新时代背景下高校党建工作将面临新的形式与新的挑战,提高高校党建工作实效对于学生整体素质的培养具有重要意义.本文在分析当前高校党建工作中存在的问题的基础上,有针对性的提出了新时代背景下创新高校党建工作的对策,以期为高校党建工作理论与实践工作提供参考.

以中医学阴阳理论和八纲辨证思维为指导,采用“阴阳球-八纲数学模型”对治疗消渴病的代表医家张锡纯、施今墨、祝谌予、吕仁和的经典医案用药进行量化表达和空间定位数理解析,直观展示四位医家治疗消渴病的思维变换轨迹,总结其治疗消渴病用药的数学规律.结果发现虽然各医家所持治疗观点和思路有所不同,但在模型空间中其用药本质却有共同之处,即方药空间质点对应的证的分布均为里实热象限、里虚寒象限,这一结论可为临床论治消渴病提供参考.

农村文化产业与乡村旅游产业是21世纪最具有生命力的产业,二者在发展路径、发展内容、发展模式上具有相似之处,由于某些因素的制约,使其发展受限.因此,研究农村文化产业与乡村旅游产业的融合发展以迫在眉睫.本文以河北农村地区为研究对象,分析了制约农村文化产业与乡村旅游产业的因素,在融合路径、融合内容、融合模式上对其进行了探讨.

At present,the cultural industry development of our country has obtained the remarkable result, and the cultural industry as a new industry, although has important strategic significance to the national economy development,in the process of its rapid development is still not perfect.Analysis of China's cultural industry layout,existing problems and puts forward some targeted Suggestions for building the comprehensive harmonious and sustainable.

Objective To explore the changes of serum leptin and lipid levels in type 2 diabetes patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and its clinical significance. Methods 120 cases with T2DM were divided into <30 mg/24 h group(n=41) ,30~299 mg/24 h group(n=44) and ≥300 mg/24 h group (n=35) according to the UAER.40 healthy volunteers were selected as normal control (NC) group. FPG , HbA1 c ,serum leptin and lipid were measured. Results In the early stage of diabetic nephropathy group and middle—late stage group ,The levels of FPG ,HbA1 c ,Leptin ,TG ,TC and LDL‐C were higher ,and HDL‐C was lower in different CKD groups than in NC group (P< 0.05).The levels of FPG ,HbA1c , leptin ,TC ,TG LDL‐C were higher ,and HDL‐C was lower in 30~299 mg/24 h group and ≥300 mg/24 h group than in <30 mg/24 h group ,moreover those indexes were higher in ≥300 mg/24 h group than in 30~299 mg/24 h group (P< 0.05). Leptin level was positively correlated with UAER (P< 0.01). Conclusion HbA1 c ,leptin and lipid level is increased in CKD patients ,and correlated with the degrees of microvascular disease. The levels of HbA1 c ,leptin ,blood lipid levels can predict the progress of CKD.
