According to the agricultural industry standard NY147-88 Determination method of rice quality,the paper determined the milling quality,appearance quality,cooking quality and nutrition quality of 14 indica rice varieties in Fujian province,and established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for analyzing their grain quality characteristics.The results showed that A.B.T.6 had the best grain quality,followed by Iari-10697,Guangnong 1,ABC10313 and Fuzaoxian,and the others had poor grain quality.
Studied on the main nutrition composition of the achenia of female Ficus awkeotsang W13 in Fujian Province.The main results show that the pulp of Ficus awkeotsang contain pectin 36.29%,dietary fibre 42.35%, total sugar 23.82% ,protein 3.74%,total flavonoids 3.14%,and crude fat 2.72%.Contents of mineral elements and vitamins are rich in the achenia.It is an ideal material for the rational exploitation and development of Ficus awkeotsang into a health food. Compared with pectin contents in achenia among 24 different female strains,the main results show that pectin content of Dayang T84 was the highest,the differences were extremely significant.The strains that pectin content significantly higher were achenia of W13,Xin25,Hong 9,Qiyuan F1.
Objective: To investigate the expression of nitric oxide synthase in the spinal cord following the blockade of 5-HT2A receptors of inflammatory tissues. Methods: 2% carrageenan was injected subcutaneously into one hindpaw of rats. Vehicle or ketanserin 20 μg and 1% formalin were injected at 1 and 24 h, respectively, after carrageenan in the same site. The rats were perfused at 25 h. The NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry in the spinal cord was determined. Results: Compared to the vehicle treatment, intraplantar injection of 1% formalin in the inflammatory paw produced remarkable increase in NADPH-d reactive neurons that were predominantly distributed in laminae I-II of spinal dorsal horn at L4~L5 segments. The increase was abolished by ketanserin. Interestingly, inhibition of ketanserin on inflammation-evoked increase of NADPH reactivity was reversed by subcutaneous administration of naloxone methiodide, a peripheral opioid receptor antagonist. Conclusion: Peripheral 5-HT plays an important role in the maintenance of inflammatory hyperalgesia, and that blockade of 5-HT2A receptor could activate endogenous opioid analgesia leading to an increase in nitric oxide synthase.
Have established techniques to express recombinant human bone morphogenetic proteins 4(rhBMP4) in the methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris.The mature domain of hBmp4 was subcloned into the expression vector pPIC9K from recombinant vector pBluescript II KS(+)-hBmp4,and the resulting construct was transformed into Pichia pastoris GS115 for expression by electroporation.It was found with quantity dot blot that rhBMP-4 was expressed with a yield of about 20.13 μg/mL in the supernatant.The expressed rhBMP4 was identified to be a 26 ku monomer protein by SDS-PAGE and Western-blot.
A method of extraction and assay for the pectinesterase were investigated and proposed as follows: the best concentration of NaCl in extracting mixtrure is 5%,the best extracting temperature is 30℃,the best extracting time is 24 hours,the best conservating time is 24 hours,the best concentration of NaCl in mixture is 0.6% to 1.0%,and maintain the pH on 7.0.Between 30-50℃,the pectinesterase in achenes of Ficus awkeotsang has a good thermal stability.
The diabetic mice model was established by intravenous administration of alloxan,then randomly divided into four groups,two groups were given ig the exopolysaccharide of Porphyridium cruentum 300 mg·kg~(-1),150 mg·kg~(-1) respectively.After 21 days of treatment,the contents of blood glucose and activities of SOD were detected,the microstructure of pancreas tissues were observed.The results showed that compared with the diabetic model group,the exopolysaccharide of Porphyridium cruentum could significantly decrease the blood glucose of diabetic mice(P0.05),the activity of plasma SOD was significantly enhanced(P0.05)in diabetic mice.For the groups of mice that were given ig exopolysaccharide of Porphyridium cruentum,the pancreatic island cells were normal,and there were not fibrosis cells and hemorrhagic necrosis cells.Therefore,exopolysaccharide of Porphyridium cruentum can reduce the level of blood glucose, effectively enhance the ability of anti-oxidation and protect the pancreas in the diabetic mice induced by alloxan.

The histology of the digestive gland of Hoplobatrachus rugulosus was studied in this paper. Unicellular gland was goblet cell, which was lied in two sides of tongue, esophagus, ileum and rectum. Multicellular gland was included uniacinar gland on palate, multiacinar gland on esophagus and unitubular gland on ventriculus and intestine. The digestive gland of liver and pancreas was got into initial jejunum through one duct. These studies showed that the structure of the digestive gland in H. rugulosus was adapted to feeding habits.
This paper presented histopathology of the syndromes between parotitis and putrid skin disease of Soft-shelled Turtle in comparison with health individuals. Histopathology indicated the following changes: Tissues of disease turtle were haemorrhage, their cells appeared oedema and necrosis, which cause extensive tissue damage, blood vessels were enlarged and seriously damaged, and their epithelial cells were necrosis and fell away. A large numeber of erythrocytes in the blood vessels and tissues were deformed, broken and haemolyzed . The antibacterial experiments on the homogenate of disease turtle tissues had been done , too.
It is well known that modern Aves lack dentition, unlike their toothed ancestors of the Jurassic and cretaceous periods. However, in the chick oral cavity a rudiment forms that resembles the lamina stage of the mammalian molar tooth germ. We have previously addressed the molecular basis for this secondary loss of tooth formation in Aves by analyzing inchick embryos the status of molecular pathways known to regulate mouse tooth development.in this study, we further examined the molecular pathways involved in positioning the site of tooth rudiment. Similar to the mouse tooth germ, Pax9 serves as a marker for the presumptive dental mesenchyme in the chick prior to any morphological manifestation of odontogenesis. The restricted Pax9 expression in the chick mandibular mesenchyme is positioned by the tvo signals from overlying oral epithelium. FGF8 induces Pax9 expression while BMP4 prevents this induction. Thus it appears that, similar to that in mice, the position of tooth rudiment in chick embryo is determined by two different types of signaling molecules with antagonistic activity.These results further demonstrate that the early signaling pathways involved in odontogenesis remain inducible in Aves.
用光镜和电镜观察了虎纹蛙(Rana rugulosa)眼球的组织结构,同时测量了其眼球的一些视参数.虎纹蛙眼球呈圆球形.角膜内未见前界膜;虹膜内可见少量括约肌,但未见扩瞳肌纤维;虹膜的内侧面有许多突起;巩膜有完整的半球形软骨;晶状体环垫薄,因而视觉调节能力很弱.视网膜中视细胞由视杆细胞、视锥细胞组成,其中视杆细胞占多数.视细胞与神经节细胞数量之比为3.68∶1.以上表明虎纹蛙的眼球组织结构与其弱光视觉和捕食习性相适应.
The phylogenetic relationships of four species,Bufo melanostictus,Hyla chinensis,Rana limnocharis and Rana guentheri,which belong to three differrent families of Anura,were detected with RAPD technique.The genomic DNA of each species was amplified with 19 random primers.16 primers given clear amplified bands were used for analysis and the genetic distances between four species were calculated.The results show that RAPD bands obtained by all 16 primers evinced different degree polymorphisms.The genetic distance between R.limnocharis and R.guentheri is the nearest,that between B.melanostictus and H.chinensis is the second nearest,and that between B.melanostictus and R.guentheri is the furthest.The different distances also indicated that the relationship between Bufoidae and Hylidae is closer than that between Bufonidae and Ranidae at genomic DNA level.In concordant with the conclusion of the morphology,chromosomal and mitochondrial DNA studies,our results provide a new evidence of the systematic evolution of the three families of Anura at DNA molecular level.
Scanning eletron microscopic abservation demonstrated the total length of the spermatozoon of Natrix piscater is about 110 μ m . It consists of two parts: head and tail.The head is about 8.5 μ m long and 0.6 μ m in diameter. It is like a slight column with a subacute front and a little curned. The tail consists of 4 segments: neck region, midpiece, principle piece and endpiece. It has a relatively long midpiece,about 73 μ m, accounting for 2/3 of the totle lenth of the spermatozoon.The mitochondrial sheath consists of about 500 rings and more than 5 000 mitochondrials. Transmission eletron microscopic abservation revealed the head acrosomal complex covers 1/2 of the front of the nucleus.The structure of the tail neck region is relatively complex and consisted of a capitulum with the connecting piece,proximal centriole,distal centriole and mitochondrial. And these mitochondrials here do not form mitochondrial sheath. The annulus is between the midpiece and the principle piece,but the recess is not distinctive.Giving a 9+2 pattern,the axoneme complex runs through almost whole sperm tail. Plate 1, Ref 6
目的:了解大学生恋爱状况、动机和发展趋势,为学校思想教育和心理咨询等提供科学依据.方法:采用分层整群抽样方法.对本校900名大学生进行无记名问卷调查,获有效问卷876份.结果:大学期间对恋爱持赞成态度的占92.7%;有36.8%的学生有过恋爱经历,高年级明显高于低年级;出于爱情而恋爱的只占36.0%,大部分是出于非爱情因素而恋爱.结论:高校中应加强人生观和恋爱观教育,并进行适当心理指导,培养男女间的健康友谊.
Objectives: To understand the current situation and attitude about premarital sexual behavior among contemporary college students,so as to provide the basis material and information for sexual health education and further research.Methods: Data were collected by the anonymous questionnaire through internet,and the total number of valid return was 512.Results: The survey found that about 14.5% college students had premarital sexual experience,which increased evidently than in the past.66.2% of the students thought sex before marriage should be discreet,but there were more different between men and women,The boys were more active and in the dominant position in front of sexual behaviors.Conclusion: Sexual health education should be strengthened,the administration of networks and social environment should be strengthened and purified too.
