了大量的工作,但目前仍缺乏自然感染状态的小动物模型及稳定的HCV感染的细胞株,我们采用HCV阳性血清连续感染法感染HepG2细胞,试图建立稳定的HCV复制细胞系。
