为解决传统乡村生活垃圾主流处理模式(填埋与焚烧)所产生的有毒气体二噁英造成的二次污染等问题,通过分析磁化热解所产生的有害气体成分,采用催化床对这些气体进行多级催化处理的方案,研制出了NS4.0生活垃圾磁化热解处理站.设备经过为期一年的运行,处理能力和处理效果均已达到设计要求.经具有CMA资质第三方检测机构对设备终端排放的气体进行检测,各项指标均低于国家排放标准.此外,设备占地面积小,运行成本低,操作与维护简单,可有效解决长期困扰乡村的生活垃圾处理问题.
针对以制造工程训练为代表的实践教学过程中的教学管理难题,设计了一套基于B/S的智能化线上教学管理系统,综合实现用户管理、实习排课、成绩管理、开放管理、物料管理五大功能.基于排课模板思维的实习排课模块极大减小了教师教学管理工作量,提升了教学管理水平;通过开放管理模块提高教学设施空闲时段利用率,并有效解决了特殊学生学习的需求.可见,通过此教学管理系统,可以有效地增强教学资源的利用,实现对学生的个性化培养.
指出了随着畜禽规模化养殖业的快速发展,如何处理巨量畜禽粪便等有机废弃物就成为了环境治理一个广泛关注的社会问题.针对上述问题,提出了采用生物利用技术工艺与自动化处理系统相结合的处理方案,并对生物利用技术自动化处理工艺及系统进行了设计.经过6个月的制造 、安装调试,日处理有机废弃物100 t的系统已在湖南宁乡投入使用.结果表明:该系统处理能力大,实现了再生资源高效利用 、占地面积小 、劳动强度低,有效解决了制约畜禽规模化养殖业发展的瓶颈问题,为实现绿色生态农业的发展提供了保障,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益.
为解决高层建筑墙面检测维修困难以及现有爬墙机器人灵活性差、反应速度慢等问题,设计了一种以STM32单片机为嵌入式控制系统核心,利用多自由度球形螺旋桨产生斜推贴附力的爬墙机器人,并进行了验证可行性分析.最终得知,该种爬墙机器人的球形螺旋桨能够多自由度转动,所产生推力可朝空间任意方向;该螺旋桨推力可分解为3个空间分力,与摩擦力、支持力和尾翼推力相平衡,保证机器人整体力矩为零不倾覆,可沿墙面稳定自由行走.
In order to study the wear behavior of tunnel boring machine (TBM) disc cutters during the process of rock breaking,kinematic formulas of constant-section disc cutter were established through the analysis of motion characteristics between cutter head and disc cutter.The wear prediction model of disc cutter,which was programmed in MATLAB,was built by combining theory of abrasive wear and cutter-rock contact mechanics.The model was applied to simulate the wear process of cutters in a water diversion project.The evolution laws of wear morphology of disc cutters were obtained.The results show that the simulated wear quantity and the measured wear amount are consistent with the changing tendency of the tool position number,and the average relative errors of normal and lateral face wear of the disc cutters are 18% and 30%,respectively.The cutter ring gradually wears to be tip-shaped,which coincided with the actual wear form.
本文分析了承插型盘扣式脚手架节点的自锁性能,得到其自锁条件,并据此设计出具有良好自锁性能的双圆盘脚手架节点.并通过有限元数值分析与试验对比分析了两种脚手架节点的力学性能.
调速型液力偶合器在工业中有很多应用.用户可在多种工作转速下使用液力偶合器来实现其生产生活.以YOTsj560水介质调速型液力偶合器为研究对象,运用ANSYS对该类型的液力偶合器的泵轮进行模态分析,得到了其四阶固有频率,分别为ω1=73.242 Hz,ω2=73.242 Hz,ω3=73.242 Hz,ω4=73.242 Hz,用户在使用该型号液力偶合器时必须避开这几阶共振区.

Based on the rational simplification of the cutting process of shield cutters in soft rock, this paper establishes a 2D numerical model using the particle discrete element method; analyzes a dynamic cutting process;and studies the influence of the rake angle, cutting depth and rock joint on the rock-breaking performance of shield cutters. The results show that cutting the soft rock is a process of "extruding and then tensioning." The force application point of a cutter is gradually shifted from the tip of the cutter to the front edge of the cutter, and then back to the tip of the cutter with variations of the cutting stroke, which is consistent with the change of the cutter force. With the increase of the cutter's rake angle and cutting depth, the broken rock block increases while the specific energy consumption decreases. The rock-breaking modes of the cutter are different under different joint dip angles, and because of more easily forming the broken rock block the rock-breaking efficiency is higher under a joint angle of less than 90° than a joint angle of more than or equal to 90° . The experiments show that the actual process of rock breaking and the force applied on the cutter agree well with those determined via numerical simulation.

There are many factors which influence the vibration reduction effect of the ball-type automatic balancer when it is operating at the over-critical speed. In this paper, the mathematical model of the ball-type automatic balancer with installation eccentricity is established and the numerical simulation is done using the parameters determined by the experimental testing. Influence of the installation eccentricity on the vibration reduction effect of the ball-type automatic balancer is analyzed. The results show that the smaller the installation eccentricity is, the better the vibration reduction effect is. Within a certain range, improving the accuracy of the rotor's processing and installation can significantly raise the vibration reduction effect for the ball-type automatic balancer. But over high accuracy of processing and installation may not be necessary since it does not help too much for improving the vibration reduction effect further. Result of the analysis may have application significance for vibration reduction of ball-type automatic balancers.
采用离散元法对生石灰卸料过程的流动特性和规律进行了数值模拟并在自行设计的玻璃料仓上进行了实验研究.结果表明,石灰卸料过程中,先整体流动,后管状流动;料仓中心部位的石灰颗粒流速比侧壁处大,下部比上部大,出料口处速度最大;石灰粒径越大,下料稳定性越差;料斗底部的流化气对下料稳定性和下料流率有重要影响,对于不同的粉体容量,存在最佳流化气位置区间和最佳流化气表观气速范围;增加进气压力能提高生石灰下料流率,改善下料稳定性,阻止气压平衡拱生成.
In order to improve efficiency and correctness of the mechanism design,and quicken new products development progress,this paper took cam-linkage mechanism in series for an example,combined VB programming techniques with UG 3D software to achieve cam-linkage combined mechanism design by parameter and dynamic simulation successfully.By this system,cam profile parameters can be obtained automatically with prime given linkage parameters and follower motion rule,as well as can be used to test and verify correctness of the mechanism kinematics.It can provide the theory basis for the design and processing with higher efficiency.This method can also be used to other similar mechanism design.
Daily load forecasting is a basic role of power market.Most of load forecasting methods use one same model in one day,regardless of the change of load composing and characteristic at different time segments.A new segmented multi-model combining load forecasting strategy was proposed in this paper.According to different load composing and characteristic,96 points daily load was separated into many time segments.At each time segment,a multi-model combining load forecasting,composed by multivariate linear regression,grey prediction,SVM and neural network forecasting,was used to forecast load.The forecasting results of a city in east China showed that,the MSE forecasting error of 96 points daily load is only about 1.78%.The method can satisfy the request of real power system well.
In order to solve automotive complicated injection part deformed easily in the manufacture process,by using the software of Moldflow,moulding process of injection part was simulated,structure warpage result was obtained,and plastic material performance was validated and compared to get the root cause of injection part deformation.Through optimization of injection process and tooling design,structure dimension stability of the injection part was controlled effectively;assembly problem caused by injection part deformation was solved in manufacture process,which had significance for new product development and quality control.
The paper introduces the method of kinematical simulation of making geass with generating by means of AutoCAD redevelopment technology used VB6.0.We have built the 3D modeling and finished the program for kinematical dynamic simulation of making gears in detail.We get the tooth profile exactly and it can show us the whole manufacturing process in truth.It is very useful in the production design,development,researching and teaching.
In laboratory an ultrasonic demulsification technology was studied to intensify the dehydration of high water-content heavy waste oil from Sinopec Zhenhai Refining Chemical Co. . The water content of the oil was as high as 54%. Under the conditions of demulsifier XDH and ultrasound frequency 40 kHz,the factors affecting demulsification and dehydration of waste oil were investigated. The results indicated that there existed optimal values for these factors,demulsifier XDH dosage 150 mg/L,ultrasonic intensity 413.5W/m2,ultrasonic irradiation time 5 min and sedimentation time 60 min at 70 ℃ . Under the optimal experimental conditions,the final water volume fraction in the waste oil was lowered to 0.2 %.

A scheme of the vibration measurement teaching and experiment system that generating signal and acquiring data us- ing sound card is brought out through the analysis of vibration measurement system. Also, the paper sets forth the basic principle and the software architecture about sound card. In addition, several key technologies are discussed, access and control to multiple sound cards and shared multi- thread technology.
A test rig has been specially built up to meet the requirements for control and measurement.The effects of operational and feed parameters on the separation performance of dewatering hydrocyclones have been investigated with tests.A critical split ratio (R_(f,c)) is defined as the maximum overall efficiency.The ratio R_(f,c)/φ_i is suggested as an indicator of hydrocyclone effectiveness and a useful control parameter.
