2006年4～12月,我们随中国第4批维和医疗分队在利比里亚执行二级医院维和医疗任务.联合国维和二级医院在任务、人员编制及设备配置等方面与野战医疗所有相似之处,结合利比里亚中国维和二级医院开展眼科工作的实际情况,现就有关问题报告如下.

随着科学技术的快速发展,医疗活动对检验仪器设备的依赖性越来越强,仪器设备成为衡量一个医院技术水平的重要因素.维和医疗分队赴利比里亚执行维和任务,由于任务区是处于亚战争状态下的野战环境,开展医疗卫生保障工作困难较大,检验仪器设备的装备与维护远不同于国内.同时本专业也是联合国战备核查的重中之重,我院担负着四战区维和部队人员的医疗保障任务,责任重大,任务艰巨,检验装备的技术和质量的更新应该有所考虑,本文即对该种情况进行初步探讨.

Objective To explore the relation between different paying way of medical expense and medical dispute,in order to provide reference to the prevention of medical dispute.Methods Using the methods of questionnaire and follow-up to collect the data,and the data of 274 medical disputes occurred in 5 hospitals in the recent 3 years in Beijing were analyzed.Results Patients of public expense and own expense were mostly inclined to involve in medical disputes,and the second were patients of Medicare.All patients chose economic compensation as the first resolution way of medical disputes,and the rate of economic compensation was highest in patients of own expense.Conclusions The results showed that the paying way of medical expense was related to medical dispute,which indicated that medical staff should take corresponding countermeasures according to the features of different paying way of medical expense,in order to prevent medical disputes.

Objective:To explore and analyze influenced factors related and needs to job satisfaction of professional of hospital. To give reference to manager for stimulation job satisfaction and enthusiasm. Methods: Designed investigation tables was applied to measure 550 individuals, result was analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Result: professionals of hospital job satisfaction is not high ,especially in salaries. 54.3 percent would chronically stay hospital; Turnover reason in turn is: salaries, better job and development etc; Conclusion:salaries house condition continued education and job ensured are main reason to influence satisfaction.
