The progress of informationization construction of small military hospital is slow.There are many problems contributed for it,so the author proposed the countermeasures to deal these problems as making top level design,cooperative construction between hospitals,improving human resources qualities and opening software sources.

In this article the author analyzed the risk elements of military hospital information security,synopsized the thoughts to reduce the risks of hospital information security.The keys to be paid attention of hospital information security risks were proposed,such as information security technology,management,staff's information security consciousness cultivation,system viewpoint and efficiency security mechanism.

本文分析了医院信息化相关因素,指明了产生信息孤岛的原因,提出了标准化、信息整合、应用集成和医用信息系统集成(IHE)等方法可以有效消除医院信息孤岛。

交换机在医院信息管理系统中中占有重要的地位,其最主要的功能就是转发数据,能在黑客攻击和病毒侵扰下,保持其高效的数据转发速率.其次,交换机作为整个网络的核心,具有访问和存取网络信息的用户进行区分和权限控制,再次交换机还能在配合其他网络安全设备的前提下,对非授权访问和网络攻击进行监控和阻止.可见交换机的正常运转直接影响到医院数据信息的安全使用,笔者就交换机常见工作故障及其对策以及交换机实用日常维护三方面加以分析和讨论.

我们运用电子计算机图像处理系统改进普通纤维胃镜,大大提高了胃镜报告的质量,并实现胃镜系统与医院微机系统的直接连接.由于所需费用较低,并可实现彩色报告打印、光盘保存录像资料、与网络连接等功能.所以可在中小型医院推广使用.
