Course ideological and political education is an innovative means of practical teaching to enable professional knowledge to carry more social responsibility and value leading role. A teaching reform of Organic Chemistry experiment was proposed in Pharmacy specialty, which meant to improve teachers’ ideological and political consciousness, gather the strength of teaching team, explore the ideological and political elements in Organic Chemistry experiment, optimize teaching content, reform teaching methods and assessment methods. A system was built for curriculum ideological and political collaborative education and teaching with Organic Chemistry experiment as the carrier. The strategies of integrating political elements into the teaching process can realize the value guidance in the process of knowledge transmission.
为了认真贯彻"停课不停学"精神,文章从前期准备、在线课程教学活动的开展、通过监管和反馈保证教学质量三个方面论述了利用在线课堂实现医用有机化学"停课不停学"的实践.
Objective:To investigate the levels of AP-1 in Kainic acid(KA) in hippocampus of Kainic acid-induced epileptic mouse.Methods:32 mice were randomly divided into control group(n=8) and model group(n=24).According to the time when mice were killed after the success of model making,model group was divided into 3 groups(3,8,24).Animal model of epilepsy was established in mice by intracerebroventricular injection of Kainic acid(KA).Levels of AP-1 within various phases after seizures were measured by mRNA,WB and IHC.Results:Compared with control group,the levels of AP-1 in EP model groups increased at 3,8,24 h(P<0.05)after seizures and declined gradually after reaching the peak at 8(P<0.01).Conclusion:Inside the brain tissues of epileptic mice,there are increasing in AP-1.Maybe it is one of the important pathogenesis of epileptic.
Objective To investigate the mechanism by which acupuncture treats hepatocirrhosis.Methods A model of hepatocirrhosis was made with CCL 4.The models were divided into model and electroacupuncture groups and a normal group was established as a control to observe hepatic,serous and intestinal glutathione (GSH) contents and to quantitatively analyze the state of enteric mucosa.Results and Conclusion The above indices were significantly higher in the electroacupuncture group than in the model group(P 0.01), showing that acupuncture can raise GSH in experimental hepatocirrhosis rats and abate intestinal blood stagnancy in gastrointestinal mucosa disease due to portal hypertension so as to treat hepatocirrhosis.The indices were significantly lower in the electroacupuncture group than in the control group(P0.01) and therefore the course of acupuncture treatment should be prolonged and point compatibility adjusted for further investigation.
Objective: Cumulative data indicate that cholecystokinin(CCK) stimulates the growth of rat pancreas. However, it is unclear whether the receptors for gastrin bombesin (BBS), somatostatin (SST), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and secretin, which are expressed on the acinar cells of rat pancreas, also mediate DNA synthesis of acinar cells of rat pancreas. Methods: To address those questions, the effects of CCK, gastrin, BBS, SST and VIP on the acinar cell growth of rat pancreas were investigated through in vitro primary culture of rat pancreatic acinar cells. Results: The 3H-thymidine incorporation of pancreatic acinar cells in the group of CCK (361.0±57.6 cpm) or BBS (605.5±214.2 cpm) was significantly higher than that of control (251.5±69.1 cpm), P 0.05. No significant differences of 3H-thymidine incorporation of pancreatic acinar cells were found in the groups of SST, VIP and gastrin. Conclusion: Both CCK and BBS stimulated the growth of rat acinar cells. No trophic effects of VIP, SST and gastrin on rat pancreas were observed.
