In our country,higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the training of operating skill than the core competencies.Compared with common high school,vocational graduates can find a job easily but lack of stamina.The college should pay attention to the student's occupation moral,interpersonal skills,psychological quality,learning and innovation ability.A higher vocational college in Zhengzhou City chose experimental classes.They integrate the core competencies training and psychological behaviour training in the teaching.In the experiential training process,students proved their basic psychological quality and core competitiveness.It attributes to sustainable development of the occupation career.

Higher vocational education has the characteristics of higher education,vocational education and region.The college-enterprise cultural combination shows the characteristics of higher vocational education.It can enhance the level of talent's cultivation for higher vocational education,and strengthen its ability for serving regional economic development.Therefore,in the cooperation of colleges and enterprises,higher vocational colleges should enrich the connotation of campus culture with excellent enterprises' spirit.It should combine the active elements of enterprises' culture in curriculum reform to strengthen the construction of practical training base.It can take the reference of enterprise's management system and increase the level of teaching staff to guide the development of higher vocational colleges with college-enterprise cultural combination.

With the increase of the number of higher vocational students,psychological health problems of the students are highlighted day by day.At present the education depends mainly on schools and teachers through psychological health class,psychological counseling room and team training.A lot of psychological problems can not be found in time.So parents should actively cooperate with teachers,reflect students' psychological problem timely,and consolidate the school education results.

The core competence will accompany our life,it determines the sustainable development of our career.Higher vocational college students have strong practice ability,so they are favored by enterprises.But their job-hopping rate and unemployment rate are relatively high.They are difficult to promotion.The core competence is the main reason for the lack of occupation.In higher vocational education,we should correct our understanding and improve the quality of teachers.Higher vocational colleges should integrate the core competence into daily teaching and care for the sustainable development of the graduates' career.
