输电走廊紧张和单一市场消纳能力不足日渐成为限制我国大型能源基地外送和充分消纳的关键问题。特高压多端直流输电适用于多个送端和多个受端间的远距离大容量输电,可节省宝贵的输电走廊,可灵活匹配送受端,有助于解决我国大型能源基地外送面临的输电走廊紧张和单一市场消纳能力不足等问题。特高压多端直流输电代表了未来直流技术发展的一个重要方向。结合乌东德电站送电广东广西特高压多端直流示范工程的设计工作,介绍了特高压多端直流技术的优势、应用情况,并分析了该技术未来的应用前景。
It is an important part of energy development strategy in China to utilize Southwest hydropower actively and properly.The installed capacities of current hydropower plants are generally large and the annual utilization hours are decreasing continuously.Installed capacity of hydropower plants should based on the balance between plant itself and served power system.While most hydropower plants serve the demand of local provinces,some serve in east provinces faraway through long distance transmission lines.Power demand of provinces has distinct features,and has different requirement for hydropower plant capacity.In addition to technical and economic indices of plant itself,the installed capacity should consider its function in served power systems and related transmission projects.It is not advisable to reduce the annual utilization hours for those power plants which have the need to transmit generated power to the east provinces.
There contains abundant hydropower resources in Southwest China,especially in Yunnan Sichuan Province.Many power-generation companies presently start to set foot in exploitation of hydropower resources.Combined with analyzing the prospect of receiving electric-market of hydropower and capability of mechanic-electric equipment manufacturing,the present situation and exploitation problems of hydropower resources in such regions were discussed and demonstrated in this paper.The important measures for reasonable and efficient exploitation of hydropower in Southwest China were presented.
The hydropower resources in China should be ranked first in the world,59% of which comes from the southwest,including the nearly 200 GW exploitable capacity in Yunnan and Sichuan provinces.These two provinces will become the major electric-energy base of Electricity Delivery from West to East in the future.In order to effectively utilize the southwest hydropower resources,the transmit-out scale,capacity of receiving electric-market and power delivery direction of the southwest hydropower were proposed in this paper,which can be as reference for power plannings.
中国电网目前已基本实现了全国互联。国民经济发展的客观需要决定了未来中国的电网将在现有同步电网格局的基础上建设以特高压为骨干网架的同步电网。特高压同步电网为实现长距离、大容量输电,促进跨大区、跨流域水火互济和更大范围资源优化配置提供网架支持。特高压输电具有较好的经济和社会效益。采取综合应对措施,可以提高特高压电网的安全稳定性水平。
The unbalance of energy resource locations and energy consuming districts in the south of China reveals the relatively strong superiority supplementary condition, west-to-east power transmission of southern power grid should be positively pushed, which will promote the realization of the optimal distribution of electric power resources in a larger scope. It requires further enhancement of power transmission capability to improve security and stability of power grid operation and increase power dealing of west-to-east power transmission. Enhancement of power transmission capability was studied in many respects to improve flexibility of power grid dispatching and operation, such as power plant layout, generating scheme, power grid configuration, modulation of DC, application of new electric power technology.
The electric energy production of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station will exceed the prediction during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.The study of excess electric energy consumption is important to realize the benefit of the Three Gorges Project.The current status of the Three Gorges power consumption and the Eleventh Five-Year Power Planning of the corresponding regions are primary conditions of the study.The recommended scheme of power consumption in future five years is proposed in this paper,which can be as reference for Three Gorges power dealing.
