急性冠状动脉综合征(ACSS),包括心肌梗死(AMI)、不稳定性心绞痛(UA)、缺血性心脏骤停,在西方社会是最为常见的一类疾病,在发展中国家的发病率也正以惊人的速度增长.对患者进行成功的治疗、尽量减少心肌细胞损伤的前提是早期的精确诊断,尤其是溶栓治疗发展以后.辅助诊断心肌损伤的生化标志物是非常关键指标.心肌损伤的生化标志物是指心肌细胞损伤后,膜的完整性和通透性改变,细胞内的大分子物质逸出,最后能在血循环中被检测到.这些大分子物质被称为心肌损伤生化标志物(cardiac markers).
To construct a recombinant plasmid containing the DNase B group A Streptococcus pyogenes, a couple of more conserved primers was designed according to the sequences of DNase B gene published on the GenBank, and was amplified by PCR. The amplified DNase B gene from the genomic DNA of group A of Streptococcus pyogenes was then cloned into plasmid pMD18-T directly, and the cloned gene was sequenced.It was found that a group B gene of Streptococcus pyogenes with the full length of sequences of 810?bp is successfully cloned, and it comprises a signal peptide region of 128?bp, mature peptide region of 681?bp and a T in the un-coding region of 5' terminal end. These result would provide scientific basis for the further studies on the DNase B gene of group A Streptococcus pyogenes.

Aim To study the molecular epidemiology characteristics of norwalk like virus (NLV) infection in Fuzhou,China Methods Stool specimens were collected from 288 patients with non bacterial diarrhea from October 1998 to November 2002 Enzyme linked immunosorbantassay (ELISA) and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) was used to detect rotavirus and NLV from stool specimens Results Out of 288 stool specimens,54 2 % were rotavirus positive detected by ELISA;11 1% and 28 8 % were NLV GGI and GGII positive detected by RT PCR,respectively Most of the rotavirus was detected in the specimens from the children of the age 1 month to 3 years old The season for rotavirus infection was from Winter to Spring The peak infection month was November or December Most of the NLV GGI was detected in the specimens from the patients above 7 years old,and the NLV GGII was from less than 3 years old The infection season of NLV wasn't abviously Conclusions NLV is one of the most important pathogens for diarrhea in Fuzhou besides rotavirus The molecular epidemiological characteristics of NLV is revealed elementarily
在牙齿发育过程中,已知BMPs和FGFs信号通路在上皮和间充质之间有序的相互作用中起着重要的作用.BMP4是启动牙形态发生的一个关键的信号分子.转录因子Msx基因主要起信号介导和传递的作用.已发现鸟类仍具有牙齿发育的潜能.鸟类牙齿发育停止在牙原基阶段的可能原因是Bmp4不在预定的牙胚组织中表达,导致发育信号的传递受阻.
目的评价思密达治疗婴幼儿诺瓦克样病毒(NLV)腹泻的效果.方法选择我院门诊及住院的年龄在1月~3岁的婴幼儿腹泻患者共177例,RT-PCR检测NLV阳性者随机给予口服思密达加病毒唑或病毒唑(对照)治疗.结果NLV感染阳性63例,阳性率35.59%.思密达加病毒唑治疗组6d治愈率为93.55%(29/31),高于对照组(75.01% 24/32,P=0.038).治疗组的平均恢复时间为3.1d±1.26d,对照组为5.2d±0.93d,t=6.06,P=0.011).结论思密达治疗组疗效优于对照组.
The amount of the primordial germ cells in embryonic blood from stages 14 through stages 20 in the Sheldrake's and mule-duck's embryos were counted by PAS reaction. The results showed that the highest concentration of primordial germ cells was at stages 16 both in Sheldrake and mule-duck, and the concentration was 8.975 2% for Sheldrake and 2.187 1% for mule-duck. Meanwhile, GFP report gene transfer into Sheldrake's blood PGCs in vivo was processed. The results showed that the expressions of GFP were found in 3 embryos.

It is well known that modern Aves lack dentition, unlike their toothed ancestors of the Jurassic and cretaceous periods. However, in the chick oral cavity a rudiment forms that resembles the lamina stage of the mammalian molar tooth germ. We have previously addressed the molecular basis for this secondary loss of tooth formation in Aves by analyzing inchick embryos the status of molecular pathways known to regulate mouse tooth development.in this study, we further examined the molecular pathways involved in positioning the site of tooth rudiment. Similar to the mouse tooth germ, Pax9 serves as a marker for the presumptive dental mesenchyme in the chick prior to any morphological manifestation of odontogenesis. The restricted Pax9 expression in the chick mandibular mesenchyme is positioned by the tvo signals from overlying oral epithelium. FGF8 induces Pax9 expression while BMP4 prevents this induction. Thus it appears that, similar to that in mice, the position of tooth rudiment in chick embryo is determined by two different types of signaling molecules with antagonistic activity.These results further demonstrate that the early signaling pathways involved in odontogenesis remain inducible in Aves.
The phylogenetic relationships of four species,Bufo melanostictus,Hyla chinensis,Rana limnocharis and Rana guentheri,which belong to three differrent families of Anura,were detected with RAPD technique.The genomic DNA of each species was amplified with 19 random primers.16 primers given clear amplified bands were used for analysis and the genetic distances between four species were calculated.The results show that RAPD bands obtained by all 16 primers evinced different degree polymorphisms.The genetic distance between R.limnocharis and R.guentheri is the nearest,that between B.melanostictus and H.chinensis is the second nearest,and that between B.melanostictus and R.guentheri is the furthest.The different distances also indicated that the relationship between Bufoidae and Hylidae is closer than that between Bufonidae and Ranidae at genomic DNA level.In concordant with the conclusion of the morphology,chromosomal and mitochondrial DNA studies,our results provide a new evidence of the systematic evolution of the three families of Anura at DNA molecular level.
The expression plasmid pBV220/CabpD-9K-#beta#hCG was constructed.then was transferred into E. Coli TG-1 to express the fusion protein CahpD-9K-#beta#hCG. The result of SDS—PAGE showed that CabpD-9K-#beta#hCG had an apparent molecular weight of 34.5KD. Western blot analysis indicated that the product CabpD-9K-OhCG could be recognized specifically by the rabbit-anti-human hCG lgG. Finally we immunized C57 BL mouse with the purified fused protein toacquire the polyctonal antibody which would lay a foundation of the study on the CabpD-9K function and endometrial calcium signal transduction.
从原尾蜥虎的卵巢重量、输卵管重量、卵巢内最大卵泡的长径、输卵管上皮厚度及输卵管中含卵数的季节性变化,观察了雌性生殖周期,结果表明:卵巢的周期性变化开始于11月份,冬眠期间卵巢增重缓慢,出蛰后增重加快,到次年6、7月份卵巢重量达到最大值,此时最大卵泡已发育成熟、可以排卵,排卵后卵巢逐渐退化、缩小,到10月份其重量为最小值,一个周期至此结束.原尾蜥虎一年繁殖一次,每次产卵2枚(偶尔1枚),6、7月份为卵成熟及排卵的高峰期,而孕卵、产卵的高峰期是6~8月份.
该文用骨髓细胞直接制备染色体标本,分析了原尾蜥虎和光蜥的核型.原尾蜥虎2n=46,NF=46,染色体组内没有划分大染色体和微小染色体的明显界限.光蜥2n=26,NF=42,含4对大染色体和9对小染色体,属两型性核型.二者都未发现异型性染色体.
