为了引导民营医院健康发展,中央财政率先在全国拨付专项资金,2010年下拨补助资金5.5亿元,用于鼓励和引导社会资本办医. 国家有了政策、拨付了专项资金,而挡住社会资本办医的那道玻璃门——准入门槛高、人才成本高、医保定点难、抵押贷款难,还需要地方卫生行政部门去打破.

[Objective]To understand and master the risk factors for hypertension of people aged over 35 years in Suzhou Industrial Park.[Methods]multi-stage random sampling method was adopted to conduct epidemiological investigation on 13 058 people in 7 communities of Suzhou Industrial Park.The results were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.[Results]The results of the logistic regression showed that family history of hypertension,age,BMI,alcohol consumption,waist circumference,mental stress,personality,WHR,sex,family income(descending ordered by OR value)were the dangerous factors of hypertension in Suzhou Industrial Park.[Conclusion]Except for non-controllable risk factors,such as family history of hypertension,age,sex,the more important ways to reduce the prevalence rate of hypertension in Suzhou Industrial Park are to focus on overweight,obesity,unhealthy diet and life behavior,family income and so on.

为了解苏州工业园区高血压流行现状,探索以社区为基础的慢性病防治社区服务模式,制定干预措施.2007年～2008年对苏州工业园区35岁以上居民进行了高血压病的流行病学调查,对社区居民高血压病的知晓率、治疗率与控制率进行了分析,现将结果报告如下.

[Objective]To understand the awareness of hypertension knowledge and its influence factors among residents in Suzhou Industrial Park community, and provide evidence for the disease intervention.[Methods]Multi-stage random sampling method was adopted to perform epidemiological survey and physical examination on 13 058 people in 7 communities of Suzhou Industrial Park. The influencing factors were analyzed by unconditional logistic regression.[Results]The awareness of hypertension knowledge was 81.19% among local residents, the rate in urban area was higher than rural area, male was higher than female, and the rate of people with higher education levels and monthly income was higher than that of others. The main influencing factors were sex, education level, different community, medical insurance, monthly income, family history of hypertension, and OR value was 0.900, 1.547, 2.814, 1.498, 1.157 and 1.569 respectively.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of hypertension knowledge of residents in Suzhou Industrial Park needs to be improve, especially for rural female residents with lower educational levels, lower monthly income and no health insurance.

苏州工业园区曾是血吸虫病重疫区,近年来采取了一系列的传播阻断措施来控制血吸虫病疫情,如有螺环境改造、传染源监测、改水改厕等.该文通过比较1994年至2006年该区血吸虫病疫情的变化,来探讨这些措施的效果.

苏州工业园区是中新两国合作开发的国家级经济开发区.在开发建设、经济发展的同时,按照树立和落实科学发展观的要求,十分注重经济与社会的协调发展,不断研究致富农民的新办法,积极探索农民医疗保障新思路,坚持把建立和完善新型农村合作医疗制度,进一步解决和防止农村居民因病致贫、因病返贫的社会问题,作为实践"三个代表"的重要举措,使广大农民分享到了开发建设的丰硕成果.
