The development of photocatalysts with non-noble metals and the effective separation of photoexcited carriers is a significant strategy for accelerating surface reaction kinetics and promoting water splitting to produce H2. Herein, an exquisite core-shell NiFe-LDH@ZnIn2S4 heterojunction photocatalyst was constructed by in situ decoration of ultrathin ZnIn2S4 nanosheets on the surface of the flower-like NiFe-LDH microsphere. The synthesized 3D hierarchical NiFe@ZIS-25 composite exhibits enhanced photocatalytic H2 evolution activity, reaching 9.12mmol·h-1·g-1, which is 2.52-fold higher than pure ZnIn2S4. The significant improvement in H2 evolution performance could be attributed to the hierarchical core-shell structure of the NiFe@ZIS-25 photocatalyst, which enhanced the light capture ability. In addition, the interfacial coupling effect of ZnIn2S4 and NiFe-LDH is beneficial to the migration of carriers. More importantly, the construction of Z-scheme heterojunction efficiently promotes the fast translation of photogenerated carriers while preserving a stronger reduction potential to achieve H2 evolution. This work elucidates a rational strategy to develop efficient photocatalysts with hierarchical core-shell structures for water splitting.
Objective:To construct training indexes of post competency of dental hygienist, and to provide objective basis for the establishment of the index system of the transition from dental nurse to dental hygienist in the future.Methods:The relevant literature of post competency of dental hygienist was searched from the databases such as PubMed, Medline, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Internet, Wanfang database. The search time was from the establishment of the database to March 2021. The expert letter inquiry questionnaire was designed through preliminary consultation.Delphi expert consultation was conducted for 20 dental experts from Beijing city, Chongqing city, Jiangsu province, Sichuan province, Jilin province from May to November 2021, and model indexes and weight assignment of post competency of dental hygienist were determined.Results:Three rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted, the effective recoveries of the questionnaires were 100%, the expert authority coefficients were 0.81, 0.81, 0.83, respectively, the coefficient of variation of expert consultation was 0.000-0.386, 0.000-0.300 and 0.000-0.250, respectively, the coordination degree of expert opinions in the third round of consultation was 0.679, 0.428 and 0.389 (all P<0.01). The formed training indexes of post competency of dental hygienist included 4 first-level indexes, 20 second-level indexes and 60 third-level indexes. Conclusions:The training index system of post competency of dental hygienist in this study is scientific, reliable, and practical, to provide reference for training and assessment of post competency of dental hygienist and objective basis for establishing the indexes system of dental nurse to dental hygienist in the future.
Photocatalytic water splitting to produce H2 is a promising method to directly convert solar energy into chemical energy, which is a superb solution to the human energy shortage. This work constructed an efficient photo -catalyst using Cd0.5Zn0.5S NPs (CZS) as the photosensitizer, water-soluble binuclear cobalt bis(4-methothiocarbazide) complex as the molecular co-catalyst. The complex could effectively transport photo -generated electrons on CZS, thus inhibiting charge recombination and significantly improving the activity and stability of the present photocatalytic system. Under optimal conditions, the experimental results showed that the highest turnover number (TON) of H-2 production was 5699 after the reaction of the photocatalytic system with visible light (lambda > 420 nm) for 24 h. The average H2 evolution rate of 1221 mu mol center dot h(-1) was 6.4 times higher than that of pure CZS. The highest apparent quantum yield (AQY) at 420 nm was similar to 26%.
Objective:To find out the hot-spot issues in the field of oral nursing.Methods:The bibliometric, classified statistics and CiteSpace visualized analysis methods were used to describe the current situation of papers publication in this field, the characteristics of core authors, highly cited papers and important burst terms and the co-occurrence map of key words by collecting oral nursing related papers of Web of Science published from January 1, 1999 to December 31, 2019.Results:A total of 1 645 literatures were obtained. It experienced growth of the total amount of the published articles and citation. The USA had the largest number of research papers and China ranked the thirteenth, 10 journals including British Dental Journal published 53.25% of the SCI papers about oral nursing. Most articles were published on journals with impact factor ranging 1-2. The de Baat C research team was the most influential. The articles of oral nursing research focused on the oral health, care, quality of life, prevention, health, prevalence, oral hygiene, oral care, nursing, children, risk and so on. The analysis of burst terms found that the frontiers of oral nursing research focus on oral care, quality of life, health and so on.Conclusion:The hot-spot directions of oral nursing research are family oral care solution of specific people and the help of teledentistry for oral health care.
Aiming at many problems such as variable and uncertainty in problem modeling, and the phenomenon of big load in the distribution of FMCG, the idea of customer clustering and dynamic customer clustering is put forward. The data mining is used to model the distribution and scheduling problem of multi product and multi item products for the purchase of third party logistics and distribution services. At the same time, the classification method of customer clustering is studied. The general rules of dynamic customer clustering, the scope of application and the rules of application are proposed. In view of the fact that the needs of customers in real operation are dealt with instantaneously, the scheduling method based on qualitative and quantitative heuristic rules is discussed. The suggestion of customer clustering set is provided to supply the order rank of production place. The results show that the idea of customer clustering effectively reduces the difficulty of solving the model. The dynamic customer thought increases the flexibility of customer clustering thinking. It is suitable for the uncertainty of the practical application of enterprises, and further reduces the logistics cost of enterprises. This rule has a high reference value for the scheduling of enterprise products.
PEDOT:PSS-based conductive films have emerged as promising next-generation flexible transparent electrodes. However, the PEDOT:PSS-based electrodes suffer from poor electrical conductivity with extremely large mechanical deformation, owing to generation of defects, or partial exfoliation of PEDOT:PSS film from the underlying substrates. Herein, we report an intrinsic flexible conductive PEDOT:PSS@P[VEIm][DCA] composite film prepared by combining poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) with crosslinked poly(1-vinyl-3-ethylimidazolium dicyanamide) (P[VEIm][DCA]) ionogel, which exhibits high conductivity and transparency with negligible changes under harsh environmental conditions. The cross-linked P[VEIm] [DCA] network can endow the composite film not only with excellent free-standing property, but also significantly enhanced electrical conductivity. We have successfully incorporated the PEDOT:PSS@P[VEIm][DCA] composite film into wearable touch panel device. We believe that the designed PEDOT:PSS@ionogel composite film is making an important step toward applications in flexible electronic and optoelectronic devices including touch panels, displays and so on.
目前,我国已步入老龄社会[1],随着人口老龄化速度的加剧,老龄化所带来的公共健康问题也成为政府及研究学者所关注的热门问题。随着年龄的增长,老年人许多器官和系统逐渐退化[2],研究显示[3],从40岁开始肌力以每10年5%的速度退化,65岁以后下肢肌力每年下降1%~2%。老年人下肢肌肉力量与活动能力和姿势稳定性密切相关,下肢肌肉力量对维持身体姿势的稳定具有很重要的作用,肌肉力量薄弱导致人体姿势不稳,增加老年人发生跌倒的危险系数[2,4]。

目的 对置入式牙体牙髓器械消毒架的临床效果进行评估.方法 选取口腔牙体牙髓常用器械,每组取同样的5种器械、每种10个.对照组将器械单个塑封,实验组将器械按照器械架的既定结构分类放置,两组器械均置于常规器械盒内,比较两组器械的灭菌效果、取用器械所用时间、单位时间准确率以及护理人员满意度.结果 两组均达到灭菌要求(P>0.05);取用规定器械所用时间实验组为(25.58±2.22)s,对照组为(75.37±3.00)s,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组器械取用准确率均为100%,单位时间内准确率实验组为(79.80±6.29)%,高于对照组的(26.66±1.02)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护士对置入式器械架的综合评价满意达93.33%.结论 置入式牙体牙髓器械消毒架能满足临床灭菌要求,应用简单快捷,提高了护理效率,值得临床推广应用.
口腔门诊牙体牙髓器械通常采用单个塑封高压灭菌,保证了灭菌效果,但是却增加了灭菌成本.另外,由于其工作端形态相近,取用时需仔细辨别或发生错取而降低护理工作效率.护理工作效率是指在单位时间内所取得的护理效果,不仅反映在护理资源的利用方面,也反映在诊疗护理配合的过程中.如何在保证灭菌效果的同时提高诊疗效率、降低成本是临床护理人员关注的问题.因此,在临床实际工作中设计一种适用于牙体牙髓器械,并保证灭菌效果的辅助装置十分必要.
Objective To evaluate the influence of moderate hypothermia anesthesia on brain injury in the operation of repairing Stanford type A aortic operation. Methods A total of 82 patients underwent Stanford type A aortic operation were divided into two groups:deep hypothermia (anus temperature 25 ℃, nasopharyngeal temperature 20 ℃) (DH group) 40 cases and moderate hypothermia anesthesia group (anus temperature 28 ℃, nasopharyngeal temperature 25 ℃) (MH group) 42 cases respectively. Two groups of patients were anesthetized in the same manner. MH group was cooled to nasopharyngeal temperature 25 ℃, circulation was stopped when anal temperature reached 28 ℃. DH group was cooled to nasal cavity temperature 20 ℃, circulation was stopped when anal temperature reached 25 ℃. Surgery were conducted by the same set of performer. S-100β and neuron specific enolase (NSE) blood concentration were measured from blood taken from bottom of jugular vein ball at time points prior to the cut lesion (T 0), before stop the circulation (T1), after circulation restored (T2), postoperative 4 h (T3), 24 h after surgery (T4) and 72 h after surgery (T5). In addition, the time of general anesthesia, the time of cooling, the time of reheating, the time of the operation, the changes of the pupil during the perfusion, the blood loss after the shutdown, the blood flow of the blood cells and the amount of blood plasma were recorded. Postoperative period of waking time, conjunctival edema, surgical restlessness, neurological complications, postoperative management time, duration of ICU, duration of hospital stay were also recorded and analyzed. Results Compared with DH group, MH group in general anesthesia time, cooling time, thawing time, operation time, awake time, chemosis, restlessness, neurological complications, postoperative with tube time, ICU stay time, total days in hospital were decreased (P<0.05). Blood bleeding volume after the machine shutting down, blood transfusion and blood plasma volume were decreased (P<0.05). The blood concentration of S-100βand NSE was significantly reduced at T1, T2 and T3 (P<0.05). Conclusions Moderate hypothermia anesthesia in Stanford type A aortic operation can help reduce brain injury and can be used as a preferred scheme.
文章分析了碳排放强制上限对制造商的生产、库存以及物流服务商的配送、库存和供货延迟等方面的影响.将碳排放参数融入到生产运作优化建模中,为实现供应链整体最优,构建了基于整体优化的生产与配送协同运作模型.通过对参数赋值,利用ILOG CPLEX进行模型求解,验证了可以通过供应链协同运作优化实现碳减排.研究结果表明:碳排放强制上限下调,不会对供应链总成本有明显的影响;在节能减排方面,协同运作能够比技术投资的性价比更高;生产与配送的协同运作能够以较低的成本满足碳排放强制上限限制.
Objective:To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of primary bone marrow diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL),and to provide the reference for its dignosis and treatment. Methods:Combined the medical history and other auxiliary examination results, the possibility of diagnosis of primary bone marrow lymphoma (PBML)was suspected. Bone marrow biopsy and immunohistochemistry were carried out for diagnosis, and R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine,and prednisolone) was selected as the chemotherapy scheme. Results:The diagnostic basis of the case was in accordance with the diagnostic standard of PBML.According to the results of immunohistochemical staining,it was classified as the DLBCL subtype. Then the patient received 6 cycles of R-CHOP immune chemotherapy. Complete remission of bone marrow cell morphology was gained after the first cycle of R-CHOP treatment,and the patient was treated for another five cycles and the complete remission was retained in 3 months of follow up after drug withdrawal. Conclusion:Bone marrow biospy and immunohistochemistry have the unique diagnostic values for primary bone marrow DLBCL,and the regimens containing rituximab may provide a ideal efficacy during short term observation.
1临床资料<br> 患儿,男,2岁8个月,因颈部肿块伴间断发热2个月于2014年2月23日入院。2个月前发现左颈部肿块,初起约黄豆大小,家长未在意,遂逐渐增大,伴间断性发热,39℃左右,无触痛,于当地医院抗炎治疗无好转。既往健康。无特异性感染和肿瘤家族史。入院查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏110次/分,呼吸25次/分,血压84/42 mmHg。一般状态良好,无贫血外貌,呼吸平稳,无发绀,无皮疹,左颌下、耳后、胸锁乳突肌周围可触及多枚肿大的淋巴结,部分融合,最大约蚕豆大小,质韧,无波动感,无压痛。心肺正常,肝、脾肋下未触及,四肢关节无肿痛,神经系统无阳性体征。血常规:白细胞计数10.3×109/L,中性粒细胞%44.9%,红细胞计数4.96×1012/L,血红蛋白124 g/L,血小板计数130×109/L。尿常规正常。血乳酸脱氢酶323 U/L,血沉84 mm/h。血培养阴性。血清铜:2310.5μg/L。外周血细胞涂片未见幼稚细胞。颈部彩超示左侧颌下、耳后、胸锁乳突肌上段周围见多个不规则的肿大淋巴结,部分相互融合,较大的2.7×2.1 cm。对侧颈部未见明显肿大淋巴结。CT 检查肺内未见异常密度影,纵膈内未见肿大的淋巴结。全腹部超声肝胆胰脾肾未见异常,腹腔未见肿大的淋巴结。左颈部淋巴结穿刺活检报告“镜下可见大量嗜酸性粒细胞,偶见少许较大的异型细胞,不除外霍奇金淋巴瘤,建议取完整淋巴结送检”。因全麻下切取淋巴结有风险,患儿家长强烈要求再一次行左颈部另一淋巴结穿刺,病理报告“基本意见霍奇金淋巴瘤,混合细胞型。EMA (-)、CD15(-)、CD30(+)、CD68(-)、CK(-)、Ki-67高指数。结合临床,必要时进一步会诊”。见图1-图8。因患儿年龄小,确诊应慎重,建议家长于北京和上海三甲医院会诊病理切片。

For systemic delivery of gene, gold nanoparticles (GNPs) have been exploited as novel gene carriers because of the excellent characteristics for "visible" in intracellular trafficking. Herein, a highly fluorescent gene carrier was prepared by conjugating polyethylenimines on Ag-Au alloy nanoclusters. This carrier exhibited remarkable high gene transfection efficiencies and relatively low cytotoxicity toward B16F10, HeLa, and CHO cells. More interestingly, the high fluorescent Ag-Au-PEI conjugates showed high quantum yield of 14.56%, which is much higher than most of the reported gold nanocluster-based quantum dots and Ag-Au-PEI possessed bioimaging capacity both in vitro and in vivo.

目的:探讨个性化护理干预对老年全口义齿患者修复治疗的影响效果。方法将160例拟实施全口义齿修复治疗的口腔老年患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各80例。两组患者均接受常规修复治疗,干预组在常规基础上为患者提供个性化护理干预,并依次在治疗时间、治疗结束后的遵医情况及满意度等方面进行比较。结果干预组在治疗总时间上与对照组比较明显缩短(P<0.05),干预组沟通时间占总治疗时间比对照组延长;在遵医依从性及满意度方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个性化护理干预可以缩短老年全口义齿患者修复治疗的整体治疗时间,良好的沟通可提高患者就医的依从性及患者满意度。
目的:探讨角色扮演在口腔门诊四手操作护理中的应用效果。方法:对80例临床护理人员随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各40例。两组护理人员均接受四手操作护理配合相关知识和技能的培训,在此基础上干预组通过护理人员角色扮演法进行四手操作临床实践。并分别对两组人员的四手操作理论知识、操作配合技能及医生患者满意程度进行比较,观察健康宣教和电话回访的情况。结果:角色扮演实践组在理论和操作的综合考试考核成绩优于传统实践组(P<0.05);护理操作技能及健康宣教实施效果和电话预约实施率增加,医患满意度均增加。结论:角色扮演模式能激发护理人员的学习热情和主观能动作用,深化四手护理操作内涵,进一步规范护理服务流程,提升人文的护理服务理念,全面促进优质护理服务的实施。
