目的 了解2018年宝鸡市居民膳食营养摄入状况及5年来的变迁特点,为提出改善措施提供依据.方法 分别于2013和2018年采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,抽取宝鸡市年龄≥15岁常住居民4 968人和36 600人为研究对象,用半定量食物频率法开展膳食调查,计算每标准人日食物、主要营养素摄入量,用体质指数(BMI)评价营养状况.用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计描述和x2检验.结果 2018年宝鸡市居民谷薯类、蔬菜类、水果类、蛋类、水产品、畜禽肉、大豆及坚果类、奶及奶制品、油和盐10类食物每标准人日平均摄入量分别为362.8、234.7、116.8、32.9、4.6、38.0、61.2、45.7、51.7和8.0 g,达到推荐范围的比例分别为33.0%、17.1%、12.5%、5.1%、1.6%、18.0%、10.1%、3.3%、9.9%和39.1%.与2013年相比,2018年宝鸡市居民蔬菜类、蛋类每标准人日平均摄入量增加,其余8类食物减少,水产品、畜禽肉摄入量达到推荐范围的比例轻微下降,其余8类食物比例均增加;2018年宝鸡市居民维生素A、叶酸、铁、锰每标准人日平均摄入量增加,钠、维生素C摄入减少;2018年宝鸡市居民体重过低(3.0%)和肥胖(3.1%)人群比例与2013年(5.1%、5.4%)相比降低,正常(63.2%)和超重(30.7%)人群比例与2013年(62.5%、27.0%)相比升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 5年来,宝鸡市居民膳食结构有所改善,但仍不合理,需要加强营养健康教育,引导居民合理膳食,继续增加蔬菜类、水果类、蛋类、水产品、畜禽肉、奶及奶制品摄入,控制油盐的摄入.
目的:了解梅毒预防知识的知晓情况,评估预防宣传效果,为梅毒防治提供决策依据。方法:按照调查方案,在全县随机抽取城镇、农村居民,中学生及农民工,用梅毒预防知识调查问卷,采用一对一的方法进行调查。结果:平均知晓率为45.86%,其中城镇居民为80.67%,农村为52.00%,学生为32.75%,农民工为28.25%;中青年及高中以上文化程度知晓率较高;获得预防知识的途径以媒体、大众宣传、医疗咨询为主。结论:梅毒预防知识知晓率较低;重点应关注学生及农民工;开展多种形式健康教育宣传,提高梅毒及其性传播疾病预防知识水平,降低梅毒发病率。
目的探讨免疫规划信息管理系统建设的功能结构。方法采用模块化设计思想,利用系统分析方法,综合运用计算机技术,网络技术、通讯技术对湖北省免疫规划信息管理系统的功能结构和功能组成进行设计,通过应用支撑组件+业务功能构件的方式实现系统各项功能。结果湖北省免疫规划信息管理系统由湖北省免疫规划之窗、预防接种信息管理系统、免疫规划办公自动化系统、免疫规划GIS系统、免疫规划信息服务中心五个功能子系统构成;经过近一年的试用和改进,系统功能日趋完善,运行稳定,使用方便。结论系统功能设计合理、先进,实施效果理想,能满足当前免疫规划工作信息化需求。

To investigate the prevalence and trend of classical swine fever virus(CSFV) in Hebei Pro-vince,samples from 250 intensive pig farms were collected and tested using RT-PCR from 2004 to 2007.The results showed that the CSFV positive rates was 100%,55.71%,12.07% and 9.26% in 2004,2005,2006 and 2007,respectively.The infection of CSFV was more severe during the years 2004 to 2005,and less severe during the years 2006 to 2007.There were negative correlations between the prevalence of CSFV and the scale of pig farms.The disease was characterized by co-infection of CSFV with other pathogens(the co-infection rate was 60%).The 5 isolates were subjected to DNA sequence analysis and compared with refe-rence strains using DNAStar software.The result showed that the CSFV isolated were of the same strain.The results suggested that the infection rate of CSFV tended to decrease on the intensive pig farms in Hebei Province.
To investigate the variation of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) in Hebei Province,samples collected from 12 intensive pig farms suffered with PRRSV from 2004 to 2007 were tested by using RT-PCR.The ORF5 and Nsp2 genes were subjected to PCR amplification,cloning and sequencing by using DNAStar and DNAMAN softwares.The results showed that the amplified ORF5 genes shared from 98.7% to 100% amino acid homology among them,and shared from 88.9% to 100% and from 62.9% to 63.5% amino acid homology with reference strains of North American and Europe genotypes.The amplified Nsp2 genes shared from 82.8% to 100% amino acid homology among them,and shared from 76.5% to 100% amino acid homology with reference strains,respectively.The 6 Nsp2 genes amplified from samples collected from 2006 to 2007 exhibited 30 amino acid deletion(amino acid 482 and amino acid 533 to 561).Phylogenetic analyses showed the Hebei PRRSVs represented North American genotype and belonged to 2 different subgroups,of which,HB0503 was closely related to BJ4,NJ1,HN1,LP1 and VR-2332 strains,and the others were closely related to JXA1,SX and BJ strains.The results suggested that the PRRSVs from the samples collected from 2004 to 2005 were low pathogenic,and the samples collected from 2006 to 2007 were highly pathogenic.
