油气田开发过程中,尤其是注水开发,由于地层物性不同,黏土矿物含量不同,导致开发难度不同.本文是将有机小阳离子铵盐通过地面增加工艺流程,注水工艺中实现注入地层进行防膨.对黏土总含量较高,高岭石、蒙皂石相对含量高的区块进行注水整体防膨,来保证有效开发断块,减少出砂速度,降低压力突然升高井数,提高水井吸水能力,注水增油明显.可根据地面水井生产参数、监测和作业中数据进行综合分析进行周期防膨,及时调整地面生产运行参数、发现不正常井,进而降低地面运行成本,高效开发断块.
In Luliang Oilfield,the injection pressure is high and the injected water volume is low during the oilfield development.It is proposed that a kind of the monolayer solution with cationic group could be used to solve this problem.Monolayers is in aqueous solution as the delivery medium,electrostatic interactionis the driving force,it deposites on the negative power of the rock surface,changes the nature of the surface reservoir,peel water film,prevents clay swelling and migration,thereby it can enhance the penetration of water phase,reduce water pressure,ultimately reduce pressure and augment injection.Laboratory experiments and oilfield application indicate that this technology can be used to increase the ability to absorb water of injection wells in Shinan 21 Area of Luliang Oilfield,improve water injection effect.
To solve the problem of many resin gel blocking agents are limited in the use of temperature and salinity,a modified polyacrylamide gel blocking agent(YN-1) with salt-tolerant and heat-resistant was prepared.It is compose of the modified polyacrylamide and salinity 10 g/L of water.The blocking agent is of better salt tolerance and heat resistance,without the impact of formation permeability.It also has a strong resistance to erosion and sealing.

The exploration of oil and gas in Baiqiu Area of Nanyang Depression was to search for lithologic and structural reservoirs,the lateral resolution and the signal-to-noise ratio of seismic data were highly required.By theoretical research on the seismic wave propagation property under the complex media conditions,and guiding by wave equation and others new design technologic theory,a 3-D observation system with high accuracy was quantitatively evaluated,and based on the geological requirements,it was designed accurately and the parameters were demonstrated.Under complex media conditions,an observation system is designed according to the wave equation forward simulation and the surface demonstration,which could meet the requirements of the pre-stack migration treatment and lithologic interpretation at the initial stage of data acquisition design for a high precision of 3D seismic exploration in the area.The acquisition footprint is reduced for the purpose of improving imaging precision.Seeing from the data acquisition profile in the area,the wave combination property is obvious,fault plain is clear high signal-to-noise ratio and the new acquisition data can meet the research demands of the structures of the fault block groups.
The unique rheology of Gemini surfactant solution in future application of enhanced oil recovery has been discussed,the dependency between Gemini surfactant solution's rheology and its morphology of the aggregate has been analysised; And its viscosity enhancement mechanism has been elaborated from molecular structure,concentration,temperature,shear rate and additive ,and so on.Finally,as for the defects of cationic Gemini surfactant in the practical application,related views have been given in forms of launching further research of anionic Gemini surfactant solution rheology and application.
针对雁木西油田油井出水严重,低渗透层的油难采的问题,在实验室研制出了YH暂堵凝胶堵剂,通过对其性能进行评价和影响因素的分析,发现YH暂堵剂具有良好的堵塞效果,并且初始粘度和破较后粘度低,稳定性好,对地层伤害小。
本文通过对低压低渗透油藏压裂井的分析,总结了井区油井压裂影响因数,找出了提高其压裂效果的方法,为下步井区措施增油提供有力的指导。
Thinking of the different importance between quality features and attributes in tables,a data quality assessment algorithm based on weight was proposed.This algorithm highlights the impact of the important attributes and quality features to the overall quality of system,and assesses the data quality of the existing system more scientifically.The algorithm in the actual data quality assessment system has been applied and the results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the accuracy of the assessment.
A method for expanding the testing scope of small diameter welding tubes was presented.This method used the filter to expand the testing scope.And it was based on the analysis of the influences of scattering ray.It was explained that the material and the size of the filters played an important role on the testing scope.Its validity was proved by the turning experiment and its operation was simple and convenient.
During the polymer flooding in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs,reduction of polymer solution viscosity might be caused because of unreasonable selection of sand control completion method,and consequently polymer flooding effect would be affected.By measuring the viscosity retention ratio after polymer solution flowing through different sand screens,the influence of well completion method on polymer solution viscosity was analyzed.The results show that regardless of screen used for sand control,viscosity reduces after the polymer going through the screen.For higher injection velocity viscosity reduces greatly after it going through the screen,the viscosity loss is higher in metal screen than that of wire wrapped screen,and blocking is easy to be induced.Therefore it is proper to use the wire wrapped screen for sand control completion in oilfields using polymer flooding.
下二门油田剩余油主要分布在断层屋檐下、微构造高点和砂体上倾尖灭区等部位;微观上剩余油主要以斑块状、网络状等状态分布在小孔隙中。根据井网调整的相关经济技术界限研究,采取层系细分、井别转换、部署跨层系调整井等对下二门油田核三段进行井网优化,采收率由33.7%提高到37.5%,取得良好效果。
The further water drive after polymer flooding is an important period of polymer flooding. Through the analysis of residual oil distribution, the potential can be discovered,and the relevant measures were taken to prevent water from going up rapidly and enhance the effect of polymer flooding in this period.Detailed study of geological and production character indicated that the residual oil distributed in the area of the faulting shelter,the front edge of sand sheet sedimentary facies and the medium and low penetrative layers.Corresponding adjustment measures such as modifying profiles, block off, subdivision water injection, adjustment of injection-production ratio,sactisfactory results were obtained at the working site after the corresponding adjustment measures were put into practice.
下二门油田H2Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ油组聚合物驱单元,原为一套开发层系,具有相似的油藏特征和开发历程.但其聚合物驱生产,在见效时间、含水率、产量变化等方面都存在较大差异.从地质特征、采出程度、注采关系、注聚质量、现场管理等方面对影响聚驱效果因素进行了探讨,提出了改善聚合物驱效果的途径.
