Background: We reported a rare case of combined Giardiasis, sepsis, and DIC in a Tibetan Chinese male in this study. and biochemical tests were done after August 1st, 2022. Results: The child had intermittent diarrhea. Giardia cysts were found in his stool mounts. Sepsis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, fever with blood routine decreasing, low proteinemia, hyperlactemia and hypocalcemia were also found in this case. Conclusions: It is suggested that improving the resistance, immunity, and personal hygiene is particularly important for children from remote ethnic minority areas of China.
Objective:To develop an artificial intelligence vaginal secretion analysis system based on deep learning and to evaluate the accuracy of automated microscopy in the clinical diagnosis of aerobic vaginitis (AV).Methods:In this study, the vaginal secretion samples of 3769 patients receiving treatment at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, West China Second Hospital, Sichuan University between January 2020 and December 2021 were selected. Using the results of manual microscopy as the control, we developed the linear kernel SVM algorithm, an artificial intelligence (AI) automated analysis software, with Python Scikit-learn script. The AI automated analysis software could identify leucocytes with toxic appearance and parabasal epitheliocytes (PBC). The bacterial grading parameters were reset using standard strains of lactobacillus and AV common isolates. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to determine the cut-off value of AV evaluation results for different scoring items were obtained by using the results of manual microscopy as the control. Then, the parameters of automatic AV identification were determined and the automatic AV analysis scoring method was initially established.Results:A total of 3769 vaginal secretion samples were collected. The AI automated analysis system incorporated five parameters and each parameter incorporated three severity scoring levels. We selected 1.5 μm as the cut-off value for the diameter between Lactobacillus and common AV bacterial isolates. The automated identification parameter of Lactobacillus was the ratio of bacteria ≥1.5 μm to those <1.5 μm. The cut-off scores were 2.5 and 0.5, In the parameter of white blood cells (WBC), the cut-off value of the absolute number of WBC was 103 μL-1 and the cut-off value of WBC-to-epithelial cell ratio was 10. The automated identification parameter of toxic WBC was the ratio of toxic WBC toWBC and the cut-off values were 1% and 15%. The parameter of background flora was bacteria<1.5 μm and the cut-off values were 5×103 μL-1 and 3×104 μL-1. The parameter of the parabasal epitheliocytes was the ratio of PBC to epithelial cells and the cut-off values were 1% and 10%. The agreement rate between the results of automated microscopy and those of manual microscopy was 92.5%. Out of 200 samples, automated microscopy and manual microscopy produced consistent scores for 185 samples, while the results for 15 samples were inconsistent.Conclusion:We developed an AI recognition software for AV and established an automated vaginal secretion microscopy scoring system for AV. There was good overall concordance between automated microscopy and manual microscopy. The AI identification software for AV can complete clinical lab examination with rather high objectivity, sensitivity, and efficiency, markedly reducing the workload of manual microscopy.
Background: The aim was to discover the infectivity characteristics of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and provide a reference for RVVC clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The clinical data of 500 patients with RVVC were retrospectively analyzed, including life history, clinical symptoms, combined gynecological diseases, age, and distribution of pathogenic fungi, and the in vitro drug sensitivity of isolated fungi to antifungal drugs was assessed. Results: Among the 500 patients with RVVC, 486 (97.20%) had a sexual history, and the main clinical symptoms were vulva pruritus (394, 78.80%) and abnormal discharge (232, 46.40%). Common gynecological diseases were cervicitis (156 patients, 31.20%), human papillomavirus infection (130 patients, 26.00%), and coinfection with other pathogens (127 patients, 25.40%). The high-incidence population was mainly concentrated in the 31 to 40-yearold age group, followed by the 20 to 30- and 41 to 50-year-old age groups. The number of patients gradually increased with time. Fungal culture was dominated by Candida albicans (69.80%), followed by Candida glabrata (28.40%), and Candida cerevisiae (0.60%). In vitro susceptibility testing showed that the highest drug resistance rate to antifungal drugs was to terbinafine (96.40%), followed by voriconazole (32.00%), fluconazole (26.40%), and itraconazole (17.40%), whereas the drug resistance rates to 5-fluorocytosine, caspofungin, amphotericin B, and micafungin were relatively low (1.80%, 0.60%, 0.40%, and 0.00%, respectively); the drug resistance rate to azoles gradually increased with age. Conclusions: The occurrence of RVVC is closely related to sexual history. The most common cases are in women of childbearing age aged 20 - 50. The main pathogen is C. albicans, and the resistance rate to common azole antifungal drugs is increasing over time.
目的 探讨6~8岁青春发育早期女性外阴阴道的感染特征及其与季节的关系.方法 回顾性分析540例6~8岁青春发育早期女性外阴阴道感染状况,分析其不同年龄段、不同季节细菌性阴道病(BV)发生率、炎症发生率、优势菌异常率和假丝酵母菌外阴阴道病(VVC)发生率的差异.结果 青春发育早期女性BV发生率、炎症发生率、优势菌异常率、VVC发生率分别为38.52%、16.85%、23.33%、1.11%;B V发生率高于VVC发生率,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优势菌异常中革兰阳性球菌检出102例(80.95%),革兰阴性杆菌检出24例(19.05%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同年龄段B V发生率和炎症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6岁组的优势菌异常率高于8岁组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0127).秋季的BV发生率和优势菌异常率低于其他季节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 青春发育早期女性外阴阴道感染以BV为主;优势菌异常中以革兰阳性球菌检出为主;随着年龄的增长,BV发生率和炎症发生率无明显变化.
BACKGROUND:This study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of vulvo-vaginal infections in 9- to 13-year-old girls undergoing rapid puberty.METHODS:Three hundred ninety girls aged 9 - 13 years who experienced vulvo-vaginal infections while undergoing rapid puberty and were treated at West China Second University Hospital from July 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidences of bacterial vaginosis (BV), intermediate BV, and vulvo-vaginal candidiasis (VVC) and the differences in these incidences for patients of different ages were analyzed.RESULTS:The incidences of BV, intermediate BV, VVC, and unknown pathogenic vaginitis were 35.38%, 35.13%, 19.23%, and 10.26%, respectively. The incidence of BV was significantly higher than that of VVC. The positive rates of Candida albicans (C. albicans) and non-albicans Candida infections differed significantly at 80.00% and 20.00%, respectively. The BV and intermediate BV incidences did not significantly differ by age. The VVC incidence was significantly lower for 9-year-old girls than for girls of other ages.CONCLUSIONS:Girls undergoing rapid puberty are more susceptible to BV and intermediate BV infections than to VVC infections. The VVC incidence was lowest in 9-year-old girls. More attention should be paid to the effects of female estrogen levels, the vaginal microecosystem, and menstrual hygiene on vulvo-vaginal infections in girls undergoing rapid puberty.
Objective To investigate the detection rates of Giardia lamblia in children of Sichuan province and analyze the susceptible population and the cause of infection. Methods The routine fecal examination of a total of 11575 cases were done by normal wet smear microscopy, and the suspected cases were stained with iodine in outpatient children of West China Second University Hospital, Sichuan University from September 1st, 2020 to August 31th, 2021. Results In the stools of 11,515 outpatient children, 11 cases of cysts or trophozoites of G. lamblia were detected, among which 9 cases were from ethnic minority patients and 2 case were from Han patients. The G. lamblia detection rate of Han patients was 0.019%, while that of ethnic minority patients was 0.968%, between which there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions The detection rate of G. lamblia in minority patients was higher than that in Han patients. To reduce the spread and epidemic of giardiasis, the epidemic prevention in minority areas should be strengthened and the good hygienic habits of children should be cultivated.
目的:评价妊娠期妇女阴道微生态,分析其微生态状况和生殖道感染特征.方法:对2017年1月至2019年4月在我院就诊的751例妊娠期妇女取阴道分泌物,观察其清洁度和微生态指标的特点.结果:751例妊娠期妇女中,阴道清洁度以正常(Ⅱ度)为主;阴道乳杆菌数量正常者占76.29%;阴道WBC正常者占68.58%;阴道细菌密集度以Ⅱ~Ⅲ级为主;阴道菌群多样性以Ⅰ~Ⅱ级为主;阴道pH值<4.5者占73.10%.综合各微生态指标,73.50%的妊娠期妇女阴道微生态失调.245例(32.62%)发生生殖道感染,细菌性阴道病、白假丝酵母菌、非白假丝酵母菌和阴道毛滴虫感染率分别为20.91%、14.91%、4.26%、1.73%.结论:妊娠期妇女阴道菌群以乳杆菌为优势菌,但多数孕妇乳杆菌功能不足;妊娠期妇女多数处于微生态失调状态,生殖道感染发生率较高,提示应高度重视其可能引起的不良妊娠结局.
目的 利用宏基因组学技术分析成都地区健康幼女阴道菌群多样性,为全面了解健康幼女的阴道微生态环境、制定幼女阴道微生态指标正常值范围奠定基础.方法 选取2018年10月至2019年4月在四川大学华西第二医院妇科门诊就诊的4~6岁健康幼女共14例为研究对象,同时收集健康成年女性阴道分泌物标本,通过革兰染色、细菌培养和质谱分析评价2组人群样本菌群状况及差异.采用通用引物对细菌16S rDNA基因的V3-V4区进行扩增,将PCR产物进行变性梯度凝胶电泳,通过对DGGE特征条带切胶回收并进行克隆测序,利用GenBank中的Blast与已知序列比对,鉴定细菌菌种,分析幼女阴道菌群的多样性特征.结果 革兰染色及微生物培养表明,健康成人阴道分泌物主要菌群以革兰阳性大杆菌为主,而幼女阴道分泌物主要以革兰阴性杆菌及革兰阳性球菌为主.先农指数和辛普森指数分析发现随着年龄增长,细菌多样性呈现下降趋势.物种丰度热图分析表明,4岁组幼女阴道分泌物主要细菌为不解糖嗜胨菌、埃扎基拉菌、卟啉单胞菌和普雷沃菌;5岁组幼女阴道分泌物主要细菌为假单胞菌、鞘氨醇单胞菌、不动杆菌和肠杆菌;6岁组幼女阴道分泌物主要细菌为假单胞菌、鞘氨醇单胞菌、气单胞菌和头孢菌.基于细菌同源蛋白簇(COG)的功能丰度热图分析,发现随着年龄的增长,细菌功能在不断增加,4岁组和6岁组样本显示出明显的细菌功能差异.结论 通过宏基因组学分析发现幼女阴道常见优势菌种为假单胞菌、鞘氨醇单胞菌、不解糖嗜胨菌、普雷沃菌、气单胞菌等,与育龄妇女优势菌有很大差异.随着年龄增长,细菌多样性呈现下降趋势,而菌群功能呈增加趋势.这些发现对全面了解健康幼女的阴道微生态、制定幼女阴道微生态正常值范围具有重要意义.
Abstract We investigated the vaginal flora diversity of preschool-aged (ie, 4–6-year-old) girls in southwest China. Fourteen preschool-aged girls were enrolled in this study. The statuses and differences in their vaginal flora were evaluated by Gram staining, bacterial culturing, and sequencing analysis. Gram staining and microbial culturing showed that the main vaginal flora of the preschool-aged girls were Gram-negative bacilli, whereas the main vaginal flora of healthy adult controls were large Gram-positive bacilli such as Lactobacillus crispatus. Shannon and Simpson indexes indicated that the bacterial diversity tended to decrease with age. The species abundance heat map showed that the vaginal microecology of the girls differed slightly at different ages but mainly comprised Pseudomonas, Methylobacterium, Sphingomona,s and Escherichia. The functional abundance heat map indicated that the bacterial functions increased with age. The vaginal microecology of preschool-aged girls differs from that of adults. A comprehensive understanding of the vaginal flora diversity of preschool-aged girls will aid in clinically diagnosing vulvovaginitis in preschool-aged girls.
Objective This study aimed to determine the characteristics of vulvo-vaginal infections in 14- to 18-year-old girls in late puberty. Methods From July 2016 to June 2019, 487 14- to 18-year-old girls with vulvo-vaginal infection in late puberty in West China Second University Hospital were retrospectively studied. The incidence of bacterial vaginosis (BV), the intermediate type of BV, vulvo-vaginal candidiasis (VVC), Trichomonas vaginalis (TV), and differences among the incidence of these infections for patients with different ages were analyzed. Results The incidence of BV, the intermediate type of BV, TV, VVC, and unknown pathogenic vaginitis was 25.67%, 19.30%, 2.46%, 29.37%, and 23.20%, respectively. The incidence of BV and VVC was significantly higher than that of TV. The incidence of BV in the 17-year-old group was significantly higher than that in other age groups. The incidence of VVC and non- albicans Candida infection in the 17- and 18-year-old groups was significantly higher than that in the 14-year-old group. Conclusion Girls in late puberty are more susceptible to suffer from BV and VVC than TV infections. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the effects of menstrual hygiene, female estrogen levels, the vaginal internal environment, and hygiene in vulvo-vaginal infection at this stage.
目的:探讨9 ~13岁快速青春发育期女性外阴阴道感染特征.方法:回顾性分析390例2015年7月至2018年6月在四川大学华西第二医院就诊的9 ~13岁快速青春发育期女性外阴阴道感染状况,并按年龄分为9岁、10岁、1 1岁、12岁、13岁5个年龄组.采用X2检验分析其假丝酵母菌外阴阴道病(VVC)总发生率、细菌性阴道病(BV)发生率、炎症反应率、优势菌异常率,及不同年龄组上述四者的差异.结果:研究对象中BV发生率、VVC总发生率、炎症反应率、优势菌异常率分别为:37.95%、19.24%、16.15%、8.21%,BV发生率显著高于VVC总发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).VVC中白假丝酵母菌和非白假丝酵母菌阳性检出率分别为:15.39%、3.85%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).5组间经两两比较,发现不同年龄组BV发生率和炎症反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);9岁组VVC总发生率(7.56%)显著低于其他年龄段组(分别为20.75%、29.51%、25.42%、24.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);10岁组优势菌异常率(12.26%)显著高于13岁组(4.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).乳杆菌数量1+/油镜随年龄增长呈下降趋势,而乳杆菌3+ ~4+/油镜随年龄增长呈上升趋势.结论:快速青春发育期女性外阴阴道感染好发BV和VVC,且BV比VVC更易感,而VVC中以白假丝酵母菌感染为主;9岁女性VVC总发生率最低;10岁女性优势菌异常率高于13岁,波动尚无规律.乳杆菌数量随年龄增长呈规律性增加.
This study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics, responsible pathogens, and antibiotic sensitivity of aerobic vaginitis (AV) infection in women in late pregnancy in western China.We enrolled 246 pregnancy with AV (≥35 weeks gestation) and 204 reproductive non-pregnancy with AV from West China between January 2019 and December 2019. Then, bacterial culture, identification and antibiotic sensitivity testing were performed. Subsequently, we retrospectively analyzed the vaginal microbiota of 250 healthy pregnant women with no AV and compared the maternal features and pregnancy outcomes.Regarding bacterial diversity, Streptococcus and Lactobacillus were highly abundant in women with AV in late pregnancy, whereas Staphylococcus spp. and other bacteria were significantly more abundant in reproductive non-pregnant women with AV. In addition, 82.5% (343/416) of the single isolate comprised Escherichia coli, group B Streptococcus, Enterococcus faecalis, and Staphylococcus aureus. Among the top 4 isolates, 13.4% (46/343) were multidrug-resistant, but all isolates were highly susceptible to nitrofurantoin. Escherichia coli was 100% susceptible to amikacin, meropenem, ertapenem, and imipenem (100%, 157/157), and gram-positive cocci were 100% (186/186) susceptible to vancomycin and linezolid. Finally, we found that pregnant women with AV had high rates of histories of vaginitis, premature rupture of membranes and neonatal infection.Our study reveals new insights into AV infection during pregnancy and highlights the different vaginal bacterial microbiome compositions between pregnant and reproductive non pregnant women with AV, these results may translate to treatments that are more cost-effective than current standard treatments.
目的:通过分析14~18岁青春发育晚期女性生殖道感染状况及不同年龄组感染发生率差异,发现该阶段女性生殖道感染特征.方法:回顾性分析487例2016年7月—2019年6月在本院就诊的14~18岁青春发育晚期女性生殖道感染状况,按年龄分为14岁、15岁、16岁、17岁、18岁5个年龄组,分析其细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)发生率、BV中间型检出率、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(vulvovaginal candidiasis,VVC,含白色假丝酵母菌和非白色假丝酵母菌)总发生率、滴虫阴道炎(trichomonal vaginosis,TV)发生率、炎症反应率及不同年龄组上述指标的差异.结果:青春发育晚期女性BV发生率、BV中间型检出率、VVC总发生率、TV发生率、炎症反应率分别为25.67%、19.30%、29.36%、2.46%、25.05%.VVC中白色假丝酵母菌和非白色假丝酵母菌阳性检出率分别为16.84%和12.53%.VVC总发生率和BV发生率大致相似,但两者均高于TV发生率.5个年龄组间经两两比较发现,不同年龄组BV中间型检出率、TV发生率和炎症反应率差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),17岁组BV发生率显著高于其他年龄组(均P<0.05),17岁和18岁年龄组的VVC总发生率及非白色假丝酵母菌阳性检出率显著高于14岁年龄组(均P<0.05).结论:青春发育晚期女性VVC和BV均较TV易感.随着年龄的增长,尽管BV中间型检出率、TV发生率和炎症反应率无明显变化,但17岁组的BV发生率显著高于其他年龄组,17和18岁组的VVC总发生率及非白色假丝酵母菌阳性检出率显著高于14岁年龄组.因此,应关注该阶段女性经期卫生、阴道内环境和不洁卫生生活,强化青春期女性生殖健康教育.
临床检验科的寄生虫学实习带教是帮助医学检验学生将掌握的人体寄生虫学理论知识拓展到临床实践的桥梁,传统的带教方式已不能满足当前的教学需要.随着临床教学的不断改革,四川大学华西第二医院检验科(下称本科室)就目前寄生虫学实习带教中存在的问题进行分析,结合本科室参加国家卫计委临检中心的寄生虫学室间质评以及美国病理家学会(CAP)的能力验证计划(PT)中收获和总结的经验教训,对带教方式进行有益的改进,以提升本科室临床寄生虫学的实习带教水平.
Background: We aimed to assess the association between red cell distribution width-to-platelet ratio (RPR) and hepatic fibrosis in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: The 388 subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. Red cell distribution, platelet, and other clinical and laboratory parameters were measured. Results: NAFLD patients with advanced fibrosis had significantly higher RPR than those without fibrosis (P<.001). Spearman correlation analysis showed that RPR were significantly correlated with age, sex, creatinine, hemoglobin, white blood cell, and advanced fibrosis (all with P<.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that RPR was an independent factor predicting advanced fibrosis (fibrosis-4 calculator >= 1.3) in NAFLD patients (OR: 5.718, 95% CI: 3.326-9.830, P<.001). Conclusions: Our findings suggested that RPR were significantly associated with advanced fibrosis in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients.
目的 探讨不同病因所致抽搐儿童血浆氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)变化的相关性.方法 选取四川大学华西第二医院2015年3月-2017年2月因抽搐住院的儿童242例,根据病因分为脑部疾病52例、全身性疾病54例、热性惊厥26例、癫痫68例、不明原因抽搐42例,并对其NT-proBNP进行检测分析.结果 全身性疾病及脑部疾病NT-proBNP浓度最高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但显著高于其他三类疾病(P<0.05).癫痫NT-proBNP浓度最低,显著低于其他四类(P<0.05).脑部感染与全身感染比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).抽搐患儿基础病因共含18种,NT-proBNP浓度由高到低前5位依次为:呼吸衰竭>缺血缺氧性脑病>重症肺炎>脓毒症>病毒性脑膜炎,最高为4 830 (1159.00,25550.00) pg/ml.结论 不同病因所致患儿抽搐血浆NT-proBNP浓度有明显差异,NT-ProBNP水平可以作为抽搐患儿疾病大致分类的辅助诊断指标.
BACKGROUND:The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in selected iron metabolism parameters during different periods of normal pregnancy and to establish reference values for these parameters related to gestational age.METHODS:Primipara women with a singleton pregnancy at 10 - 14 weeks of gestation were selected from women who attended the prenatal clinic at West China Second University Hospital from September 2016 to August 2017. The participants comprised 207 healthy Chinese women with a normal pregnancy. Blood samples were obtained at 10 - 14, 20 - 24, and 30 - 34 weeks of gestation, and at 6 - 12 weeks postpartum. The following parameters were measured: Ret-He, hs-CRP, serum ferritin (SF), sTfR, serum iron (SI), Tf, TIBC, and transferrin saturation (TS).RESULTS:The respective reference values for healthy pregnant women in the three trimesters of pregnancy and at 6 - 12 weeks postpartum were: Ret-He: 29.8 - 39.6, 29.2 - 40.8, 26.2 - 41.0, and 26.8 - 38.5 pg; SF: 14 - 133, 7 - 130, 5 - 110, and 10 - 140 ng/mL; sTfR: 0.4 - 2.0, 1.2 - 3.0, 2.3 - 5.2, and 0.3 - 2.4 mg/L; SI: 6.0 - 31.0, 3.7 - 30.3, 4.7 - 49.4, and 4.5 - 26.8 μmol/L; Tf: 2.0 - 3.7, 2.2 - 4.4, 2.3 - 5.3, and 1.8 - 3.7 g/L; TIBC: 40 - 84, 52 - 100, 54 - 120, and 43 - 83 μmol/L; TS: 12 - 54%, 10 - 56%, 5 - 65%, and 10 - 52%.CONCLUSIONS:Significant changes in iron parameters during pregnancy and postpartum were noted. It is important to learn these alterations and establish reference values to help obstetricians make clinical decisions.
目的:了解10岁以下青春期前女童门诊患者阴道感染状况,分析生殖道感染特征.方法:对1145例2015年7月1日至2018年6月30日在四川大学华西第二医院因外阴感染症状就诊的10岁以下青春期前女童阴道分泌物进行检查,观察其清洁度、白细胞、线索细胞、假丝酵母菌、淋球菌及革兰阳性(G+)、革兰阴性(G-)的球菌和杆菌等指标的分布特点,并按不同年龄段分为0~3岁组(216例)、4~6岁组(501例)和7~9岁组(428例),比较3组下生殖道感染状况.结果:1145例有外阴感染症状的青春期前女童中,清洁度Ⅱ~Ⅳ821例(71.7%),白细胞> 5/HP 504例(44.02%).细菌检出率由高到低依次为G+球菌454例(39.65%),线索细胞(兼性厌氧/厌氧菌)425例(37.12%),G-杆菌140例(12.23%),G+短杆菌34例(2.97%),假丝酵母菌18例(1.57%),G-双球菌6例(0.52%).0~3岁组和4~6岁组的假丝酵母菌的检出率明显低于7~9岁组,而BV合并需氧菌及总感染率明显高于7~9岁组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:青春期前女童生殖道感染状况不佳,阴道细菌检出率以G+球菌、兼性厌氧/厌氧菌、G-杆菌等为主,感染类型多样化.应早发现、早治疗,尤其是幼童要重视卫生习惯,并对症治疗.
目的 了解成都地区儿童腹泻腺病毒(ADV)的感染情况和流行特点,为临床诊治提供参考依据.方法 随机收集8 556例18岁以下腹泻患儿的粪便标本,采用双抗体夹心法及免疫层析分析技术检测粪便标本中的ADV抗原,分析阳性患儿流行病学资料.结果 8 556份腹泻患儿粪便标本中,ADV抗原阳性416份,阳性率4.86%;其中5月、6月、7月、8月ADV阳性检出率较高,分别为5.52%、9.99%、7.59%、5.27%,其中6、7月阳性率最高,分别可达9.99%及7.59%,两月份阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).6月与其他月份阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);幼儿期及学龄前期患儿ADV感染率最高,为6.45%及5.80%,两个年龄段阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).幼儿期与其他年龄段患儿ADV感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性患儿ADV感染率为4.90%,女性患儿为4.82%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 成都地区儿童ADV感染高峰期在5~8月,峰值为6月,ADV感染年龄高峰为幼儿期.对儿童腹泻应尽早做ADV检测,及时发现病原体,以对ADV感染所致的儿童腹泻给予合理治疗,避免滥用抗菌药物,防止疾病传播.
