针对塔里木油气田、作业区、单井的开采和生产现状,充分挖掘总部、研究院/事业部/经理部、作业区不同层级的业务需求,成功研制出首套基于Web的油气生产综合指标预警系统(PEWS),实现了高效的数据共享、数据分析、数据整合和联网即用功能.该系统运用先进的预警理论,集成行业领先的MVC设计模式,首次提出油气井健康度的概念,并对集输系统和安全生产运行指标进行了研究,制定了相应的预警预案处理知识库,建立了一套适合塔里木油田的油气生产预警系统,能实现多角色多用户协同工作,满足可扩展性和易用性的性能需求,达到业内领先水平.
This paper introduces the measurement principles of flow turbine flowmeter, float flowmeter, ultrasonic flowmeter, tracer flowmeter and electromagnetic flowmeter. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these flowmeters, their range of application can be concluded, which has offered us a good reference as to which type of flowmeter is most properly to be used in a given circumstance logging job.

At present, most oilfields have entered into middle-late development stage; annual production logging operations are rising gradually. In order to solve the three problems of the existing production logging instruments-too long combination, low precision and easy fault problem, CNPC Logging developed a new generation of production logging combination tool. A new generation production-HSR integrated production logging tool was developed. It owns two patents, three prominent characteristics including high reliability, high precision, and smaller length. Some main technical indexes such as logging range and precision, integration of logging data, and repeatability have been in the leading level in China. Good application results have been achieved in logging test and logging service process. It is proved that the integrated tool could completely meet production well logging engineering demand in domestic oilfields, and has broad application prospect.
