通过在水稻稻纵卷叶螟防治上使用先进的卫士WS-16型喷雾器进行施药防治试验,结果显示该施药机械可有效解决现在大量使用的、落后的工农-16喷雾器存在的问题,具有省药、省时、省工、防治效果好的特点。
Through two years' investigation and research,the pathogenesis of Pseudoperonospora cubensis in open cucumber field was defined.The integrated measures of preventing this disease such as spreading disease-resistant varieties based on agricultural control assisted by bio-control and chemical control were put forward.And the results showed that these measures could effectively control Pseudoperonospora cubensis in cucumber.
In order to know about the effects of 15% vegetable seed coating agent on the germination rate,growth vigor,emergence rate,seedling quality of pepper and controlling three main diseases of pepper at seedling stage,field trials and laboratory determination were carried out.The results showed that 15% vegetable seed coating agent could increase the germination rate of seed,emergence rate and seedling quality;it was also better for preventing Rhizoctonia rot,damping-off and grey mold rot of pepper at seedling stage;the integrated effect was better than conventional chemicals or applying single component of seed coating agent separately.

Sclerotium blight of Rape Oil is the principal dangerous disease in the production of Rape oil in Hunan Province. It has the character of breaking out with prodigious acreage and long time,which can lead to lots of loss,and thus was regarded as the main intimidation to Rape oil safety. In this paper,the occurrence character and prevalence regulation of this disease and its control in Hunan Province were researched,and according to the results,synthesis control strategy with agricultural control as primary,and with chemical control assistant,and with other control supplement were put forward.
