目的探讨有效督促高职高专护生训练、提高其实践技能考核成绩、增强团队协作能力。方法将保山中医药高等专科学校12级护理专业4个班分为实验组（3、4班）和对照组（1、2班），《基础护理学》实验教学中对照组采用"-操作-考核"结合"个体评价"的考核方法，实验组采用"-操作-考核"结合"整体评价"的考核方法。结果实验组和对照组期末技能考核成绩比较并通过统计学分析，差异有显著性意义（<0.05），通过问卷调查，实验组对此考核方式持认可态度。结论在《基础护理学》实验教学技能考核中采用"整体评价"，可提高高职高专护生技能操作成绩，培养护生的团队精神。
目的 探讨模拟教学法在基础护理学实验教学中的应用效果.方法 采用整群抽样的方法,从我系2011级护理专业专科护生中抽取2个班作为研究对象,实验组30人采用模拟实验教学法,对照组30人采用传统教学法.通过问卷调查和期末技能考试的方式对两种教学方式效果进行评价.结果 实验组护理操作技能考核总成绩、护士素质和操作流程得分均高于对照学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组绝大部分护生对此教学方式予以认可的态度.结论 应用模拟教学法进行基础护理学实验教学,可提高护理操作技能的教学效果,有利于护生知识、能力等综合素质的提高,弥补护生临床实践机会较少的不足.
In senior high school mathematics learning, students generally feel that mathematics is difficult to learn in that it needs flexible methods and skills, but many students can only solve problems with fixed pattern instead of new style.
